Casa Karoline is a detached villa ideally located in the tranquil complex of La Goleta, less than a five-minute drive from the local amenities of the Faro Park area and the coastal promenade. Recently refurbished, the villa has been tastefully decorated and is fully equipped in order to provide the comforts of a real home away from home.

The villa comprises two bedrooms, both with built-in wardrobes and comfortable beds. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. There are two bathrooms: an en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom with a large bath and shower possibility, and a second bathroom with a practical walk-in shower.

The beautiful living room boasts a vaulted ceiling, two leather sofas, an armchair, and a flat-screen cable TV with international channels. Additionally, the villa offers high-speed fiber optic Internet. The modern kitchen features a practical combination of an oven and microwave in a column, and is fully equipped with all the essential amenities for those who enjoy home cooking. It leads to the dining area, which seats six people. The dining area is designed for comfort with a high wall on one side for wind protection and a vertical retractable roller blind on the front, allowing for full enclosure if needed.

The exterior terrace off the living room is furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for a relaxing coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Two vertical retractable roller blinds provide extra protection in this area.

The villa features a private pool with underwater lighting, which is electrically heated during the winter months (November to May), and sunbeds for lounging. Additional features include lockable shutters with adjustable louver blades, a portable BBQ, marble floors throughout, and marble vanity tops in both bathrooms.

Situated in a gated urbanization, Casa Karoline also offers private parking beside the entrance of the villa.

A fantastic break

What a great find. The villa was perfect for our stay. It was very well equipped with everything we needed. I had mentioned I was staying as a birthday treat and Sofia had left a box of chocolates and a bottle of bubbly for us. It was a very thoughtful touch! She was also great at keeping us informed about a possible power cut that didn’t materialise. Would highly recommend.

Suited us perfectly, quiet, and calming.

As described, good restaurants within walking distance. And a couple of supermarkets. Buses available although we had a car. Lovely heated pool. No faults.

Wunderbares Haus, jederzeit wieder!

Wir haben die Villa Karoline im Winter für 10 Tage gebucht und waren begeistert! Alles sehr gepflegt, wunderschöner Garten, toller Pool(wird regelmäßig gereinigt 👍🏻)extrem gut ausgestattete Küche und wunderbar ruhige Lage! Sonne von morgens bis abends und sehr gemütlicher,windgeschützter Außensitzplatz, den man auch im Winter immer nutzen kann. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und wären so gerne länger geblieben…

Great stay - Wonderfull Villa

It's a wonderful villa in quit neighborhood. Close to Papagayo beaches - only 20 minutes by car. Sofia and Andy are high professionals. They are helpful and responsive.

Lovely Villa, exactly as described.

We absolutely loved this villa holiday. The property is delightful with a great pool and lovely setup all round. The local amenities are a short walk away and have everything you need. Great communication throughout with the superb management team. Would absolutely recommend.

Die Ausstattung der Villa entspricht genau der Beschreibung, wir haben nichts vermisst. Das Bett ist angenehm hoch, die Matratze nicht durchgelegen. Die Küche ist recht neu und sauber. Schön war der große beheizte Pool, er wurde fleissig von uns genutzt. Die Urbanisation liegt ein Stück entfernt von Playa Blanca, aber erfreulicherweise gibt es ein paar Restaurants in der Nähe. Für einen erholsamen Urlaub ist die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Fantastic Villa in lovely quiet gated community.

We have really enjoyed our stay in Villa Karoline. The villa is in a lovely quiet, gated community close to all amenities. The villa has got everything you can possibly want to make your stay comfortable. The owners have furnished it with quality fittings, the kitchen is brand new and is stocked with quality utensils. We only used the Master bedroom and it is so important to have a quality mattress to ensure a good night sleep. You do not miss air conditioning as there is no need for it. The living room has very comfy new settees in it and a massive TV with all the stations that you would want. We didn't use the TV however, preferred sitting outside by the pool or in in the sheltered area with the dining table. The retractable wind screens served us really well as it was particularly windy during our stay. The garden is beautiful and much larger then we expected. Pool is lovely and well maintained, it is also worth mentioning that there is a much larger pool available in the gated community for all to use. The information folder that was in the villa is the best we have ever come across. The Papagayo beaches are a must to visit.! Finally we must mention the service we received from Sofia, it has been unrivalled and we have used this website for years!! We would recommend this villa without hesitation and hope to return in the future. Alison & Peter

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The idea of buying a house on Lanzarote was in our minds ever since we visited the island for the very first time. We have stayed over the years in different areas on Lanzarote and when we finally decided to start our purchase research we were absolutely certain that Playa Blanca was the place for us. We knew that Casa Karoline was going to be ours, from the moment we stepped in. We liked its location, its comfortable design, its inviting pool and also its typical Lanzarote garden with lovely grown plants.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Casa Karoline is situated in the residential area of La Goleta. It is close to all the local amenities but far enough from any hussle, providing peace and tranquility. In this year (2021) we have enjoyed refurbishing the villa and have fitted a new kitchen with new kitchen inventory, new beds and bedding, sofas, Tv etc. to make the villa as comfortable as possible for us and for our guests. Casa Karoline is our special get-away and we hope that our guests will enjoy it as much as we do!
