Arizona Guesthouse Midtown w private patio & yard

Large detached Guesthouse (converted art studio w roll up door) with shared and private yard areas. Private firepit & cabana style patio & grill. Brightly lit rooms, high ceilings & french doors for a cozy relaxing retreat. Just min from TMC (Tucson Medical Center) & 8 min from Banner UMC & University of AZ. Formerly an art studio with large roll up door, bold design & lots of flare.

Guesthouse has parking on the left side of the driveway and on the quiet neighborhood street.

Friendly dogs welcome, cats need permission with agreement.

Free Washer/dryer avl. Go through the rusty metal fence, past the main house and through the courtyard to the guesthouse. Enter into the sitting / dining room with two lazy boy recliners, lots of reading and games provided. Small cafe style table and chairs, brightly lit room with high ceilings and french doors. Through the doors to the Rustic kitchen, with most everything you need. Then swing left into the spacious bedroom area. Lots of drawer space, a small clothing rack, and Smart TV. Shared washer and dryer in courtyard area is free to use.

We like to know who you are when you rent so tell us a little about yourself and what brings you to stay in our studio.

Coffee & tea provided for a few days stay. Washer and Dryer available in the utility room near the carport is shared with the front house and hours are 8 am to 8 pm.
Cleaning supplies and Vacuum are also in there.

Mountain and desert activities for hiking, skiing, shopping etc

Please note there are outdoor cameras on the property for everyone's protection. Tampering with them is not allowed and will result in terminating agreement.

We do not allow parties and absolutely no smoking in our home. NO SMOKING INSIDE.

Great stay

The guesthouse was so comfortable with everything needed to enjoy the stay. It was quiet the entire time. The hosts are fantastic. Very responsive and so helpful. Would definitely recommend this guesthouse.

Delightful Accommodations

Lovely guest house. Cute space with refreshing A/C units. The bed was very comfortable. Not sure how large the water heater was. It could have been larger. All in all, the stay was very pleasant. Thank you!

a great place for a couple

This place had everything we were looking for. As a couple that knew Tucson and had an agenda, we needed a basic place centrally located and easy to get in/get out. This was a really great place for all of that. Our host was responsive and accommodating. Oh and a super quiet neighborhood was much appreciated. Definitely coming back.

Wonderful little house!

Thoughtfully laid out, very well presented house. The hosts were amazing - super friendly and helpful! It's in a very quiet neighborhood and we never once had any concerns with staying there. Will happily book this property again any time we're in Tucson

Beautiful Neighborhood

My husband and I had a lovely stay at Robin’s place. The vrbo was comfortable—well equipped kitchen, plenty of thick towels, comfy bed, portable heaters. There was a nice patio where we could enjoy the sun and fresh air. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.

clean, cozy, and quiet

We had a great stay here while we explored the surrounding area. Clean and cozy spot, private area to have a fire at night. Easy off-street parking and a separate gate for the rental made us feel very secure on the property. Has everything you need to cook simple meals, shower was clean and had great pressure. The patio area is very private and the overhead door is a really nice touch to open up the space! Would stay here again!

Awesome guesthouse to stay in!!

This rental was the perfect little spot and getaway! I was only in Tucson for a couple days and this little guesthouse was such a nice place to relax and unwind. The owners were super friendly and were quick to respond the couple times I had questions. Off street parking was nice and the neighborhood was very quiet. The check in and check out process was super easy and all instructions were clear on checking out and anything else needing to be done before leaving (which wasn’t a lot, mainly making sure lights were shut off and whatnot).

Guest house Garden District

The property was quiet and private. It suited my needs. I had to leave a day early due to my father's health condition. The only negatives, albeit minor, were that I found the air conditioning units were loud. And, it would have been a plus if the yard had been raked of debris. My young dogs still get into everything! Thank you for the stay.

Back to Tucson

Moving, driving from Helena Montana was very hectic and draining. After three days of driving it was a wonderful place to relax and feel safe. Check-in was very easy and the place was set up very nicely. The only thing was the gate from the main yard to the Guesthouse yard was difficult to use. Otherwise everything was very nice. I would recommend to friends! Thank you!

Amazing!!

Robin was such an amazing host, and we greatly enjoyed the neighborhood and guest house!! It was cozy for us and our two pups and easy to access. The location was perfect for getting downtown, and also going out to saguaro national park. I left a personal belonging behind and Robin was so kind and ready to help. She even offered to ship it back home to me! I’m grateful to have had such a wonderful stay, and to have gotten such an amazing host. We’ll be staying again and recommending to our friends and family when they need a great place to stay in Tucson!

Our Stay

the casita was comfortable for us. The yard worked well for our 2 dogs. We were curious why the listing stated there was a bed in the sitting room. We did not find a bed there when we arrived. There were two recliner chairs and a small dining table. We had hoped to have a family member stay with us in the casita but there was nowhere for her to sleep. She made other sleeping arrangements, so it worked out okay.

Garden District Gem

The cottage was perfect for my 3 day retreat, very clean, quiet, great locataion with restaurants,Trader Joe's, Whole Foods,Frys all within minutes if you decided to cook the host had everything needed. The private patio was a plus to enjoy after exploring Tuscon. I would definitely stay again.

Vous êtes reçu par Robin and Bob

Bob and Robin are Short Term Rental owners, and Craft Show vendors. We renovate old homes and make them cozy for your stay. We live in Tucson and only 20 minutes away if needed.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Private yard area, pet friendly, washer and Dryer, Large Comfy bed, all make this a nice place to crash for your short time visit or even a longer stay too. Main Courtyard between houses is for the front guest primarily but renter is friendly and accomodating.
