Chambre principale: lit King, 2ème chambre: lit King, et 3ème chambre: lit King, 4ème chambre a un canapé-lit. L'extérieur est cour fermée privée en face, et grande terrasse arrière couverte et piscine / spa finition galets. Non-fumeur, pas d'animaux. Beautiful Home

Great home and amenities. No real problems. Left a list of maintenance items that should be addressed, e.g., leaky toilet, burned out light bulbs, etc. Not sure who the property manager was during out visit, as I had to call to ask about the check-in process before we arrived, and we had to check in/out of the front desk of the La Quinta Resort several miles from the house.

Lovely fairway home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home suited our family's needs perfectly. Well appointed, plenty of space, pool right out the backdoor, great walking routes out the front door. Only complaint was that we paid for access to LaQuinta resort amenities, and it was too far away to take advantage of those. It would have been nice if the office had shared the address in advance so we understood how long that 6.5 mile drive would take.

Three Generations - A Great House, Resort, & Visit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Gathering a family of 3 generations (15 to 81years) is a feat that requires for success, great accommodations. We would appreciate, if possible, sending on to the owner of PGA West #21 our appreciation for a wonderfulgathering residence and location. The day began and ended with the comment that a return visit is a "must."

Nice time in La Quinta...needs TLC

Good main living space and kitchen was well appointed with everything you need to cook. The items that needed attention were quickly responded to by the property management. Just a little more attention needs to be given to clean up on the property.

Pass on this house for a rental

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While large and well laid out the maintenance and upkeep of this home is not up to par for a rental of this cost and management type.Also the fourth bedroom is only accessible via the outside or another bedroom. Not ok for a couple at all. Ok for small kids near their parents but not a true fourth bedroom.We felt like we vacationed with the management team given all the things that didn’t work right and should have been ok. Showers, fridge, screen doors, lights and other maintenance items.The decor of the house is dated but the kitchen is decently stocked if you plan to cook. Look at the spice dates before you use them!And the pool is sort of creepy given it’s size and placement. The pools weren’t heated in the common areas so we did use the facilities at the hotel but that is a 20 minute drive so not super convenient. Overall stay at the properties at the hotel or make other arrangements. Management did send repair staff out for issues but it was disruptive to us and our vacation . No follow up afterwards despite promises to do so .

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, this is a nice property, but it's ideally suited for 3 couples. The 4th bedroom cannot be accessed without walking through the 3rd bedroom or coming in from an outside door. B4 also cannot access the bathroom it shares with B3 without going through B3 or going outside and coming in through the main house. Also no TV's in 2 of the 4 bedrooms and B3 TV is in an adjacent sitting room, not the bedroom.

Perfect Spring Break

Great house! Quiet neighborhood and beautiful property. Pool is on the smaller side, but a large neighborhood pool 10 steps away. Home was very clean and provided enough space for 7-10 people.

“Hope/Palm Springs” Eternal

Loved our house rental! Large and in-charge! Pool/Spa a bit tricky to heat. Instructions may need to be revised. Loved our location. Checking-in needs to be more helpful regarding where we can and cannot eat. Was never told about opening a House Acct.🙁

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was very clean, private and the location was good. The set-up within the house is a little odd; to get to the 4th bedroom you have to go through the 3rd bedroom. As we were 4 married guys on a golf weekend, this was a little strange (but it would be fine if it was a family occupying the whole house). The check-in and check-out process was less than ideal; we had to drive 15 minutes out of the way to the La Quinta resort to pick up and drop off keys. For a VRBO rental I expect to either be met at the house or to get a door code when I arrive and when I checkout, I don't want to have to drive out of my way to drop off the keys. The check-in/check-out process would keep me front renting from this management company again.

Worth Every Penny

We rented this house for a quarantine vacation and it was Amazing! The house is close enough to grocery stores and restaurants for easy pick up orders. House was equipped with everything you may need for a stay-cation. Highly recommended based on the Property management Experience and all the home amenities. Only issue was the waterboat bugs in the pool, but that has nothing to do with property. It just something that comes with the territory in the area and nothing a pool cleaning net can fix (one in house was damaged, so we had to grab the community pool net).

Great location!

The home was spacious and perfect for 8 adults. All of the rooms had good size beds and the amenities were all in good condition and appreciated. The pool is nice but definitely on the smaller side. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay:)

Even during COVID19 the booking and check in process was like a hotel which was very refreshing. The check out was exactly like a hotel, just grab your stuff and go. The house it's self was 1st class. Pretty much everything we needed was in the house. The location is optimal being at the end of the street with no neighbors and the community pool next to the house. The small pool on property was amazing

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had booked this rental for 2 weeks and ended staying for 6 weeks. The home is wonderful and fully equipped. The home is great for 3 couples and a couple of kids. The pool is very small but didn’t think that would matter since the house is next to a community pool. However all community pools were closed due to covid19. The furnishings and decor are beautiful. The backyard are is very open and there is very little privacy as it backs up to the cart path. The la Quinta leasing management was very accommodating and responded quickly to any issues
