Spacious, quiet, well equiped and very well maintained deluxe unit. Great ground floor, close to pool/spa and close to your parking. Lots of towels and utensils. The 4 of us loved our stay here. The host Jamie was a good communicator. All was perfect!

From booking to check out, it was a flawless process. Upon entering the condo, it was very clean, organized and had everything we needed to have a successful and carefree vacation. It was very close to the pool for our nighttime swims and walking distance to the beach and restaurants. You don't have to worry about renting any snorkel hear as they have so many options as well as beach chairs and umbrella. We highly recommend staying here and we will be coming back soon!

Jamie and Lori have a fantastic location in Kihei at the Maui Banyan. The condo was well equipped with everything you needed to prepare and save meals as well as beach towels, chairs, etc. Perfect place to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary with family. Staying in Kihei was great to explore the Waikulu Distillery, horseback ride at Tripple L Ranch, ear at Kula Lodge, hike the waihee ridge trail, or just take in sunsets at our favorite beach by the Mana Kai.

July 2025 Maui Trip

From the start we knew we’d made the right choice! Communication leading up to our trip was perfect and we felt prepared to arrive with no troubles. Then when we arrived, we felt right at home away from home. Jamie knew we had a little girl celebrating a 7th birthday and went above anything we could’ve imagined. Kris, who assisted Jamie, was a great communicator as well. Checked on us via text consistently to make sure we were content and even dropped off life jackets for our 2 young ones for our many beach days! If you’re looking for a great place to stay, guaranteed your needs will be met
and then some. Awesome overall experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to use this condo in the future!

The place was as advertised

Perfect location and family friendly

We traveled the whole island and decided that the beach right in front of our condo was our favorite. Kihei is such a cute area. If we were to book our trip again, we wouldn’t change one thing about it. We were grateful for the space the condo provided our family and all of the necessities that made our stay comfortable and easy. We enjoyed the snorkeling gear, boogie boards, sand toys, and tennis equipment. The kitchen was fully stocked. We loved being on the main floor also. It made it easy for us to get to beach and pool with all our gear, and leave sandy stuff outside. The management team was always super quick in getting back to us with any questions. Great experience all around.

Absolutely the best

The property is exactly as described and pictured. The location was perfect with places to eat and shop within walking distance. The beach park was beautiful and easy to get to. It was just a short distance to see sea turtles resting on the sand. Everything we needed from beach chairs to plenty of towels and kitchen utensils were available and well organized. It was just the right amount of space for our family of four. We would definitely stay here again.

The Condo is a Great location with steps to the Kamaole Beaches! The condo is furnished very nice with everything we needed. The host were more than accommodating. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Definitely recommend ths condo!

The condo was amazing! Loved having the separate space for the kids. Everything was updated and so nice. Short walk to the beach. We loved our stay there. Would definitely stay again if we make it back to Maui.

Really nice place

This place was great for a three generation trip. Each family was able to have privacy and yet interact. The facilities were great and the beach was a short walk away.

Vacation with Elderly Parents

We had a beautiful vacation in Kihea. Our stay in Jamie's property made it perfect. My parents are in their 80's. The location of the condo made our activities easy and accessible. Close to the pool and close to the parking lot. Also, the condo itself is beautifully updated and having 2 separate bedroom suites with bathrooms made our stay very comfortable. The condo was equipped with EVERYTHING you could possibly need. I would definitely stay here again if we come back.

A dream family vacation!

This property was the the best I have stayed at in all my years of travel. Our trip included my in laws and husband and I- and our two kiddos (ages 1 and 3). It was the perfect place for everyone in our family. It was super clean and fresh when we arrived. Appliances. Dishes, Extra towels, cloths, soap, paper towel, toilet paper, all the basics were provided and more! We were able to easily get into our condo even with a 2am arrival. Parking space included was great. The laundry and dishwasher was a life saver so we could relax and enjoy our week. Pool is literally steps away from the lanai. My toddler was overjoyed to spend her afternoons in the pool. The maintenance crews at the bayan do a wonderful job keeping everything outside and at the pool clean. The hosts Jamie and Lori were wonderfully receptive. They provided baby items for me prior to our arrival - high chair, pack and play. It was our first time travelling with our kids and our hosts provided all the details we needed so that we felt comfortable. The wagon was great for trips to the beach with the kids. The complex in across from Kamole 2 - one of the best beaches in Hawaii. The snorkel gear came in handy for Uula beach- and we swam with turtles twice during my stay in maui. Basically if you are travelling with your family- THIS IS THE PLACE! Book it now before its too late!

We are Jamie & Lori Lawrence, and we are so pleased that you are here on our site. Jamie was born and raised on Maui and is a local entertainer. He's also a former US Army helicopter pilot and local helicopter tour/rescue pilot. Lori was born in the tiny Iowa town of Klemme (15 students in her high school graduating class), and later moved to Des Moines, where she worked as a school teacher for 16 years until she moved to Maui in 2004. Together we own and operate Tropical Maui Weddings (TMAUI‱COM) and have been helping wedding couples plan their ultimate destination weddings on the island since 2005. We have extensive knowledge of this island and it's resources, and can assist you, our guests, with whatever you may need. We live right here on Maui and we're always available to assist or answer any questions. We want to make your stay at Tropical Maui Condo a most memorable one. We know that once you stay with us, you'll be back! We look forward to having you as our guests.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

After some extensive research, we decided on a vacation rental property at the Maui Banyan. We liked the close proximity to the many amenities available such as some of our favorite restaurants, the beautiful Kamaole beaches, activities, and of course the tennis courts, pools, hot tubs, and barbecue facilities available right on the property. This area of the island tends to enjoy nicer weather year round, and the trade winds which can sometimes blow pretty hard, are much calmer. Having covered parking available was also a big plus for us keeping our cars cooler on hot days. The condition of our unit was what ultimately sealed our decision to own it. The recent complete renovation which included granite countertops, upscale cabinets, tasteful artwork, etc., made Q107 stand out from the rest. It is truly a deluxe unit.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We enjoy beach walks at sunset, cool dips in the pool or the ocean on warm days, warming up in the hot tub on cooler nights, barbecuing poolside with friends, a romantic dinner at Cafe O'Lei. It's a place to really unwind and relax!
