You’re going to love all the latest updates and attention to detail within this Gulf-front condo at BeachCrest 505. The owner is consistently updating and upgrading this beach retreat. Located directly on an expansive private beach (with free seasonal beach setup!), you'll enjoy beautiful panoramic views from both the master bedroom and living area.

Head out on the large private balcony where you will find a Polywood table & 4 chairs & a Polywood lounger to relax and hear the sounds of the waves as you enjoy a morning cup of coffee. The 4 chairs & lounger have comfortable New cushions. We know this balcony is going to become your favorite spot while you’re here.

Inside, there's a fully equipped kitchen stocked with all the tools you need to make amazing vacation feasts and treats. There is plenty of storage for your groceries in the full-size pantry. There is a large counter-height dining table (for 6) or breakfast bar seating with plenty of room for dinner and snack breaks.

Cuddle up on the beautiful new sectional sofa, beautifully framing the Gulf views, and take note of the new 55" Smart TV with HD cable – it’s perfect for game day. The kids will love the new smart TVs in the master bedroom and guest room, along with the movie library for family movie night. Pack light with the new stackable top loader washer & dryer.

505 is thoughtfully designed and updated throughout to make sure you have a truly relaxing getaway.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. First 30A Vacation

It’s a little quieter on the coast at Thanksgiving and afforded us the opportunity to just relax and recharge. I am a cyclist and made full use of the bike paths and roads in the Point Washington State Park.

The condo is in a great location. It is just down the road from seaside and Rosemary beach without having to stay in the crowd. The condo is extremely clean and well done.

Reviewer Comments: Lovely, clean condo. 15 minutes from Rosemary Beach with an abundance of shops and restaurants, and less than 10 minutes the other direction is Central Square with more shops, restaurants, etc. Beachside service provided chairs and umbrellas, and the balcony was the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee outlooking the ocean. Condo came equipped with all amenities you would need.

Great place

It was very nicely appointed and great layout and location! Everything was fantastic, however I would recommend bedspreads on the beds. We did have blankets but no spreads. Not sure if that was due to the pandemic. The unit was just like the photos! Nice amenities as well.

Wonderful location and amazing property!

We generally don't like to stay in "high-rise" buildings on the beach, but this has changed our tune. Debi has thought of every single amenity you could ever want or need while on vacation, and it was like staying in her home and not a typical rental unit. We were so impressed with how clean the common areas were, and the location just cannot be beat. It's easy walking distance to quite a few places to eat, and renting bikes to jaunt into Seaside was awesome. We'll definitely be staying here again - you get what you pay for and this was one of our best vacations to the area (and we go at least 1-2 times a year!)

Our Beach Vacation

This is a beautifully decorated condo unit with a killer view in a great location. The bathrooms are pretty small but that was not a surprise given it's a condo. Two people can not use either of the bathrooms at the same time so we each took one and that worked fine. The balcony was also a bit small but we only used it for morning coffee, breakfast and sunsets so it was able to work for the two of us ok. We did a load of laundry on our last night and found the washer stunk from the black mold all around the rubber gasket. That was the only thing we found wanting in the condition of the unit. The management company did not give us a beach code for our late afternoon arrival and gave us the wrong one when we called them. That was corrected the next morning

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the farthest east we've stayed on 30-A and one of the few mid-rise buildings. In terms of the location it was very conveniently located to Publix, quick-marts, and restaurants. The unit we stayed in was clean and for the most part updated. The only complaint was the sofa. It's very uncomfortable and could probably use replacing. It's a sleeper sofa, which I understand the value of, but the cushions offered NO support and after coming in after watching the sun set we were pretty miserable in the evenings trying to find a comfy spot to sit. On the plus side, it was one of the best stocked kitchens we've encountered as we generally prepare most of our meals in as opposed to going out.

Everything that we expected!

Our first time staying at Beachcrest and it was a perfect location for us! We love 30A, and this was our first time staying in Seagrove. The location of the condo was great and we were able to walk to several of our favorite restaurants in the area; specifically Cafe Thirty-A and Angelina’s. My teens easily biked to Seaside. It was close to Publix and a gas station. The beach was private to guests of Beachcrest- not over-crowded like some areas. The complementary chair set-up was a bonus. We made sure to get to the beach early to get front row. The unit was as described and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The furniture was comfortable. We were appreciative of the luggage carts provided for arrival and departure. We never had a long wait for the elevator, even during high season. The view from the 5th floor was perfect and we enjoyed morning coffee and evening drinks on the balcony. Absolutely no complaints! Wouldn’t hesitate to book again for next year.

Late February at the beach

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time to stay in 505. We returned to it this year because of its location and the decor of the unit. I’d like to suggest a few improvements please. The sofa was not as comfortable this year. It felt thinner and in need of replacing the stuffing and springs. I suggest a regular sofa and one or two comfortable upholstered chairs instead of the wrap around sofa .It would be nice to have a few coffee filters and a box of tissues in addition to the roll of paper towels available.

SEPT VACATION IN FLORIDA - BEACHCREST 505

I RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY.BEACHCREST 505 IS A VERY NICE CONDO AND I WOULD RECOMMEND. I HAVE RENTED MY CONDO FOR SEPT 2023. IT IS NOT BC 505, BUT ONE IN THE MONTEREY COMPLEX DOWN IN SEACREST BEACH.
