We loved our stay at Villa Elvira. Plenty of space for everyone to relax. Clean and comfortable. The pool was perfect for cooling off and relaxing by. Close to public transport to make getting around easy. Would definitely recommend a stay here. I booked through you because I had never booked to stay in Italy before and you had good reviews. You have made the process very simple and your response time to questions was fast. Thank you.

Villa Elvira has all you need for a special stay in Praiano

Villa Elvira has all you need for a special stay in Praiano. It is centrally located, has spectacular views, spacious living areas and bedrooms, close to transport, supermarkets and restaurants. The owners and support staff are always close by to assist with any issues. The pool is also spectacular and well maintained. I've had dealings with Luca and his team over a 4 year period. Their service is faultless and I would definitely use them again when travelling to Italy -- many sincere thanks

The villa was the perfect place for our family to gather for our trip to the Amalfi coast to celebra

The villa was the perfect place for our family to gather for our trip to the Amalfi coast to celebrate our son’s wedding. The living and dining area is spacious, bright and beautiful. The bedrooms, each with its own private bath, are large and offer privacy. The pool and terrace area are beautiful and the views are spectacular. We will cherish the memories made at this beautiful villa. The concierge service and frequent maid service were very much appreciated. I cannot say enough about Summer in Italy! Every question we had was answered promptly and thoroughly. We were given all the info we could possibly need to enjoy our villa. I highly recommend Summer in Italy!!!

This beautiful villa was perfect for our family with lots of open areas to gather inside and out. The pool, built into the terrace with its gorgeous panoramic water view, is a wonderful feature. Summerinitaly.com was wonderful - answering all our questions promptly. The local property manager was fantastic - so helpful! The rental included frequent maid service and a gardener who helped with luggage. Praiano is a lovely, quieter village with a charming, rocky beach, , lots of lovely restaurants, convenient water taxis and friendly, kind local people. Be prepared for lots of steps in the beautiful villa and all the villages on the Amalfi Coast.

This villa is amazing

This villa is amazing. The photos do no justice. For our big family of 10, everyone had privacy and more than enough space. The views are gorgeous and the property manager was exceptional with communication and kindness. The most helpful parts were accommodating our vehicles and helping with our luggage at arrival and departure. I don’t know how we would have managed without the assistance of the men who helped carry all of our luggage up and down! Honestly, I can’t imagine anything more. This place is perfect! This was a great experience and I will always refer people to book through Summer in Italy. We had all of the details we needed upfront, communication was excellent, the place exceeded our expectations and I only wish we stayed there longer.

Summer In Italy hooked us up for Villa Elvira

Summer In Italy hooked us up for Villa Elvira. The villa was outstanding. The views from the villa drew everyone to the terrace every morning and evening while we were there. It became the family gathering place. The bedrooms were very nice, each having its own bath. The kitchen served us well on morning coffee and breakfast and days where we stayed at the villa enjoying the pool and the views. The location was the best. The villa is between Amalfi and Positano with easy access to both, but in a smaller town away from large groups of tourists. Awesome experience. Summer In Italy was the only way to book a villa. Klint from Summer In Italy provided exceptional service and assistance. They helped with all arrangements and provided information on Italy that really helped. I loved their responsiveness and help from finding a villa to the final days of our stay. They are great and we will use them again on our future trips to Italy.

Villa Elvira was comfortable, spacious and very accommodating. We usually would have an adventure in the morning until early afternoon, then meet back at the villa to relax around the pool. There are stairs to climb. Summer In Italy are good booking agents. They are caring, flexible and I would not hesitate to do business with them again.

Our family of 7 just spent a fabulous week at this villa and everything was perfect. The villa is pristine and clean and very well kept. Summer In Italy was a great resource to have. We were very comfortable staying in a home instead of a hotel as Summer In Italy could answer any and every question we had concerning any excursions or sight seeing we wanted to book. Our favorite night was a fabulous meal prepared in the villa.

Stunning views

Stunning views! Villa Elvira was absolutely beautiful. We couldn't have selected a more spectacular location to see the sunrise and sunset of the Amalfi Coast. We loved our stay in Praiano. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants and markets. There are many steps in Praiano but we actually enjoyed the exercise!! Summer In Italy was one of the best rental sites I have worked with. The staff was always extremely helpful, efficient and so nice. I will definitely use them for our next vacation in Italy.

Everything is perfect

Everything is perfect. Close to town, bus stop, etc. The pool was great. Only downside of the whole place is there are stairs. Would stay again for sure. The host Giuseppe was awesome. The maintenance guy was great.

A stunningly beautiful villa with amazing views! We really enjoyed our holiday. I would have happily spent our holiday on the terrace looking at the view!! Praiano is a quiet village away from the tourist traps along the coast. All wonderful. Giuseppe [the owner] was wonderful - so friendly and helpful and always there to answer questions. Came across Summer In Italy by accident. Fantastic company who always answered questions very quickly whatever day of the week. Very friendly and really wanted to help. Thank you.

This is a beautiful villa and views are incredible

This is a beautiful villa and views are incredible. We really enjoyed out stay here. The location is so great, as the bus pickup is just below the villa. Praiano is the place to be, as the tourist traffic is much lower than either Amalfi or Positano. It is important, however, for people to know that the Amalfi Coast is all built on steep hills, so there are many steeps to climb no matter where you go, including this villa. The local staff was very responsive and nice.

We had a wonderful time in Villa Elvira

We had a wonderful time in Villa Elvira (11 days in July, 6 adults and 2 children). The villa is clean, very large and very quiet. The views from the terraces are fantastic. The pool is very useful and refreshing after a day exploring the coast. We highly recommend this villa! Summer In Italy offers an honest and very professional service. We will use theirs services again in the future.

Villa Elvira was lovely and a perfect fit for our family of 4 adult couples

Villa Elvira was lovely and a perfect fit for our family of 4 adult couples. Everyone had their own bathroom in their bedrooms and it was spread out so that we each had our own space. It was well equipped and the furnishings were lovely. Actually the pictures do not do it justice, it was much nicer in person. The view is stunning, with an unobstructed view of the water. They provided little extras, such as shampoo, hair dryers in each bath and soaps, beautiful towels, as you would expect in a good hotel. Cleaning service came twice during our stay. I am thankful Summer In Italy recommended Praiano and it was perfect for us. I cannot say enough about your company without sounding like a fake review. :) I appreciated your almost immediate response to my emails. There is no language barrier, Melanie was my "go to" person. Thank you Melanie for being so helpful without being intimidating to my lack of Italy knowledge. I would highly recommend your company. Your customer service is above and beyond. Thank you so much and I wish you the best.

No doubt, Villa Elvira was as beautiful as the pictures we saw on your web site

No doubt, Villa Elvira was as beautiful as the pictures we saw on your web site - the view was fantastic - the rooms were spacious - the entire villa was clean and nicely furnished. The property manager, Saverio, was friendly and helpful -- he spoke little English. Whenever we phoned the office, Summer In Italy staff was always helpful. Your descriptions of the villa were very good.

We enjoyed Villa Elvira very much!! Perfect location and beautiful villa! Used the pool a lot! Would recommend to anyone who can do steps, we loved it! Severio was our caretaker and he was fantastic! Came running for our every need in record time! Luca and Valeria and Andrea and Melanie and more from Summer In Italy were the best! Would do it again but not in July!
