We loved this home in Sea Pines. We loved the King sized beds and they were so comfortable! The house is well appointed and had everything we needed to make our vacation special. I loved watching TV in the extra living room with my 3 year old. I highly recommend this home to anyone wanting a great rental at HHI. The area is so quiet and beautiful!

What a wonderful home on Sweet Gum Lane! Open floor plan, comfy beds & stunning decor & many details that helped us have a great stay! Also loved the spotless garage, easy door codes & location easy walk to the pool. Owner Bill left a lovely gift basket, complete with sweets & a deck of cards. Highly recommend this property if you’re visiting HH.

We loved our stay at this property. It was centrally located with easy access to beach, pool, shops. The host provided lots of great information about the area before check in and was very communicative throughout our stay. The house fit our needs perfectly and was clean and well appointed. We will stay again!

Sea Pines was a great family destination and our accommodations at this property suited our family of six very well! Lots of living space. The kids particularly liked the back den area. It was a great location to get to all areas of the resort. Beautiful setting. Safe for everyone to explore on bikes from the property.

Beautiful and well-appointed home in a central location in Sea Pines. Our family of five had plenty of space and we enjoyed the quick access to neighborhood pool and sport courts and easy biking to beach and shopping areas. Abundant nature and serene setting made this a truly memorable experience. The host provided thorough written communication so check-in and check-out were simple and stress free. We loved our trip and highly recommend this rental unit!

There was trash in the outside can and a raccoon or something made a mess. We cleaned it up. Overall the property is nice, some updates are needed. The inside a/c unit and water heater are noisy.

We’re very sorry that an animal got into the outside trash and made a mess, and we especially appreciate you taking the time to clean it up. The trashcan is normally secured and we will make sure we address how the outside trash is secured to help prevent this from happening again. We also appreciate your comments about the A/C unit and water heater and will have those checked. Guest feedback is very helpful to us as we continue to maintain and improve the property. We couldn’t be happier with this property choice. Very beautiful home, quiet neighborhood, but easy access to everything. Kitchen well-stocked, bathrooms clean and had great extras like nice soaps, lotions, sunscreen, etc. They provided a welcome basket which we really appreciated. Honestly, no complaints!

Everything was wonderful at the house. Our kids were able to enjoy the nearby playground and basketball hoop. We also were able to walk to a few nearby restaurants through a trail. House was clean and comfortable and the neighborhood was nice and quiet.

We stayed as a family of 4 with 2 young toddlers! This place was a perfect location to everything HHI has to offer! We loved riding bikes, the stables, and the beach club was truly phenomenal. The host was extremely proactive and responsive to all of our needs - we would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

My family has been going to Hilton Head for quite a few years now and we finally stayed in Sea Pines this week. This property did not disappoint. Great location next to the shops at Sea Pines. Short little family bike rides to anywhere you want to go. The layout of the property works very well for families of four. And the neighborhood it is located in is very quiet and peaceful. We hope to be back next year work permitting.

Clean, comfortable, great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was fantastic, Bill was great communicating with an issue that came up and he quickly had it repaired, the house and comfortable, spacious, and clean.

Our family really enjoyed our stay in this lovely home! It's in a fabulous location and it had everything we needed for the week. The home was clean and everything worked properly. We would definitely stay there again!

Property and location were 10/10. This is our 4th summer in Hilton Head and this was our favorite property. Short bike ride to both the Beach Club and Harbour Town. Would book this property again for 2026!
