Le grand plan d'étage ouvert de l'espace de vie principal vous permettra à tous les membres de votre groupe de passer du temps ensemble tout en profitant d'une vue imprenable sur la plage. La cuisine est entièrement équipée d'ustensiles de cuisine et de vaisselle dont vous avez besoin pour préparer vos repas ou collations préférés à emporter avec vous à la plage. Vous trouverez également une télévision à écran plat dans le salon et trois chambres, offrant à chaque membre de votre groupe un endroit pour se détendre et se détendre avec vos émissions préférées après une journée dans le sable.

March 2024 Stay

Overall the property is great. The rooms are large and spacious and the view from the balcony is fabulous. The property is right on the beach which is also great. The reasons I didn't give it 5 stars are: bathrooms are dated and fixtures really need to be upgraded and the indoor pool is very small (which did not come across in the online photos).

Exceeded Expectations

This condo was ideal for my family and I. It actually exceeded my expectations. Pictures just don’t do it justice. The balcony alone was worth it all. Beautiful views and great place to just sit and listen to the ocean. The rooms were big and had more than enough bathrooms. The indoor pool was really small but other than that, perfection. Will definitely be staying here again

We love Perdido key

Overall, our stay was wonderful! We did have a maintenance issue which they took care of right away. We did have a concern about one of the tables that was broken and you couldn’t use. We did ask maintenance about this and they said they have been working on resolving this problem for a while however, we found a new table in a box under one of the beds that just needed to be put together! This needs to be done for safety reasons. We couldn’t all sit at a table to eat because of this inconvenience.

We had stayed in another unit in this building a couple of years ago and loved the area and views. This particular unit was not as clean and is needing some TLC in my opinion, some of those things you can't see in the online pictures.

we Loved it! Will be back!

You can see Ole River, Innerrarity Point, and the Gulf from this location! Water from every room! I’ve never stayed so far East on the Key, but I loved it! The condo was equipped with cookware, linens, knives, and dishes that are above average. That means a lot to me because I cook ALOT while vacationing with my family. Due to Covid 19, we couldn’t use some of the amenities but we understood that. We will definitely visit this condo again!

Few problems

The condo was awesome! However getting in it was a problem. Had no idea how to call the elevator! Buttons between the elevators made us think we would summons the fire dept. if we pushed them. Finally two ladies came off and then told us how to work things and how to enter code for condo. Had no idea we were to wear bracelets to pool until guards told us. You need to work on this! He said several people had told him they didn't know they had to wear them!

Decor was lovely but unit needs upgrading

By Wednesday, everyone was coughing, thought it may have been due to wind blowing pollen or something in the air. Upon leaving, two ladies that use CPAP machines looked at their air filters - one was dark gray, other was totally black. They are white when installed and both installed new ones before leaving on vacation. Being from a property mgmt background, that is evidence of mold in the unit. I was disappointed as my sister had been through multiple health issues this last year and wanted her to have a really good time. That was not the case.

Gorgeous view!

We selected this unit mainly because our spring break was the last week in March when the weather is iffy. We were looking forward to the indoor & outdoor pools. The outside pool was nice was not heated, & the indoor pool appeared much smaller than the picture. The condo was nice but somewhat dated. The bathroom faucets were white coated metal which needed to be replaced as the finish was badly peeling. One of the secondary bath’s glass shower door fell off track which could’ve been dangerous if a child had been using it. Overall the condo was clean (my friend did find 3 pieces of trash under her bed), spacious and comfortable especially the beds. And as we were leaving, we found boogy boards & sand buckets in the laundry room even though the management company told me that they did not provide them. Be sure to bring your own beach towels. The view was beautiful!

Great Location / Not So Great Property (Condo)

Although the property had a great location (great amenities like pool areas) and beautiful beaches, the property itself was very misleading by the details provided in the description. The condo is in dire need of some attention, because it seems that other than new furniture, no updates have been done in quite some time. The kitchen itself has very few items, and if the item you may need is there, it is worn out or falling apart. There were two dining sitting areas, but after placing towels down on the high top, we realized it was broken to the extent it would fall on small children unless we moved it out of the way (we reported the issue immediately but nothing was done). The property states that the wristbands provided need to be worn at the pool, gym, and tennis courts, but on-site security was very aggressive on continuing to tell us that we had to wear them on the beach (although security is only there every once in a while). The property also provides parking passes, however, they were not initially provided and it took over a day to get them, which we were concerned that our vehicles would be towed (they weren’t). Additionally, the elevator code process is overwhelming complicated and talking with almost all other visitors, it became clear that it was a thought everyone had. Also, most of the time only one of the elevators works, and trying to get the one that is broken fixed, seems to be a hassle for the on-site property management team.

Loved It

We are a family of 5 and the space in the condo was perfect. Our kids had their own beds which were comfortable except for one of the doubles that could be upgraded for comfort. 3 bathrooms was also very convenient. We loved the size of the balcony and spent a lot of time hanging out on it. The view is great because you can overlook the Gulf Shore area, or the water. The beach in front of our condo becomes private beyond the condo area. We liked this because it is quieter and less busy. We felt we were living in luxury all week in this condo. The master suite has a great whirlpool tub and nice bathroom. Everything we needed was in this condo. We thought the 12th floor would be inconvenient, but the elevator goes quick, so it was never an issue. The pool pictures are a bit misleading because the indoor pool is at the building next door, along with one outdoor pool. Our building had an outdoor pool also, so not a big deal and it's a quick walk to the other building. A few minor things...the unit needs a pizza cutter, tongs, and a better dryer. We had to run it for a couple hours to get our loads dry. The full sized couch is pretty saggy. We hope to rent this unit again!

Great condo

The Condo was very clean. Smelled great. Balcony is gorgeous. We loved the pool, and the easy access to the beach. However, someone had a BM accident on the way from the pool to the bathrooms. (I heard it was an older women) but there was a trail leading from the pool gate all the way from the bathrooms and was still there the next day, so I contacted the rental company. They gave me a number to call the HOA to address the situation. I felt this was very inhospitable. I feel they should have taken tbe situation more seriously and contacted the HOA themselves to have the problem addressed, as I am a renter, not a home owner. I called the number and left a message. The mess was cleaned up after over 24 hours of people walking through it. We also had some very very noisy neighbors one night that were on their balcony partying until 3am. We talked to security and he said he would "try" to make contact with them. I dont think they even attempted as it went on all night. The next day the security guard said he went to the door and didn't hear them, so he didn’t say anything. Well they were out on their balcony (right above ours) and on the 13th floor so no, he wouldnt hear it at the door. Luckily it was only one night that this was an issue, but it was a issue in deed. Over all I loved the condo and would stay again. I would have just liked to be taken more seriously by security and management about the few issues I felt needed addressed.

Disappointed

During the midst of the covid outbreak I expected to come in to sanitize but I did not anticipate having to clean the bathrooms. It was obvious that they hadn’t been cleaned prior to our arrival as there was hair not only in the bathtub, it was also in the shower as well as all over the floor and sinks. I used Lysol wipes and collected enough hair and dust to fill a hairbrush, yuck. Knowing that it would be cool, we choose this property because of the indoor pool so the kids could swim. We were not told told prior to booking that both the pool and fitness center were closed . Had I known that, we would have just booked a hotel or a beach house with more space since the kids would be trapped inside with no pool.😔

Family vacation.

The unit was overall in pretty good shape. It just needs a little TLC. The master shower leaks onto the floor every time you use it. The only frying pan in the unit the handle is about to fall off. There were crumbs on the kitchen counter when we checked in. Overall the unit is as described.
