One of the best units I have stayed in at Black Creek. Clean and quiet. Well located for biking the trails along the bay and good access to the Village.
Cozy and convenient. It was close to Thornbury where I attended a painting workshop. Easy to find using GPS. It was quiet up until Thursday night when someone came into the unit above me. They must of had a dog because I could hear it trotting back and forth. Luckily I always sleep with ear plugs. It was nice having a kitchen. The water pressure was excellent in the shower. The water was hot very fast too. The only issue I had was trying to sign into my Netflix account on the TV. The property manager wouldn't answer the phone! Kept texting me, which was no help at all. It was my understanding that the previous persons would be signed out of the streaming services.
Location was amazing! Only thing that wasn't communicated in the ad was the extra air conditioner unit added to the window so we couldn't close that window so we had to drape a blanket for privacy at night. We would definitely stay here again- the price was great, the place the perfect size and super clean! Thank you!

Getting a shower of urine twice in two days definitely detracted from our enjoyment.
Had a very nice stay. Excellent communication with property management, promptly tended to all requests. Would have given 5 stars but walls, ceilings a little thin.
We stayed in suite 106. I was a bit wary because some reviews said that some units in that complex were dirty or "old".Not the case for our suite. It was impeccable. I strongly recommend that the owners paint the door because it gives the wrong impression about the studio itself and add at least 1 fitting sheet for the sofa bed as they specify in the ad that linen is provided. Other than that we were very happy with everything.
