Ce chalet de plage pittoresque est l'évasion parfaite de l'île. La spacieuse cuisine avec coin repas s'ouvre sur le patio arrière, pour une grande vie en plein air. Une belle piscine et un spa invitent à la détente et au plaisir au soleil. Il y a beaucoup d'espace dans le salon pour regarder un film ou jouer aux cartes. Les chambres et salles de bain sont spacieuses et confortables. Cette rue pittoresque est si proche des commerces, des restaurants et des divertissements, mais surtout, elle n'est qu'à quelques pas de la plage!

Lovely home, quality finishes

We loved our stay at the Tipsy Heron! You could see the attention to detail in the finishes and quality of furnishings. I'd love to know the brand of the living room couch, it was dreamy! The property team was very responsive during our visit. We appreciated the beach bikes!

We stayed in this house last year and loved it , so we booked it again this year. The remodel Is beautiful! Location and pool/hot tub are great! Will be back!

Simply wonderful!

This was the perfect place for my family of four to stay. My husband and I have an almost 3 year old and baby. Communication with Vacation Company was great. The house is an ideal location to walk to Coligny and is so close to many things. It was very clean and included things that made our travel with small children very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Week Away

My family of 5 had a great week in Hilton Head at this property! We loved the pool and used it daily for hours! My kids liked the sun deck and I liked that the pool was shaded in different parts during the day to allow my kids a break from the sun but still swim! The house was a short walk to the beach that my children all 5 and under did not complain about once! The rental company left a beach wagon and bikes that was very much appreciated. The house overall was very clean and had everything we needed for the week stay. It was a perfect size for my family with even some extra beds that went unused.

Great rentals close to ocean and Coligny

This house was wonderful for our party of 5. The pool and hot tub were great! It was 2 blocks to the ocean and close to shops and restaurants.

Really Great and One Really Not Great

House was really beautiful, recently remodeled. Great location with easy access to food, beach, trails and parks. The big issue is that the chemicals in the pool were way out of balance. Our kiddos were so excited to swim and had a great time the first day but that all woke up with green hair the next morning :/ two weeks later, and many attempts to remove the green with special shampoo and it’s still there. We’re to the point of having to cut hair. To their credit the property manager sent a pool person out the next day and they tried to get it in balance (he acknowledged it was way off). So I guess, in summary, the house is great, but be careful of the pool.

Great house and location!

Fantastic property within walking distance to the beach. We had the beautiful pool and spa heated for the week in March and it was perfect. The Vacation Company was very responsive when we had a question. Highly recommend this property for friends or a family.

Perfect Place for Our Family

Great house on a quiet street. Short, direct walk (5 minutes) to the beach. The pool is top notch. House is immaculate. Perfect location. Short walk/bike ride or 2-3 minutes drive to Coligny shopping center area. Would definitely recommend and will stay there again.

Family vacation

Short walk to the beach. We used a beach wagon since we had a small child with us. The pool was awesome with an outdoor shower with hot water!!!The house had everything we needed. Short walk to restaurants and shopping. Definitely recommend renting this home.

The house and location were both excellent and vacation company was easy to work with. The only thing keeping me from 5 stars across the board were the ac vents into the rooms were dusty - a small thing for sure but may have contributed to our allergies. Overall we enjoyed our stay quite a bit and look forward to opportunities to stay in the future as both the house and location are great for our family.

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed this rental, it was perfect for spring break. The location is fabulous and within walking distance to the beach and downtown area (or a short drive). The only thing that was a bit of a sticker shock is the cost to heat the spa and pool. Apparently it’s all propane so be prepared to pay 1k to heat both the pool and spa. We paid for it and it was worth it, we just weren’t expecting it to cost so much.

Great stay at wonderful house!

We had the best time here! The location is amazing, just a 5-10 minute walk to the shops and restaurants, quicker on bikes. The beach is so close and the walk really is effortless. The best part is that it doesn't get crowded because there's no public parking for it. The pool and spa area is great, our almost 3 year old loved the shallow part where he could walk around and splash. And whatever mattress topper they have in the master bedroom, it felt like I died and went to heaven. I would live here if I could!

Great place, exactly as pictured, great location

The beach is a relatively short walk and it's nice and shady. We made the walk several times a day with our almost 3 year old. We had a wagon (highly recommend with kids) but he enjoyed walking too. The beach is not as crowded as Coligny so that was really nice. I think our house was done earlier than 4pm but I never received a text or saw a confirmation in the portal, so I thought this part was really confusing. We had stopped by the house around 11:30 to grab our rental chairs and umbrella and there was a manager there who seemed to be inspecting the cleaning. We didn't talk to her since she was on the phone at the time and we didn't want to interrupt her. We just assumed we'd get a text or something when it was done. After we didn't hear from anyone, we finally showed up at 4 and the door code worked, so we assumed we were good to enter. Definitely would've been nice to know if it was done earlier so we could've had our toddler nap after a long day of travel. I did happen to notice that there was some trash and dust under furniture, just because I have to look under those things for any lost toys. Otherwise the place was clean. The pool area is so nice but it is shady most of the day, so the water is cool and we did not use the pool like I thought we would (we were there last week of September). We definitely would've used it more if our toddler had been interested, but he surprised us and just really loved the beach instead. I'd probably recommend getting it heated if you want to use it a lot and the air temp is high 70's/low 80s. There's also an alarm for the sliding door to the pool, which was a nice touch for families with kids. There were some pool rafts for babies. The only thing that would stop us from staying here again is the beds. They are so uncomfortable. My husband and I both tossed and turned all night. Some memory foam mattresses would be a great investment. Otherwise, the place is great. Management communication any time we called was great and they were nice.

Thanksgiving

Great pool and hot tub, awesome location. The ONLY bad thing was the living room is sooo dark! We had to move lamps around to play games in the evening. The bedrooms also only have bedside lamps. But otherwise we loved it!

Quaint house with amazing resort back yard.

Great location, great house, great for a single family. The pool, hot tub, and entertains area of this house was amazing. Highly recommended. The town with all the shops is a short bike ride away.

Great getaway!

The property was close to the beach and had a heated spa and pool. The pool was heated to a perfect temperature. It is close to eateries and a market so everything is within walking distance.

Beautiful Escape
