Place was perfect, well appointed.Do check on washing machine, turning the silver faucet above the washing machine starts a taurent of water cascading off the roof. We turned it off.
Would recommend this location to anybody traveling through Tucson! It quickly felt like home. It had every amenity we could possibly need, was extremely tidy and clean, had a beautifully kept yard, had plenty of space, and a cozy atmosphere. I'd love to stay at the same place if I every pass through Tucson again!
Nice 1 bed/bath, full kitchen and big fenced back yard bungalow. Comfy bed. Everything you need for a great stay with your fur pet. Close to downtown and college. A short drive to the Arizona Sonora Desert Museum and Pima Air & Space Museum, highly recommend. Many great restaurants to chose from and grocery stores close. Would definitely stay again.
My husband and I were in Tuscon with our dog fir the first time. The house was a perfect size for the three of us. It was clean the checkin information was clear and accurate. Being our first time in the city, the location was a bit off the beaten path.
This house was just the right size for the two of us. No dishwasher, I didnât catch that in the description. There are only three sets of dishes, so itâs hard to make a lot of dirty dishes! Everything in the house was either new or well cared for. I like that the side tables in the bedroom had drawers for storage. Ceiling fans in living room and bedroom. The dogs next door initially barked at us. But they soon got used to us and only a cursory bark or two. Overall a comfy cozy place for our two week stay. Oh, forgot to mention, the coffee maker wasnât working and it was very quickly replaced with a new one!
Very clean property and great neighborhood. Easy driving access to local attractions and SO MANY great restaurants in this charming neighborhood. Neighbors were super friendly--we really felt at home. Beautifully appointed kitchen--everything we needed for a relaxed Tucson adventure.
The home was exactly as described in the listing and the communication by the property owner made the check-in process very easy. The home was clean with everything we needed for our short stay including plenty of linens, kitchen items and laundry amenities. It had a spacious area for parking on the property and large backyard area. I'm a Tucson native and appreciated the central location that made it easy for us to visit family over the holidays.
The only negative about the experience was the overall cost charged for our stay. The per-night cost was somewhat high compared to similar properties but expect this may have been a seasonal holiday rate. The host/service fees, however, represented 35% of the total amount which is much higher than what we've experienced with other rental properties with little additional benefit. Something to be aware of for the cost-conscious traveler.
This cute little place was great for a few days of working from home. It also was a nice home to come back to after some adventuring around Tucson and the Catalina's. We would stay here again.
