Cette suite avec balcon au 4ème étage est idéalement située au centre du bâtiment et offre une vue imprenable sur l'océan. La table et les chaises hautes offrent l'endroit idéal pour savourer un repas ou votre tasse de café le matin. Il y a un canapé-lit queen et une chaise à dossier haut où vous pourrez profiter de la vue sur l'océan, de la brise du ventilateur de plafond ou de la télévision à écran plat de 27 ". Cette cuisine a tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin, y compris une cuisinière à 4 brûleurs et un lave-vaisselle. La salle de bain a été rénovée avec une nouvelle baignoire avec barre d'appui, vanité et armoire à pharmacie. Le lit queen dans la chambre est l'endroit idéal pour profiter de la brise du ventilateur de plafond dans la chambre ou du téléviseur à écran plat de 26 ". Il y a des stores horizontaux dans la fenêtre de la chambre pour que vous puissiez laisser entrer la lumière sans sacrifier l'intimité. Great away

Condo was great size for a couple wanting to come to the beach for a vacation. Room was clean the only thing I would change is curtains on the bedroom window.

Love this place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was perfect like our last stay! Location is great and the room was beautiful and cozy. However, I did notice that the cleaning lady did not clean the inside of the bathroom sink that well. Other than that, everything was amazing. We did have an issue with WiFi on our second day of staying and also trying to get back into our room. We had to call many many times until someone had answered the phone but luckily they gave us an emergency code to get into our room and we eventually got hooked up to the WiFi. I do recommend staying here. Everyone is friendly and helpful

We had a very nice stay. The property and the room were very clean. It was so nice that we could bring our pet. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful View of Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice, clean condo - it is snake than it appears in the pictures though. My husband and I are both "heavy" travelers and had a hard time getting everything in there without feeling cramped. The bed was extremely comfortable (loved the silky sheets!). We did notice a couple things that we passed on to management about the rug (a bit of a tripping hazard) and the anchor wall hanging (we both thought it was a hook to hang a towel on and it fell down and nicked my husband's hand), but they were very friendly and made notes for the owner. We also had a couple issues when we got in regarding the air conditioner turning off by itself and the cable (was not installed yet), but maintenance was also very friendly and came up quickly to help us. Also be aware that though this is a beautiful location with a great private stretch of beach, it is about 15 minutes from St. Augustine proper, but it was a very nice drive and got to see a lot more than in our previous visits to St. Augustine.

Great location and beautiful property!

My mom and I decided (on a whim) to visit the beach this past week. We arrived and had a seamless check-in process before proceeded to our unit. Upon entering we were greeted by lovely decor and a unit stocked with everything we may need while in town. As we leave today, we are already looking to plan our next visit!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in and check out process was very smooth and staff was friendly and very helpful. Best part of the condo was the balcony and the view. Condo extremely small and cramped, no spices or coffee filters not even salt and pepper. No batteries in the remotes for the overhead fans and lights and dirt and dust shot out of the air conditioner in the living room. Owner of the condo not pleasant to deal with.

A nice quiet place to spend time near St Augustine. The studio room was comfortable. All of them face the ocean. The property is well maintained. There is some construction/renovation going on so it will be even better soon I guess. The rooms have well stocked kitchen with refrigerator and microwave. Great view of the ocean and beach from the balcony. You can just get down and walk across a small pier to the beach which is nice and clean miles up and down. You can watch sunrise from the room. There is laundry on the site. The prices are very affordable. We didn't bring our dog but he would have liked it. Pets are allowed which is another plus point.

Great views, noisy neighbor

Great condo. Great views. Was quite disappointed that the neighbor below us played his music loud past midnight and smoked marjuana both nights we were there. We were unable to enjoy the balcony views after dark because of his disregard for others.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Accurate for what we needed and you can’t beat the view. Could use a deep cleaning, but was tidy overall. The only issue we had were tiny little ants that found our trash can on the last day. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend and plan to stay again. Love the area. Lots to do if you get tired of the beach, but who gets tired of the beach? Great places to eat nearby. Best part was our little dog went with us. Beaches are dog friendly.

Reviewer Comments: Leftover food (fish dinner) cold & old was left in the refrigerator.Living room air conditioner rattles.I turned the water valve off to stop toilet from running (back on to flush).Bugs (very small white ants) in kitchen. They got in my food/ snack bags before I noticed them.

The unit 415 was beautiful, clean and fully equipped. Very convenient parking and ramp to the elevator. Perfect view and the balcony is open enough for the view but private and enclosed enough to sit out even during a hard rain. AC worked perfectly and the ceiling fans added to the comfort. Easy access to the beach and a big beautiful pool along the way. Very nice touch to have the two outdoor showers to rinse off from the beach. We will be back.
