This cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom corner unit is located in the Meadow Area of Snowcreek! The unit offers all the comforts of home with a full kitchen and dining area and a lovely deck to enjoy the meadow or snow fields. The living room has a wood burning stove for relaxing evenings by the fire with friends and family. There is also a sofa sleeper and a flat screen TV. The kitchen has custom cabinetry and upgraded stone counters and is fully stocked to prepare your meals. The bedroom has a California King bed and a flat screen TV. The full upgraded full bath offers a tub/shower combo, with a stacked washer/dryer. There is an additional alcove bed perfect for a child. With free WIFI, and the unit is pet friendly, one pet allowed, additional pets by approval only, please call. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Beautiful location

Location and grounds were beautiful. Kitchen was awesome including dishes and cookware. Beautiful remodeled bathroom and shower. Bedroom was comfortable. Couple things we didn’t have any cleaning chemicals, with those beautiful kitchen countertops you need the proper cleaning spray. Also nothing to clean toilet. No pot and pan scrubbers, maybe some cabinet space for food that you bring in Also if it’s a permanent resident living upstairs need to reframe from doing laundry after 10 o’clock at night. We had a wonderful stay thank you😀

Love the area, the condo would be nicer if it didn’t smell like pet pee. Perhaps remove carpets

I thought the condo was cute but upon entering and through the 3 days the pee smell was a bit overwhelming. I sprayed disinfectant in the air which helped a little but the smell came back. The neighbor said the carpets are the original one from 1980. The bed was a bit saggy and noisy. Otherwise, it was a nice time. The weather was perfect and the scenery sublime. Love the Snowcreek health club.

Kind of gross and rundown. Poorly maintained bad communication

There’s a VCR and CD player. The carpet looks like it’s from about the same era.The bathroom sink faucet was not securely attached to counter and was jiggling around. It would physically turn when you tried to change the temperature I try to contact the property manager about this but they never responded.I rented this place for the king size bed for myself, and the pull out sofa for my son. The pull out sofa did not have sheets. I tried to contact the property manager about this, and they never replied.The property management company is only available via embarrassingly bad app. I would call the number in the app and it would go straight to voicemail 100% of the time I didn’t realize until a couple days later that the email address for the company is in the app, but I didn’t get any better communication there.Picking up the key and dropping off the key at the office is a giant hassle who does that anymore? Property was clean

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was well located. It is very old inside. We had 3 adults and were given 4 big towels, 2 hand towwashcloths. clothes. There was only 2 big forks and 3 large forks. My adult son had to sleep on the very worn pull out couch. We could not find the sheets. The couch sunk in when you sit on it. Every cabinet and closet were stuffed and there wasn't a place for us to put our food and clothes. I feel like someone from your office should go inspect it. I wouldn't want my name attached to this unit.
