Love the location of the room. Great views and close to amenities pool,spa,miniature golf. Beautiful grounds. Beach was close and nice walk to pier and harbor. Walking distance to restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and will return!

Location cannot be beat. Steps to the sand. Zero traffic or train noise. The unit was a bit outdated and if one has knee issues, the toilet would be a problem as it is the shortest toilet we have ever seen. We asked for the carpet to be cleaned and it was spot cleaned, but it needs a good thorough cleaning. Unit is close to the elevator and that’s a good thing. We were there during the heat wave and appreciated the fans in the unit, but still left early because the unit was so hot.

Since that was not convenient during your stay, our team spot-cleaned the areas of concern instead. The beach view is somewhat obstructed by other condos especially if you are on the first floor but second and third floor unit can see over the other condos to the beach. It was still beautiful and you could always hear the waves crashing. The pool and area around the pool were beautiful and kept immaculate. Would recommend highly.

Great location!!

We stay at NCV every year, but this location is really our new favorite! Views of the ocean and pool, easy to access, etc. Decorated beautifully and very responsive guest service.

Enjoyed the location, amenities, and accommodations. Was nervous about no a/c at first but then realized the fan's provided by owner worked perfect. Thanks for a Hassel free, comfortable stay.
