You won't believe these sunset views from the penthouse level of TAKE IT EASY - a quiet and beautiful southwest CORNER unit, GULF FRONT condo in the fabulous and relaxed "Palms at Seagrove" community! MOST UNITS AT THE PALMS DO NOT FACE THE SUNSET, THIS CORNER UNIT DOES! You came all this way to go to the beach, so stay DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH! Very important - PRIVATE BEACH! AVOID THE CROWDS! The Palms at Seagrove has by far, one of THE VERY LEAST populated beaches on all of 30A, since it's a small community with its own wide private beach, even during the PEAK WEEKS!.
