Cette maison nouvellement construite et jamais louée est prête à en faire vos meilleures vacances à ce jour! La belle maison 3 BR 2 BA dispose d'un grand salon où la famille peut se réunir tout en regardant la télévision sur grand écran, en jouant à des jeux, en dégustant des repas ensemble à la maison ou en se relaxant simplement sur le mobilier confortable. Il y a de beaux planchers de bois franc dans tout l'espace de vie avec de la moquette dans les chambres. La cuisine a de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable et a tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour préparer un repas. Vous adorerez également les comptoirs en granit, les éclaboussures de carreaux et la grande île où les amis et la famille peuvent se réunir pendant la préparation du repas. Les chambres ont toutes de nouveaux lits / matelas et disposent d'une télévision à écran plat pour les clients. La chambre principale a une grande salle de bain avec une douche à l'italienne joliment carrelée! Il y a une nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse pour les clients. À l'extérieur, le grand patio avant est l'endroit idéal pour accrocher et déguster un cocktail ou se détendre dans la brise fraîche d'été!

Situé dans la merveilleuse communauté de Montego Bay, la famille ne manque pas d'activités amusantes. Il y a des rues tranquilles pour faire du vélo, des parcs pour jouer, des courts de tennis, un jeu de palets, une jetée pour la pêche, une piscine communautaire et bien sûr les magnifiques plages d'Ocean City. Toutes ces activités sont accessibles à pied ou à vélo. La communauté est également stratégiquement située à un supermarché, à de nombreux excellents restaurants, mini-golf, films et à de nombreuses autres activités amusantes qu'Ocean City a à offrir!

Very well kept and cozy house just a two minute drive from the 130th beach access point. Updated interior and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean property, everything you need without all of the clutter found in most rental units.

We had a great vacation, very relaxing. Community was clean, quiet and very friendly. Community pool was very nice. Location was convenient to all that OC has to offer. Would highly recommend.

Hurricane Ian cancelled our plans for the weekend, but the rental on Clamshell Dr. made it very comfortable.

Wonderful Place to Stay

I've always wanted to stay in Montego Bay. The neighborhood was the best and this home may be the nicest place we've stayed in while in Ocean City. We would definitely stay here again. The porch was great for meals and playing card games in the evening. It was one of the main reasons why we chose this home and we're glad that we did. The pool (which was very well maintained) is only one street over and the beach is just a short drive away. Wish we could have stayed longer but maybe next year. Thanks again for letting us stay in your home for our family vacation! We really enjoyed it.

Great vacation property. There was plenty of space for four adults and two teenagers to enjoy time together, but also relax and have their own personal space. It has a very beachy feel and the kitchen is stocked with all your cooking and entertaining needs. The unit looked clean upon arrival, but it was also nice to have access to a vacuum cleaner and other cleaning tools to use if you would like to do a quick clean before or after your use of the space. The bathrooms were nice and spacious and having a hairdryer available in the unit was very convenient. Each bedroom had plenty of hanging and drawer space for your belongings along with multiple outlets for charging electronics. The front porch is a great covered space with plenty of seating for the entire family to enjoy the fresh air. Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy this great space and make some wonderful memories with our family. Can’t wait to stay again!

Ocean City Getaway

The property was beautiful, in a quaint little neighborhood. No issue whatsoever with house or amenities. Only thing was finding the pool which happened to be right around the block, but no signage to tell you how to get there. Everything was great otherwise

Perfect long weekend getaway!

The house is as exactly as the photos show. Lots of extras to use as far as cooking and cleaning products. Quiet neighborhood. Close to everything. Able to drive or walk to restaurants and stores. Easy checkin. Outside patio to enjoy the outdoors. Comfy furniture and beds. We would definitely recommend this rental.

Nicely updated house in quiet neighborhood

Nicely updated house in quiet neighborhood. Pool was only 1 street over. Neighbors were all friendly. Raised ceilings made space seem larger. We didn't need it, but was nice to have washer and dryer there. Only thing that would make it better would be if linens and bath towels were provided.

4th of July getaway

Rented this property for my family and my in laws for the 4th of July week. House was very clean, large, and very well equipped with everything we needed. There was a slight mix up in the beginning where I was given the wrong address, but Dave answered the phone right away and cleared up the minor mix up. Very nice neighborhood and we all enjoyed sitting out in the front porch. Would definitely recommend this property and would rebook.

Montego Bay beautiful

Wonderful experience staying on Clamshell Drive. The property was most importantly, clean! In addition, there was plenty of room and it was very quiet. This was a bonus. When we had our own property in Ocean City, we always had to deal with tenants above us or below us. The attraction to this property was that it stood alone, which we hoped would translate into peace and quiet. I slept like a baby the whole week. We are already wanting to reserve for next year. Bravo to the owners and the property managers!

Beautiful property

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was gorgeous and very comfortable. My only "critique" is that when I've stayed at other places like this common stuff such as toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, and dish soap/dishwasher detergent are provided. During our stay we had to buy all of those things. There were a few of each but certainly not enough to accommodate a family of 4 for an entire week. Otherwise the property management was extremely helpful and kind, even when our address got mixed up! I would definitely stay at one of their properties again.

Property is fine; beware inaccurate charges for false claims

The property was fine for our needs. I would have liked more supplies in the kitchen as it was difficult to even make breakfast for a family. The pans were quite scratched and not in good condition. There was no scraper to be found. We had to purchase a few things to be able to make meals. This is definitely a farther walk to the beach than we anticipated, but it is nice that the property sits back in and it's a perfect area for riding bike around the community. My major complaint is that we were charged a ridiculous amount to replace a cheap mini blind in the laundry room because they said we broke a piece off. I messaged the property management company several times to adamantly deny this happened during our stay. Not only did it not happen during our stay, there is also no way the mini blinds cost what I was charged to replace them. This feels very much like a scam to me, so I would be cautious about renting from them. At the very least, be sure to take pics of everything prior to leaving. I wish I had done that, but I've never had a problem renting on VRBO before.

To our future guests, this property has consistently received 4 and 5 star reviews by very happy guests. We inspect properties before and after stays to ensure they are in good condition for each guest. We also ask guests to do a thorough walk-thru and report anything not in good condition so we're all aligned on the property condition. In this instance, blinds were found to be damaged after a stay and nothing was reported at the start of the trip. No one ever means to damage something, and it's not unusual for a damage to occur and someone not realize, but broken items need to be replaced or fixed. We take everyone's vacation very seriously and we also take our responsibility to ensuring the owner's property is well kept seriously. Calling us scammers because of this incident is defamatory and a bit out of line.
