As Landlords:
We have rented to long term tenants for nearly 10 years and short term tenants for 7 years. We enjoy sharing our home, wherever that may be. We hope that each of our guests feels as comfortable as any family or friend that stays with us. We are aiming to try to introduce people to the area by providing a book of what to do, where to go, what to see, etc. We love history, so if and when possible we will also introduce our guests to the history of the area.
Personally:
We love to travel! Most recently we went to London, Amsterdam and plan on going to Germany next. We would travel more, but as parents to twin toddlers we are limited to continue as often as we prefer.
We love homes! As a real estate professional we enjoy turning houses into homes. We also believe in community and leveraging your biggest asset which is why we have and will always rent out our homes, even the one we live in ;)
We love family! We live minutes from where Paul grew up and where his parents still reside. We live in the same home as Mandie's parents. Our family is large and so we joke that we don't have many friends outside the family and those friends we do have outside blood relatives have been adopted into the family because we do so much life with our family.
We are a couple who takes pride in our home and neighborhood. We treat our rental space as a business and will go out of our way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Due to our work schedules one of us is usually available most hours of the day and will make ourselves available if needed. This space is truly your home away from home, and our goal is to welcome you as such by going the extra mile, so please donât hesitate to ask any questions or vocalize any feedback you may have. We ask you treat our home with the same care we do, please see our house rules.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
We lived here and as the area was being re-developed we decided to try development ourselves. We found partners and tore our existing homes down and built these apartments to condo grade.
The location is amazing. It's only 7 miles to PDX (airport), 10 minutes from downtown Portland or downtown Vancouver, it's steps from the Max (light rail), and steps from downtown Kenton which has great restaurants and pubs. If you travel by car great, but if not there is no disadvantage.
Couldn't be in a better location to explore the city!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
From this location you are really within 10 minutes to just about everything! And the best part is you can do it all via the Max and not worry about traffic or parking. We happen to LOVE Kenton neighborhood and believe you could enjoy so much just within 1/4 mile of your door. The local business are fabulous both in service and in experience! If you do come via car our location is excellent because there are many ways to avoid the freeways to travel in peak hours and yet 2 minutes from I-5 and 13 minutes to 205.
