Récemment restaurée et décorée, cette maison de vacances classique et pittoresque offre une vie confortable près de la plage pour une escapade mémorable entre famille et amis. Reposez-vous tout en profitant d'un niveau de vie équivalent à une promenade d'une minute à pied d'une magnifique plage déserte et MAGNIFIQUE.
Le premier étage comprend une véranda accueillante avec table à manger et chaises berçantes; intérieur ouvert salon-salle à manger; une cuisine bien garnie; trois chambres (troisième chambre avec couloir séparé) et deux salles de bains.
Le tout nouvel espace piscine privée est l'endroit où vous vous dirigerez vers une détente supplémentaire - comprenant une piscine d'eau salée et une cabane avec coin repas en plein air, un grill KitchenAid et des sièges extérieurs pour profiter de la compagnie d'amis et de la famille au bord de la piscine.
Les plages les plus attrayantes (et privées) de Hilton Head Island ne sont qu'à quelques pas. Nous proposons des chaises de plage, des parasols, un chariot de plage et des serviettes de toilette - tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer un agréable moment au bord de l'océan.

Perfect spring break

The property was just as described with wonderful indoor and outdoor spaces. The proximity to the beach and the lovely heated pool made it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the great weather. The hosts were very responsive and helpful when needed. Definite recommend.

Great beach house

The house was the perfect size for my family- 4 adults, a preschooler and a toddler. We had to watch both extremely carefully because the pool wasn’t fenced but we are very conscientious adults so it wasn’t a problem. The only complaint I have is the sheets on the outside bedroom were very rough and uncomfortable. The bed itself was perfect Hopefully, we’ll be able to return in the future.

Really enjoyed our stay at the property. Very close proximity to the beach; great outdoor setup with the pool and cabana in a quiet neighborhood. All the basic amenities supplied and in working order. Great for families.

Great stay!

We enjoyed the private pool and outdoor entertainment area. We also loved being so close to the beach! Just a short walk and they provide beach chairs and a wagon! Would stay here again.

Family Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean, easy access to the beach and the owners have provided all the amenities with beach chairs, towels, wagon and many beach toys for kids. The house is equipped with a high chair and toys for toddlers. The pool and patio provide a great environment for evening family meals. It was exactly what we were looking for.

Family friendly rental

Great Beach House

Cozy beach house just steps away from the beach, pool and outdoor area was where we spent a lot of time! Really great for family travel, the kids room was wonderful! It’s in a great spot that’s close enough to everything, restaurants and shopping, but also quiet, private and relaxing. A great vacation spot, easy check in and great communication from owner!

Gem of a house and location

We discovered this cute gem and booked for spring break! From the advance communication to the stay, everything was flawless! The house is adorable and a perfect location to the beach and bike ride to Coligny. The kids enjoyed the pool and being able to easily choose to pivot to beach! Would definitely book again! Perfect Weekend Getaway

We stayed at the property for RBC Heritage 2024 & couldn’t have enjoyed ourselves more!!! The location, amenities, & cleanliness were all top notch. The host were extremely responsive to anything we needed (although we didn’t need much at all!) Our party agreed we need to reserve this place anytime we are on HHI. You are truly SECONDS from the beach, short drive to dining, shopping & anything else you could possibly need. 5 stars all around!

Delightful house with everything you could need.

Wonderful host with great communication. The house was well kept and included everything we needed and more. The location was perfect. The pool was a great escape from a windy day at the beach. Best rental I've stayed at thus far!

My son’s family and I thoroughly enjoyed our “short” 4 days this home!! It was all we hoped it would… wonderful pool, great supply of beach items, well equipped kitchen! I especially appreciated the 2 master suites!!😊😊😊 I would definitely book this home if and when our family visits HHI again!

Memory Maker

We had a wonderful week of making memories here. Cannot beat the convenience to the beach. So close. Pool and outdoor cabana were a perfect alternative from the sand & sea. Private from passerby’s. Inside was clean & had all the accommodations necessary for a successful vacation. The space was small but sufficient for our families needs. Heads up, the second master bedroom is accessed from the outside, not within main interior. It was not a problem for our family; but might not be ideal for some families. Overall we had a wonderful stay!!

Excellent family summer beach vacay

This house was exactly as advertised; extremely convenient, clean, and comfortable. It was less than a five minute walk to a very relaxing beach which the kids and us loved. When they needed a break from the beach, the pool was fantastic. Overall, the owners were very communicative when needed (was rarely needed). Everything necessary for a relaxing, low-key family beach vacation was there, and we would have no hesitation about returning in the future (in fact already contemplating doing so :o). Thanks again for a great vacation spot!

Prime HHI location. Great for small family stay.

Location is ideal. Close to beach, biking trails, shopping, food, etc. The private pool was fantastic and heated. House was perfect for our group of 7 and the 3rd bedroom being off the main house was great for grandparents. Kitchen was well appointed. Home had toys, games and puzzles which we needed when we ended up having 2 bad weather days. Beds were comfortable. Towels for pool/beach and toys for pool/beach were very appropriated.

Perfect home, Perfect location!

We so enjoyed our stay at this home. We had literally anything we could have needed at our fingertips. There were many very thoughtful touches. The house itself is so charming and everything was immaculately clean. The location was perfect, just steps to the beach. We rented bikes and that was perfect for a short bike ride to shops and restaurants. The property owners were extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely be booking again in years to come!!

We enjoy the beauty and wonder of nature as there are no two days alike by the ocean. We also appreciate healthy living with good food and good friends!!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We purchased this property to make the most of its proximity to the ocean and vacation feel by adding a pool area and remodeling the interior while maintaining its mid-century beachy feel. Rather than change the interior entirely we chose to preserve its original style, creating a relaxing, bright and cozy ambiance inside. Besides the house, we love the location and quiet, family-oriented neighborhood!!
