This is an absolute excellent property for a stay in St. Tropez. Wonderful for those who are driving. A secure space for your car and convenient to the apartment. Excellent location for visiting the area. Walking distance to the market area and to the port and the La Ponche area. Lovely terrace in a very quiet and lovely area. Excellent amenities and well. designed space. Would certainly stay there again. A lovely stay.
The apartment was clean, spacious, and well located on the Place des lices. It has all the amenities for light cooking, and as well stocked with the basics.
The parking space was conveniently located on the first floor is a valuable, plus.
Apartment was much larger than it appears in the pictures on the listing. Perfect option for my in-laws visiting the city. Very central location to Place des Lices and short walk to the port. Owner was very responsive and flexible and helped make my familyâs first visit enjoyable. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting St Tropez
We already booked the apartment for the second time this year (2023) after we enjoyed our stay last year.
Laurent provides a really nice apartment in the heart of Saint-Tropez, close to Place de Lices - 2 minutes walking.
The apartment is like displayed with 2 separate bedrooms and a nice balcony. We really enjoyed the parking space in the building - everyone who has stayed in this small town knows about the parking situation.
A nice thing to have would be a larger, new TV with international programs.
Overall we really can recommend this apartment for a perfect stay in Saint-Tropez.
The place itâs perfect. We had a little problem with the AC but nothing that couldnât be fixed.
My only issue was with the person in charge of check in.
She doesnât speak English and didnât give us any instructions and couldnât answer any of our questions.
Other than that Iâm very happy we stayed there. Def.recommend
My husband and I could not have chosen such a perfect place such as this!! It is very spacious fully stocked with everything that you require Françoise is such a beautiful lady. She was very helpful and accommodating she is such a beautiful lady inside and out. With my husband being paralyzing in a wheelchair, she helped us in so many ways. We are very grateful to her. This condo location is such a perfect area to everything just steps away from the best ice cream Iâve ever had especially the pistachio and strawberry Mint!! The grocery store is literally a minute away and all of the shops are in walking distance! The market on Sundays is only two minutes away!! The condo itself was much bigger than expected! The Jacuzzi was a nice touch. I love that there was an actual dryer with the washing machine which made it very accommodating. Thereâs also a stove oven, microwave and a dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, and all of the appliances were hidden in cabinets which gave the condo a sleek look!! Thereâs a very comfortable and inviting outdoor area, I can keep going and going, whenever I return to St Tropez, I will definitely stay here! The people in the same building were very Sweet and willing to help this is the best VRBO rental Iâve ever stayed at! Thank you again!! Merci!!
Amazing location with it's own private parking space!
My husband and I rented this apartment the 2nd to last week of July this summer. This was our 5th trip to St Tropez in the last 10+ years as we go every few years if possible. Here is my honest review:
Five Stars for the owner-Laurent was wonderful and responsive from the booking all the way until we left.
-Five stars for Location- Literally a stone throw from Le Parc de Lice and a five minute walk to the port de st tropez and all the town shops and restaurants! It doesn't get better than this!
-Five stars for the private Parking spot--Literally an elevator ride under the apartment, in the same building with it's own private apartment building garage!
-Five stars for the girl that greeted us upon arrival, Serah, she was a gem and showed us a direct route next to the apartment to cut through all the traffic to head to all the beach clubs as well as showed us a few restaurants and the beach in town which I had not known about before!
-Five stars for the Apartment--It is beautiful, new and modern, with everything you need for cooking, etc. The only thing I would add is some art on the walls to give it some life as it is a bit sterile with nothing on the walls. The terrace is amazing and large. Such a great spot to relax and drink wine!
-Three stars for cleanliness--The bathroom and kitchen were spotless, however the floors in the apartment really needed to be washed. There was a mop in the apartment, so I mopped them 3 times to get them clean enough so we could walk without our shoes. (I am clean fanatic so this may not bother others). The other thing that was a bit odd, was that our bedroom didn't smell fresh upon arrival. Since there is a washing machine, we decided to pull all the sheets off the bed as well as the mattress pad cover, washed everything and the problem was solved. (It was probably the mattress pad as the sheets were clean initially).When we got there the renter before us had broken the air conditioning, which is probably why our room smelled. It took 3 1/2 days to be able to get a repairman to fix the air conditioner, which had put a bit of a damper on our stay, but was out of any ones control.. The central air is back in service now, so you don't have to worry about that. There is a great washing machine and a handy clothing drying rack, but no dryer. Overall, we loved the apartment and would definitely recommend staying there and look forward to staying there in the future. Merci Beaucoup Laurent!

Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived - we didn't want to leave! The apartment was bigger than expected (!), incredibly clean / well-equipped (cooking utensils, cleaning products, etc) and the host was very accomodating and always responded promptly! We will definitely be coming back
Amazing apartment with the greatest possible location
Comfortable 2 bdr apartment in the very heart of St. Tropez. The main square is just few steps away, the port with the finest shops, night-clubs and restorants are in 5 min. walking distance.
Bright, spacious rooms, well-equipped kitchen, spacious terrace (with surprisingly mild tempetature even in the sunniest days) is the greatest spots for morning and evening.
Well accessible garage for even larger car.
Ideal for families with children, and also for smaller groups of friends.
The garage opens to the escape route to the beach, the most famous ones (Club55, Les Palmiers, Byblos etc.) are all 10mins driving. Food-store is 5 min walking too.
The price is similar to the nightly rate of a 3-4* hotel in St.Tropez, but with better location, 2 rooms and a garage.
The facility manager is a charming and extremely helpful lady, who keeps the place clean and tidy, but unfortunately speaks French only.
We have stayed at the flat with my mother and son. Excellent location near the centre, 5-10 minute drive to Pampelonne beaches (Club 55, La Serene). A bit of a delay during check-in, but the owner has kindly suggested a later check-out.
Die Wohnung ist im Zentrum sehr gut gelegen, zu Fuss schnell beim Becker oder Einkaufsladen. Auch zum Hafen und allen Boutiquen sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Einstellhallenplatz mit Lift zur Wohnungsetage. Gute eingerichtete KĂŒche mit allem Geschirr und Pfannen, GeschirrspĂŒhler, Backofen, Nespesso-Kaffeemaschiene, sogar eine Schachtel Kaffee und der Zucker standen bereit! TV, Terrasse mit Tisch und StĂŒhlen, Louge, alles was es eigentlich brauch. Leider fehlt es an Bilder an den WĂ€nden, es wĂŒrde am Ambiente etwas mehr WĂ€rme geben. Sehr zu empfehlen, wir werden wieder gehen.
A beautiful modern apartment located a short walk from the Place De Lices which hosts the Saint Tropez Market every Tuesday and Saturday morning. The apartment is also just a 5 minute walk from the port and all the glamour of the fabulous yachts berthed there.
The apartment is simply decorated but has all that anyone could ever need for a memorable trip to Saint Tropez.
Communication with the owner is excellent and also contact with the key holder was very easy and were on hand to meet us on arrival with a full tour of the apartment and explanation of utilities.
I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.
This new development is at the vera centre of Saint-Tropez at a 1 minute walk from Place des Lices, 3 minutes walk from the port and is in perfectly new condition for anyone who wants to enjoy the shops, restaurants and beaches that Saint Tropez has to offer with the comfort of having a privately assigned parking space attached to it.
