The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

From here, you will be 1.5 miles to the boardwalk, 7 miles to Assateague Island, 4 miles to Frontier Town, 1 mile to the outlets and it is convenient to many of the area's best golf courses. You'll also be surrounded by fun for the family with miniature golf, batting cages, two go cart tracks, paintball and a movie theatre. The boardwalk is an easy drive away for even more family fun! The adults will love being close to the grocery store and many fantastic restaurants/bars including Harborside Bar/Grill, Mickey Fins, Sunset Grille, The Shark and Bad Monkey to name a few.

This home has plenty of room for you to stretch out and features a large kitchen dining room area, family room with a fireplace, 2 decks with a view of the pond, washer/dryer, wireless internet and TV's in every room. * The property comes with 2 parking spots.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* The outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, the indoor pool is open year-round.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 8 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
