Mobilier ancien, parquet et plafonds en bois. Trois chambres à coucher avec trois salles de bain privées, salon, salle à manger, cuisine complète et cour privée. Wi-fi, TV, climatisation. Vous passerez vos vacances dans le confort et l'élégance dans un bâtiment ancien au confort moderne. Cet appartement est situé à quelques pas de certaines des principales attractions comme la place d'Espagne ou le Panthéon. Vous explorerez le tout vieux centre avec le plaisir de vous sentir derrière la maison!

My family loved staying at this apartment. Ideal for large families. Great location! Trevi fountain right around the corner, walking distance to great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again

Perfect location/ wonderful host

All contact with host Fillipe was awesome he made sure our stay was perfect. The location cannot be beat. The apartment itself was very nice as described with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths- we had issue with hot water but were able to use one of the other showers to get a hot shower. It was a great stay!

Family vacation

The apartment was very spacious and clean. All items in the kitchen were spotless. There was plenty of flat surfaces to drop purchases and charge devices. The AC worked well and kept the apartment comfortable. The location was excellent-beside the Trevi, but the congestion made it impossible for a cab to get to us. We would walk one or two blocks to meet the cab. Hosts were kind and very helpful. Great stay for my family.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The location (right next to Trevi fountain) was convenient and easy to remember when trying to find our way back home after exploring Rome. There is absolutely nothing negative I can say about Filippo and our stay. This VRBO is very spacious and clean. Filippo met us at the rental and showed us everything. Communication was above par. I can't say enough. I hope that we get to come back and stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Marco's place. He was a great host. We were able to check in early and he was very generous with his time. We were surprised that they also had a cleaning crew come in once a week to clean our place. They were fast to react to our calls. The host lives in the building so his response is fast. The condo was very spacious, very clean and comfortable.

What an amazing stay. Filippo is an awesome host. Communication was top notch and very timely. Just steps from the Trevi Fountain is a great location. We walked everywhere. Coliseum, Vatican, Zoo, Children’s Museum. And many other neighborhoods in our spare time. Will definitely stay again if in Rome.

Great property, literally round the corner from Trevi Fountain. Great spot if a little noisy during the night. Hosts Marco and his son Filippo, were very friendly and arranged transport to the Airport. Highly recommended and would use again.

Within 20 yards of the Trevi fountain. Great spacious three bed apartment and a wonderful host. Bear in mind it’s near a top tourist attraction son can be noisy but we expected that and the location and apartment make a bit a noise worth putting up with. Would stay again

Fabios property is just around the corner from the Trevi Fountain and in close proximity to the taxi stand and several wonderful restaurants. We were a group of 6 friends traveling and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Our host greeted us, showed us the apartment, gave us recommendations on sights and places to eat. The beds were clean and comfortable. There’s a nice kitchen with lots of supplies and many areas to sit for relaxing and conversation. The location is right by the Trevi fountain with many restaurants, gelato spots and shopping. Super central for getting around. We would all stay here again. Kudos to our host.
