BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to weather, heavy surf, strong currents, and tides. Due to Maui's rural setting, you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don't kill them. Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Maui is in a tropical climate. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

This condo was fantastic! The balcony was so great for coffee and to watch the axis deer in the lot next to us! Right next to the pool, right next to the best beach and food/ice cream. We stayed with our 3 kids and there was plenty of room very comfortable with all the amenities you need for a family vacation in beautiful Kīhei

We had an amazing stay at this condo! The room was very clean and comfortable, we were a family of 5, it had all the amenities you would need!The management was pleasant and accommodating from beginning to end. The location of this condo was perfect. Most nights we walked across the street to Kam 2 to watch the beautiful sunsets.. Every morning we walked to get coffee at the Java Lava & Cinnamon buns at the viral Cinnamon bun shop! Lots of good restaurants in the area. The Kīhei Food truck oasis was also a big hit most nights for dinner. We would definitely look to stay here again when we return!!
