Avec une vue imprenable et un accès aux eaux scintillantes du golfe du Mexique, ce condo au premier étage ENTIÈREMENT RÉNOVÉ au bord de la plage se trouve à quelques pas des sables blancs comme le sucre de la côte du golfe de Floride. Cette unité d'extrémité offre une lumière naturelle et une intimité merveilleuses, avec des vues sur les levers de soleil spectaculaires sur le lac oriental à l'est et les couchers de soleil sur le golfe à l'ouest.

Le confort intérieur comprend une chambre principale avec lit king-size, un canapé-lit queen-size et des lits superposés extra-longs jumeaux. Le coin cuisine / salon à aire ouverte offre amplement d'espace et de commodités pour que vous et vos invités puissiez profiter de la vue et vous détendre.

Our stay was amazing with the ocean just steps from the condo. The place was spotless, comfortably furnished, and perfect for our three night stay. The management was incredibly receptive and even let us check a few hours early. The sunsets were spectacular and we enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evening. We highly recommend this condo.

Amazing beach side condo. Recently beautifully remodeled. Perfectly clean, everything works, even the ice maker!!! Only thing I would add would be a garbage disposal ( I hate to even mention that because the condo really is otherwise perfect!)

Beautiful beach view

We enjoyed a three-night stay and especially liked the quietness of the end unit. The back boardwalk was so nice and convenient to access the beach. The condo was nicely decorated and was a pleasant stay for us.

Our Thanksgiving stay on the beach

We were 4 miles from other family members….Steps to the beach….. walked to the lake from the beach 🏖️ Amazing views…. Very peaceful and secluded!!! The men walked to the beach and fished!!!

An amazing stay in 30A

We just checked out today and absolutely loved staying here. The location was amazing to visit all towns nearby and you can’t beat being right on the beach. We never had to carry a million things bc we could just go back and forth. The condo had everything we may need and was clean, modern and updated, we felt like we were at a resort. Communication was also amazing and always just a text away. Will definitely look to stay here again when coming back to 30A.

Would definitely stay here again!

We loved this little place and would definitely stay here again. Benchmark was GREAT about communicating with us, it was very clean, and we love the location. We loved being on the ground level with 2 small kids, they were able to play in front of the unit, and we loved that this unit was the last one, so no one needed to walk past us. It was great.

Excellent stay with family!

Property was intimate and perfect location! Beach side made it easy to come and go with kids. I love the access to East Lake that provides a perfect safe spot for kids to play without the waves knocking them down. Biking was easy to Seaside and other shops nearby! Will come back soon!

Family Beach Vacation

Condo was clean and as advertised. This is a great area away from the crowds and has easy access to the beach. Need to make more parking available for each unit. Can't wait to come back.

Happy Little Condo

The condo was beautifully decorated and clean. The view of the gulf was spectacular. It was wonderful watching the changing colors of the water and the sand was like sugar. We were on ground level so we could walk directly out onto the beach. Very few steps to go up and down. We were sent the incorrect address and entrance code. That was quickly rectified

Cozy Condo Seagrove

We truly enjoyed our stay in this beautifully redesigned condo. It’s so nice to sit on the patio and watch the ocean waves. Walking out to the beach is a breeze with just a few steps away. Our daughter & family live nearby and came to visit twice. The only negative is there was no where to park their car. Only 1 parking spot provided.

Great view!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the condo and the beach was very close and amazing views! The beach chairs were always set up and ready. Updated interior only down side was there was no coffee or filets and no disposal. Would stay here agin and the location was so great close to restaurants and my fav store Clay.Some small gnats in the kitchen but no biggie!

Happy Little Condo was Perfect!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was perfectly clean. Since it is the bottom corner unit it was very quiet. It was the perfect size for our family of 4! The walk to the beach was only a few steps down the shared patio and the perfect spot. The parking spot is one of the best in the lot. The location on Eastern Lake Rd is one of our favorites on 30A.
