Cette charmante Suite Patio au 1er étage offre une belle vue sur l'océan à l'horizon. Le canapé bleu marine et nautique est l'endroit idéal pour profiter de la vue sur l'océan et de la grande télévision à écran plat de 37 ". Le revêtement de sol stratifié apporte une ambiance de bois de plage partout. La cuisine est entièrement équipée, bien que l'ensemble de table de cuisine ait connu des jours meilleurs. La salle de bain a été mise à jour avec une toute nouvelle baignoire, une barre d'appui et une tige de douche incurvée. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the location of this condo. Overall, it was in good condition and very clean. There were several minor maintenance / updates issues that should be addressed. The rental management staff was very help suggesting several great restaurants nearby, The Elkhouse Eatery and Viola's.

Personnel extraordinaire, l’unité 124, manque beaucoup d’amour.

Le personnelle est exceptionnelle. Notre unité 124 manque beaucoup d’amour. Les chiens sont les bienvenus…Mais l’endroit où il faut allé pour leurs besoins est trop petite et n’est pas pratique.

Very nice location.

Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at Beacher's Lodge it was our second time staying here. The room was nice and quiet it is in need of a paint job and some updates but we recommend this location and would stay here again.

Outdated and in need of a deep clean

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our room was overall not generally clean. Pee on the sanitized toilet seat. Light out over the kitchen counter. Rust marks all over the floor where furniture was moved over the years. Sugar ants in the sink. Furniture old and not in good condition. Dust everywhere. Room was so humid, I understand we’re near the beach but it was wet. Room is in desperate need of updating, paint, some kind of wall treatment. Very much cheap motel vibes. Staff was extremely friendly. This place needs some TLC. I left a day early because of how abysmal the room felt, went up the street to another hotel. No refund for my dissatisfaction due to the managers policy. Will definitely not stay again.

Very dirty

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was sooo much dog hair. The sofa was covered, the floor, EVERYTHING. It was floating in the air, on the curtains. I called the front desk and all they said was “unfortunately it is a dog friendly rental and we can send housekeeping in the morning” there was a knock at like 6am. I didn’t answer bc I was trying to sleep. She didn’t come back for 2 days and when she did.. she didn’t vacuum, sweep or mop. She sat towels down and a toilet paper roll. It was really, really dirty. I took pictures. This place has so much potential. The sheets on the bed were also dirty and had human hairs in them. The pillows smelled terrible. I had to ask for new sheets immediately. The housekeeper was mean. My husband would take out the trash and towels so all she had to do was vacuum and mop and she didn’t. She had a bad attitude when we asked for towels and trash bags. Front desk man was nice tho. I only liked it bc of its location. We stayed a week and I had to wear shoes in the condo the whole time. I’ve never stayed at a place so dirty before in my life. There was dirt and dog hair in every place imaginable. Very unfortunate. There were a few other mishaps but I’m not even mad about those. It was the lack of cleanliness for me. The pictures of the condo are old. The sofa and chair were so gross. Everything that was made of fabric was disgusting. Even the remotes were sticky. Basically the housekeepers are ruining this place.

Perfect Location!

We had a wonderful time at Beacher's Lodge. Just steps from the beach AND dog friendly: AMAZING! This condo could benefit from an update or two. The furniture was chipped, the dresser veneer peeling, and the bed is drooping in the middle. Despite the cosmetic issues, the condo was clean and has a great view of the dune and ocean (look for the big turtle who hangs out nearby!).

Love Beacher's

to put it in simple terms ,after the first 5 days ,we rebooked for 2025 ! same room , same three months . the people the place the location can not be topped ! beachfront , with a cool strip mall across the road , with an ice cream shop !

Great Beachfront Property

Easy quick checkin, amazing staff, room was cleaned and restocked every day. Pet friendly restaurant right next door walk over. Beach is clean and beautiful, not crowded. Room needed to be updated, but still accommodating for a beach property. We will be returning!

10 days of heaven. Always love coming to Beacher’s.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The staff are always so friendly. The furnishings in the room were in not so great condition (damaged dressers, wobbly dining chairs) and no smart tvs. The kitchen needed more cookware. No cutting boards, lives rusty. The owner of this room just needs to put more love into their place. But the Beacher’s Lodge itself is a gem. Been staying there for over 10 years. Views are great, close to everything and the pool is one of the best.

Extremely Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was definitely not as pictured or described on line. Unit was poorly kept up; stopper for bathroom sink was broken and constantly stayed closed; toilet barely flushed; shows 2 nice high patio chairs with high table but only had one; maintenance brought 2 low chairs which obviously didn't work with the high table so we didn't have a table for the patio, and the chairs they brought were filthy, we had to clean them ourselves; the furniture in the unit was very uncomfortable; the dog potty area was atrocious; floors in the unit were dirty; silverware drawers were dirty and the silverware and knives smelled metallic; left 3 days earlier than planned. Will not go back there.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Being on the beach in a pet friendly unit was wonderful. The staff was very nice and made us feel welcome. It was quiet most of the time. There wasn't housekeeping services while we were there for 9 days but we could request supplies if needed. I would have swept the floor during our stay but the broom was in bad shape and no dust pan. The unit has good sofa, flooring, TV, bathroom, sliding door. The bed is old and sagging and the pillows could use an upgrade. The kitchen is lacking - no dish strainer, sheet pan, paper towel holder, can opener and the fridge isn't very cold. The outside chairs and table could use a good cleaning.
