Ce spacieux entièrement meublé, appartement, deux chambres à coucher est dans notre 4-plex au sud-ouest de Portland, idéalement situé à seulement six minutes de l'Université Portland State (PSU) et de l'Oregon Health & Sciences University (OHSU). Un bloc se trouve un arrêt de bus avec des bus fréquents au centre-ville, la ligne de métro léger MAX, et Lewis and Clark College. Il est à quelques pas du tram qui se connecte à OHSU. Deli The Elephant bien connu est à proximité, à environ un demi mile sur Corbett Ave. L'appartement se trouve à proximité du front de mer du Sud, plusieurs parcs et centres commerciaux et restaurants à proximité. Il est pratiquement le centre-ville, pourtant situé dans une rue calme sans issue. Cela signifie pratiquement pas de circulation dans ce quartier sûr. Apportez votre vélo et de le stocker en toute sécurité sur votre terrasse privée.

Les environs sont parc comme, avec des arbres fournissant de l'ombre en été. En hiver, lorsque les feuilles sont sur les arbres, il y a une vue à travers de la rivière Willamette. chaises extérieures confortables sur le pont vous invitent à siroter votre café du matin ou déguster un verre de vin le soir. A côté se trouve un terrain vacant avec un chemin de jardin où vous pouvez serpentent à travers un bosquet de bambous. Vous aurez toutes les commodités de la ville encore sentir comme si vous êtes en séjour dans une maison d'arbre. Pour votre commodité, vous aurez stationnement hors rue dans votre espace de stationnement dédié.

Nous fournissons gratuitement High Speed Internet sans fil (WiFi). Si vous aimez cuisiner, vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin dans notre cuisine bien équipée et bien équipée, y compris divers condiments et huile d'olive. Il y a une cuisinière / four, micro-ondes, grand réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle, mixeur à main, et un mélangeur. Vous trouverez les grains de café, un moulin, une machine à café goutte à goutte et une presse française, ainsi que des crémier et des édulcorants.

Quiet area

This was a great place in a very quiet area but very close to public transit so also convenient. It is in a quad-plex so one does hear noise from other units. The only downfall was the hosts accusing me of making noise which I never was doing! Perhaps they were trying to ascertain who it actually was making noise.

Wonderful Owners, close to OHSU, Doernbeckers, and VA hospital!

We had a family member have surgery, my daughters and brother in law all wanted to be close the first couple days. This home is within a couple miles of the hospitals and was cozy as well. The beds were comfortable and towels were not in short supply as in some places. Lastly, the owner worked with me with some early arrival and late departure issues. Thank for the home away from home... I will stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable!

Great place to stay, loved the little neighborhood. Perfect size for us - 2 adults and 3 year old. Parking was a little tight for a SUV, but location was nearby everything we wanted to visit. Beds were great and water pressure and temp was perfect.

Charming and cozy condo in the treeL

Charming and cozy with a great view perched with a view over trees. Clean and tastefully decorated. Everything we needed. Conveniently within walking distance of John's Landing where there are plenty of restaurants, and near to downtown Portland. TV wasn't working but response of owner was immediate.

Perfect Lovation for Girls Weekend Retreat

Lovely apartment for a relaxing weekend in Portland. Very cozy, clean, and comfortable. Relaxing forested setting that is conveniently located to many destinations in town. The bests were very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. Communication with the owners was very quick and easy. Great find for out of town guests visiting locals to stay or for anyone traveling to Portland. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay in Portland

We greatly enjoyed our stay here. We used the apartment as our base and went exploring around the Portland and Columbia Valley area nearly every day. It was great to come home to the apartment after our adventures. The beds were wonderful, the kitchen had everything needed for meal preparation. The hosts left great instructions on how to use all appliances, TV, and internet,etc. They were also very generous in having supplies which we were welcomed to use such as laundry detergent, dish soap, paper products, and even coffee! Also, had great easy access (1 blk) to public transportation which we used any time we went downtown. The apartment building has several units which were being used but we had no issue with any noise. Apartment is not luxury accommodations but is very comfortable and nice. Highly recommend.

Perfect!

The house was clean and very accommodating for all our needs. The balcony was so great and location was very close to all we did. The basket of kid tables was such a nice surprise for the kids!

Very functional and pleasant

This two bedroom condo backs up on a deep ravine and privacy. The bedrooms are big and the living area functional. It is well located in southwest Portland near the freeway which gets you downtown in minutes. It was a perfect pied a terre as we traversed Portland's many neighborhoods with our local friends and family.

