Welcome to this inviting three-bedroom, three-bathroom Sterling Breeze connector unit, where you'll be captivated by the gorgeous views. Walking distance to Pier Park and complimentary seasonal beach service (2 chairs & 1 umbrella), this condo promises both convenience and relaxation. This 3-bedroom corner unit boasts 2 separate balconies with endless views of the gulf, coastline, and sunsetsâa truly breathtaking experience.
Unique to this unit is a lock-out area with a kitchenette & king bed + twin bunks for extra privacy - perfect for families traveling together.
Each of the 3 bedrooms features a King bed and its own bathroom. Nearly 2000 sq ft of space with ample room. 2 bedrooms offer direct gulf-front views. Enjoy a private gulf-front balcony accessible from the living area or King master bedroom with its ensuite bath. The second bedroom also offers a King bed plus twin bunks, coastline view, private kitchenette, and ensuite bath. The sizable third bedroom features a King bed and set of twin bunks, perfect for families. The kitchen is fully stocked with a regular drip coffee pot, Keurig, toaster, blender, and all essentials for family dinners.
Sterling Breeze amenities include a hot tub, poolside seating, wine bar, and fitness center. Conveniently located just steps from Pier Park, the state fishing pier, and all the excitement of PCB. Pier Park offers over 900,000 square feet of open-air shopping, restaurants, and entertainment venues, including Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, Dick's Last Resort, Rum Runners, Red Brick Pizza, Panera Bread Company, Tootsie's, Reggae J's Island Grill, and Back Porch.
Things to Note:
- When you arrive at the Front Desk you will be charged $50 for a packet that contains your parking passes and armbands. One additional can be purchased for $50. A third can be purchased but we must pre-approve space in the parking garage. (Depends on occupancy). No boats, RVs, Camper tops are allowed. -To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. We recommend you bring your own spices, condiments, sunscreen, coffee pods/ground coffee, coffee filters, bug spray etc. or make your trip to the store after checking in to get anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check-in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation.
-No Smoking/Vaping Allowed. To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all surrounding areas, including balconies and patios. If any evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fee will be assessed to cover the necessary cleaning and deodorization costs.
-This unit is not pet friendly.
