This place was ok, it could definitely use some updates (a lot of the windows/blinds were broken, pretty dark inside, bed was very noisy). Nothing terrible, just ok. Great location!
Great location - in town, within walking distance of Mammoth Creek and the park. A little old, nothing special, but 100% clean and functional, and we got to bring our dogs.
Nice, quiet location. Size of unit is generous. It was well stocked with towels and all kitchen supplies. The sheets, bedroom and closet smelled stale, as if the bedding hadn't been washed or freshened for quite a while. The unit needs paint and wall repairs: there was a gap in the dry wall between the toilet and the tub. There were chunks of wall plaster on the corners that need to be patched and painted. There was no bath mat for grip in the shower, which made it dangerously slippery when bathing. Hot water in shower didn't last too long. I guess this is what you get for a pet friendly accommodation under 300 in Mammoth.
The unit was large and well laid out even though only one bedroom. We were pleasantly surprised that the hot tub, sauna and gas grill was just across the parking lot from our ground floor unit. We also enjoyed the wood-burning fireplace.
Due to unforeseen circumstances we ended up getting out very late from our home in LA. But I was able to access someone from the office and she walked me through the check-in process once we got there. When we finally got there, it was just like she said and easy. We love this area of Mammoth for our favorite morning walks with our dog. I would definitely stay here again.
Large one bedroom place close to everything and easy parking. The king bed was comfortable and so was the couch. Tv's were easy to use and the living room TV was set up so you can plug a laptop in and stream Netflix through HDMI. Tons of kitchenware to cook meals. FYI to bring your own salt, pepper, and cooking oils.
We would absolutely book this place again!
Note: this place is listed as pet friendly and there was some remnant dog hair on the couch and what not so if you are allergic to pets I would advise not to book this stay.
Soooo this place was amazing as far as location and the space. My only complaint was that the walls are paper thin. Canât change that unfortunately and our upstairs neighbors were up late the first couple of nights. 1am and woke up early like 6am. Again not the properties fault. Just beware. I would opt for 2nd floor if you have a choice. We traveled with our dogs so we needed the 1st floor. Also, the mattress sucked. It has like a topper on it that was not fitted right so I had trouble getting comfortable. Despite loud upstairs and questionable bed topper, we really enjoyed the property. We tried picking a different room but they had restrictions on # of pets. Oh yeah and the windows need repairing! A lot of them did not close properly. We like fresh air. As far as location you canât beat this cause itâs close to restaurants and walking path which we loved. We wonât be back to this room in particular but we will try another one at this property.
This condo suited our purposes as we had to find a single level condo quickly. It is dark and felt like it hadn't been updated since the 70s.We didn't use the kitchen because the rest of the family was at a different condo
- Well-kept, neat & clean property.
- Easy check-in and check-out
- Excellent pet-friendly location
- Property is spacious for large dogs, also have a small patio.
- Tesla supercharging station within 2 mins drive, 5 mins walking
- Supermarket, Coffee shops, restaurants within 2- 5 mins drive
- Major Vista points within 20-35 mins drive
Spent four nights in this property, good location and access to the center and ski lifts. My dog loved it toođ. The only downside is the walls are too thin, youâd hear everything next door, upstairs.
Great stop for a non-travel day during a road trip
Good access to the in town rec trail along Mammoth Creek. Things were as described. There was a kitchen shelf that fell/came loose on one side, but no problems. Just unloaded it and reinserted the pegs. All in all, a very pleasant respite.
Great location not far out of town and close to the Shuttle line to get to the village in no time. Short walk to food and groceries and great walking trial close by. The property was a great size for 2 of us and can comfortably accommodate more. Thanks for the nice stay.
