Emerald Hill 13 offers a luxurious king bedroom and can sleep 2 more guests on the murphy bed in the console under the TV in the living area. The bathroom is a spa-like retreat with an extra-large walk in shower.

Emerald Hill:
On the south side of Highway 30A, in the heart of beautiful Seagrove Beach, this Gulf-front community offers a large sunny pool and private gated beach entrance. You'll enjoy swift access to the white sandy beaches and turquoise waters. The 19-mile paved bike/walk path that parallels the entire length of the Highway 30A is conveniently located in front of this complex. The property is centrally positioned and close to everything. A Publix grocery store is approximately 2 miles away, and a Tom Thumb gas station is within walking distance. This family friendly complex is very close to some of the area’s most popular state parks, as well.

Come experience the Emerald Coast first hand with restaurants, shops, bike riding, shore fishing, snorkeling, kayaking, and majestic sunrises and sunsets all at your front door. Emerald Hill is in the perfect place for easy access to all you could want out of your 30A vacation rental.

Rent a bike and jump on the 20-mile Timpoochee bike trail that runs right in front of the complex. Visit famous Seaside and Grayton Beach State Park to the West. Head East and discover more of Seagrove Beach plus the wonderful coastal communities of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Enjoy exploring the boutique shops, fabulous restaurants, and beautiful state parks in each of these communities.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Couple's retreat

We couldn't have booked a better location for our anniversary getaway. The ground level walk out to the beach made everthing so relaxing. The property was clean and well kept. We will be going back.

Emerald Hill has been our “go to” place for years. We’ve tried other condos…and been satisfied…but Emersld Hill always stands above the rest.

Condo is in great shape however sofa needs to be cleaned BADLY and the bedroom is nice if you like to sleep in a room that is bright! Bring a sleep mask you will need it. Benchmark sorely lacks in attention to detail and customer reps are rude and unprofessional. They need additional customer training. Will probably never stay in one of their properties again. Also stairs down to the condo entrance is really dicey. They need a ramp.

Great Unit & Location

The property was not clean upon arrival, but the management co (Kelsey) did an outstanding job rectifying the situation. The Unit was in excellent overall condition with new appliances and very comfortable, great ocean front view. The exterior of the buildings is starting to show its age and needs some TLC. Would absolutely stay here again.

Condo renovations are lovely, comfortable bed, gorgeous ocean views and easy access to beach. The only thing I will mention in case it helps someone make a choice: though the front of the condo is ground level with the best patio, there are 6 steps from the parking lot to 12A’s hallway .

Not as advertised

Upon arrival the property was not ready to be used. The AC was out, the internet was out, the cable was out, and best of all the patio furniture in the pictures was gone! These were all problems that the property manager should have addressed before we arrived, not after. They did fix most on our second day, but we never got furniture besides 2 chairs on the patio. Management wouldn’t let us cancel and leave. They also wouldn’t let me talk to a real manger or give any refund for the property being not as advertised and having to deal with all these issues.

Perfect except for....

A couple of things need to be repaired by, I assume, the owner. The ice-maker in the freezer is not working. Someone (previous guest?) did leave a bag of ice in the freezer, however. Management said they would alert maintenance? The front bank of windows facing the beach view have only half a curtain rod, the remainder of the rod obviously broke at some time and was removed. The windows cannot be covered. This would certainly present a privacy breach if the living room Murphy's bed was in use. But our issues were with management. They were extremely attentive and offered to accommodate any need we might present, until we actually asked for something. Extra blanket, please? No. None in the "warehouse." Roll of toilet paper, because we are out? No. Not allowed to provide more toilet paper. ( We had to go to the store. Really.) We discovered we were never given an access code to the pool. We texted requesting same. We were given one "to try." What? Try? Thankfully, it worked. But why wasn't the code given to us in the first place? Management began with a 5 and ended with a 4. And how about just supply an extra roll of toilet paper as routine? Honestly, that's not asking a lot.

They attempted to fix it but couldn't get it working. The pool had to be cleaned because some bad weather came through but they quickly fixed that. All in all it was an awesome place to vacation.

Excellent place

This unit seemed to be brand new inside in every respect on our stay in May 2022. Excellent location. It is indeed beach front. You walk out large sliding doors onto a small patio, then some grass, and then onto the beach. In spite of adjoining units, the surrounding shrubs provide for a nice sense of privacy. We will try to book this spot on our next visit to the coast.
