We stayed here for Labor Day Weekend. If you're looking for a clean, relaxation, quiet spot with a great view this is the place to book. The linen on the beds were acceptionally clean. The property was well manicured and clean. We absolutely enjoyedbour stay.

Fantastic New Year stay at the beach

We stayed 4 days and thoroughly enjoyed everything. The heated pool was wonderful, the beach was gorgeous, the location could not be beat and we were very comfortable here. Almost everything we needed was there and when a grandchild locked a bedroom door (keys, money, phones were all in there) the management team responded immediately. We will definitely stay here again!!

Family getaway

We had a great stay! The place was perfect for what we needed. Similar to other reviews - I would recommend a few more chairs for the patio. Sleeps 8 but only 4 chairs so our family didn’t sit outside together. Check in and out were easy. Got to start our vacation right away and leave easily. Starting every morning with coffee and on the patio and watching the dolphins was amazing!! Loved the easy beach access and the company checked in with us often! Great spring break!!

Very relaxing! We stayed the week of May 14th.

Pictures of property was accurate. Beautiful views of the gulf. Very quiet, but that could have been that we had quiet neighbors:) The only thing I would recommend is better out door furniture to relax in and the door to enter the condo was hard to shut, may need adjusting. We would stay again. Thank you.

Short Trip to the Beach

The complex is nice. There are several levels of security which was greatly appreciated. The actual condo was not very well kept. The tile floors were very dirty. The sliding door tracks had mildew or mold on them. It felt like the condo was just a bare minimum rental property with no thought or upkeep going nack into it.

Family reunion

My mom and two sister hadn’t got to spend a lot of time together in years so it was so nice to bring them together we really enjoyed ourselves. The place was really nice could use a little more in the kitchen maybe some Tupperware and a few more pans would be nice and more convenient. But in all it was a great time really enjoyed the balcony and close to anything you need

Great condo- wonderful views and location

Great condo and enjoyed our time. Just 2 things. The mattress in the first bedroom to the left must be replaced. It’s as if there is a hole in it. Unable to sleep in it. It did not appear that the bathrooms were recently cleaned. There were rings in the toilets and we had to do some cleaning before we utilized the bathrooms. Other than that - was perfect!

Beach trip

Property was great. We slept and ate well. Only downside was it was 70 to 75 degrees and 20 to 30mph winds the entire time. Spent most of our time in the indoor pool. We wondered why the door code failed to work the morning of the 30th before we could leave. Luckily we discovered while some of our party were still inside so they could open the door for us. Also, apparently were nit vacuumed under the dressers. The one year old baby found and swallowed something left from previous guests necessitating an ER visit to make sure it was a coin that will pass and not a battery. Also had to buy a swiffer and mop the floors since the crawling baby's knees and legs were dirty from crawling on the floors.

Updates needed, but nice.

Property could use updates, but clean and safe. Although no codes needed for beach access as described and no security at the gate necessarily. Had a few issues with the front door and one of the beds. Guest services was quick to respond and alert maintenance (although not fixed while we were here). Hopefully will be for the next guests. Overall was nice and would return. Thank you!
