Vous pouvez garder tout le monde à l'aise dans cette suite Patio Plus au 1er étage avec lits jumeaux Murphy. Dans le salon, les portes d'armoire blanches s'abaissent pour soutenir deux matelas Serta jumeaux, une excellente alternative au canapé-lit. Profitez de la vue sur l'océan ou de la télévision à écran plat de 32 pouces depuis le canapé-lit ou les lits jumeaux Murphy. Les ventilateurs de plafond dans le salon et la chambre créent une atmosphère tropicale, complétée par les décorations tropicales partout. La cuisine complète est tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour préparer vos repas et est positionnée de sorte que la vue sur l'océan puisse être appréciée même lorsque vous préparez vos repas. Dînez à la table à manger élégante ou si vous préférez prendre un siège au comptoir. La salle de bain est tout simplement ravissante et comprend une nouvelle baignoire jacuzzi avec barre d'appui. Nice condo, nice beach

Just as pictured, this was a great location on Crescent Beach. Murphy beds were perfect for what we needed. There are quite a lot of rules about housekeeping and not being able to clean areas with any personal effects on them. If daily housekeeping is important, this may not be the place, but it is a nice condo and I would stay there again.

Needs a serious update

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The facility and staff were very good. Front desk staff was efficient and friendly. The outside areas and the pool were well maintained. No problem with Beachers Lodge but choose a different unit. The sofa smelled terrible and pillows ripped. Same for dining room chairs. Bar stools were broken. Doors would stick, shower handle was broken, All electrical outlets looked dangerous.... Unit was clean, so housekeeping was doing their job.

Bronze pretending to be Gold

I have stayed here many times through AirBnb, those condos were nice. This was the first time booking direct. This condo should be rated as a Bronze level, NOT gold. The lamp in living room doesnt work, humidifer in living room none of the panel buttons work you can only turn the appliance on/ off and very loud when running. Kitchen sink faucet loose and drips water constantly, faucet handle in bath tub falling off, very loose, and no water pressure in shower. Lamp in bedroom closest to window has faulty switch. Toilet paper holder in bathroom rusted and falling apart. Condo smelled of smoke and we found cigarette butts on patio. This condo needs general maintenance done!

Needs some upgrades

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First: not very ADA compliant. No path for my chair so I could navigate to the smoking are or pet area. Found scrabble tiles under coffee table. Really dirty floors. Plumbing in bathroom needs attention asap, as does kitchen faucet. Nice comfortable bed. One broken down couch to sit on. Our 4th stay but not in this particular condo. Please invest in your own unit. Also, no frying pan. Flying ants or termites in kitchen. Took pictures for you but office was closed when we left. I should've picked a balcony room but my chair can't hop curbs. Very friendly staff, helpful housekeepers and laundry staff.

Go In With The Appropriate Expectations

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Positives: Unit was very clean, property is oceanfront, front desk staff friendly and helpful. Negatives: The unit has not been updated since the 80's, basically just paint and cosmetics. Low end mattress in the bedroom. Lots of stairs to climb even if you are on the 1st flr. If you are bringing pet or are a smoker I would not recommend-very restrictive. Overall I think you can do a lot better for over $300 a night.

Family staycation

Right on the most beautiful stretch of beach on Anastasia island, close to some great restaurants. Rooms were actually far better than expected, spacious, clean, and the grandkids just loved the Murphy beds. Management was very professional, five star hotel couldn’t do better!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Let me start with the staff was very friendly, everyone we encountered in different roles were all very nice and helpful. Our condo unfortunately was not as well maintained as we expected. We chose a gold level and expected the condo to have the level of up keep that was described. The furniture was banged up. The walls were also banged up and needed to be painted the ceiling in multiple areas was peeling and showed water damage. The AC units are old and the TV and hook ups were just hanging. It was pretty clean but I did have to go over and wipe things down. We had a good time but I would not classify this condo as gold based off of the guidelines they post for the different tiers on their website.

Beacher’s has it all!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pool, wifi, free parking, ocean front, pet friendly (some units)! Plus I know exactly which room I’m getting, and I like that. We never need to wonder where we should stay in Crescent Beach, we’ve found our spot!!! This was our third stay, and we’ve already booked our fourth. Unit 126 is fantastic, bed is super comfy, and there’s even a jetted tub. A bit farther from the pool than I’d like but the extra width definitely makes a difference. Even Beachers lodge says they do not recommend their bronze units, and I am in full agreement. We stayed in a bronze unit once- and never again. Multiple maintenance issues, strange dead smell in bathroom, too much (and oversized) furniture for the space. Almost as if they went around picking up furniture off the side of the road, some of it broken. Stick to silver and gold! Be aware that the pool closes at 8pm.
