The condo was very nice and clean. Looks like there is new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. A nice comfortable king size bed in the bedroom. Bathrooms were nice and very clean. Check-in was easy and the company was very helpful in making sure we were all set up. Definitely would recommend this property to anyone looking for a beachside condo.

This is a beautiful property in our favorite location. The view from the patio and the proximity to the beach are awesome. We didn't go there to watch TV or surf the web, but the internet speed and TV service in the living room are not great. But again, the property and the location are great.

Renter Beware...Run down unit misrepresented by reviews

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We chose this rental based on its proximity to the beach and because of prior good experiences with other units we’ve rented in this complex. Unfortunately every 5 star review this unit received inaccurately described what we experienced! When we arrived, the floor had a sticky film all over it as if it hadn’t been cleaned properly. The furniture was so worn and grimy that we had to place a pillow on the top of the cushions for support and a sheet over the entire couch to feel comfortable sitting on it. The kitchen was supposedly updated but we found the “updates” were minimal at most. The fan in the living area never worked and both fans had a film of dust and dirt that had net been wiped down in months. The walls were scuffed and there was section of thick dust on some parts of the walls. I don’t mind a dated place in terms of decorations, but worn down, beat up furniture and an unclean unit is unacceptable for what we paid. I immediately contacted Benchmark after we got into the unit via their website with an email and NEVER received one response! We are very disappointed in our experience as this was our anniversary celebration week and the last place we wanted to go back to was this unit after a nice day at the beach or a dinner out. We couldn’t relax because we felt like we were staying in a dirty unit. And I would have cleaned it from top to bottom but there was no cleaning supplies and I wasn’t going to go out and buy those to clean a u it of which I have to pay a cleaning fee for the next renter! We will never stay in this unit again and we hope that this review will be a wake up call to the owners who seemingly can get away without updating their unit because of the location and the misrepresentations on the reviews online!

Amazing location

Overall this was a great place to stay. Easy checkin process and perfect location. I did try multiple times to contact management through email and received no response and that was disappointing. Outside of that it was great.

Central location

The Palms at Seagrove is centrally located on Hwy 30A, half way between Destin and Panama City.Our condo facing thr gulf was beautiful and quiet. Deer even came to browse around the vegetation. I highly recommend the Palms and hope to return in the future.

Wonderful location!

We LOVED the ground level condo. Perfect and so convenient for our family. Could use a few updates but overall was a fantastic property! Also, wish we could have checked in early since they were done with cleaning at like 12. Check in was 4pm. Definitely would stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was perfect for us. Great view, easy access to the beach. Clean and comfortable. Not an overly decorated unit, but everything worked perfectly. Only complaint would be the wi-fi, it was spotty and inconsistent on our phones, as well as with the TV.