Great location, Comfortable and Quiet Apartment

This apartment is a great VRBO find. It is very nicely appointed with beautiful furnishings and finishes.....and wonderful touches of beauty and art. Everything is very clean and modern. Everything is ready for your enjoyment. It has a lovely hillside setting with views of trees from the deck. it is very quiet and peaceful yet centrally located to shops, downtown, nature, the river and other points of interest in Portland. Love the Sellwood district right over the nearby bridge and many great options for groceries and take out nearby. This is a real find. We will definitely be back to stay here and explore more of what Portland has to offer.

Lovely apartment, beautiful location!

This apartment is wonderful. It's perfectly situated in a truly beautiful area of Portland. The deck faces trees and is so peaceful. The apartment has two bedrooms, washer and dryer, hardwood floors, a great deck, cute decor, and everything you need for a fun and relaxing stay in Portland! I highly recommend this property. Exactly as described, very comfortable, absolutely would stay again!

Nancy and Nina are wonderful hosts! My husband and I stayed here for the 4th of July and had the best time. Super quiet, in fact all four units appeared to be in use and we never heard a peep from the other apartments. Plenty of space, all the items a traveler could possibly need, super easy parking-you get a dedicated spot-and easy to get to the downtown area and freeways. I hope to stay again!

Comfy respite apartment

A perfect spot for us and our octogenarian parents. Not too many stairs and easy to navigate. Walking distance to the river front, restaurants, and public transportation. The balcony was a perfect morning spot for us to relax with a cup of coffee and observe the bird life (12 species one morning). We were very comfortable despite the unusual 100 degree weather we experienced. Clean and quiet. We'll be back!

Great space, kitchen is filled with everything you might need. Location- 10 minute drive to downtown

Very clean, modern and spacious for a 2 bedroom apartment 10 minute drive from downtown. A great place to unwind after a busy day. Great communication before and during our stay. Definitely recommend for family of 5 and couples.

Oasis in the city

While located only 10 to 15 minutes from downtown this property offered a quiet getaway with views of a wooded ravine alive with bird calls. While the building's exterior is modest the apartment is beautiful and well equipped. We would definitely stay here again should we find ourselves back in Portland.

Overall this property had everything we needed.

This property was well equipped with everything we needed as a family of 3 with a 2 year old son. My son really enjoyed the toys/blocks provided. We enjoyed hanging out on the balcony watching the wildlife. There was a cute raccoon that hung around in the trees. The only complaints were the shower drain was blocked and the remote for the TV didn't have batteries so we had to provide and leave our own. I'm sure we could of asked the host but we didn't want to bother them on something so minimal. Overall the house was lovely and had everything we needed.

Nancy, Nina and Rod are amazing!

Our company has been renting from Nancy, Nina and Rod off and on for a few months now. They have been extremely accommodating to our employees and always keep in touch. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a nice place. They went well way over and beyond to make sure our company was taken care of and I will definitely go to them in the future.

Exactly as described. 2 bedroom condo in quiet area of Portland

We really enjoyed staying here, perfect size for 2 to 4 people. We were visiting our daughters family who lived right down the street. The two totes of toys pleased our 4 year old grandson immensely. We were able to have family meals here comfortably. Loved the area and enjoyed walking often. The condo was also close to interesting places to eat close by as well as close to downtown Portland.

lovely stay!

We had a lovely stay here for 4 days. We wanted a comfortable base for exploring Portland & surrounds & this was perfect. Very convenient bus service to Downtown & close to major routes to get out of town too. The apartment was clean, well equipped and nicely decorated - we would recommend to others. Thank you!

Wonderful spacious Apartment!

We loved our stay on Hamilton Court! We were there for the snow fall of the decade! Thanks to the beautiful open natural area and large windows, we never felt closed in. We enjoyed several nights playing board games at the full kitchen table. The kitchen has everything you might need including coffee grinder. Location is easy access to all highways, public transport and walking bridge. I'm so happy to have found this place and hope to stay there for future visits. Thanks!

I grew up in the Portland area. Got my undergrad degree from Portland State University, my grad degree from Lewis and Clark College. My kids are grown, I have three grandchildren. I've always loved being outdoors and hiking every week, usually in the Columbia Gorge. I love to travel and have been to many countries over the years. My current interests are gardening, reading, writing, painting, fostering kitties, and taking my dog for walks.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The location of this 4 plex is so convenient to mass transit, colleges, OHSU, and downtown Portland. There is a lovely view into the trees for most of the year. During the winter when the leaves are gone you can see the Willamette River. The windows face south, giving the apartments lots of light, even on Portland's grey days.
