Bienvenue dans ce magnifique condo situé au deuxième étage du Waipouli Beach Resort, complexe de bord de mer doté de piscines chauffées, d'un toboggan et d'une piscine de sable peu profonde réservée aux enfants. Prenez votre café en bas, enfoncez vos orteils dans le sable et observez l'océan pénétrer sur la plage. Ou passez la journée à la piscine, où la glissade d’eau, l’étang de sable peu profond et les trois bains à remous créent l’atmosphère amusante d’un parc aquatique. Vous pouvez même dîner à l'Oasis, un restaurant sur place avec vue sur l'océan et un happy hour fantastique!

L'océan, la piscine et l'oasis sont à quelques pas de votre condo. Great location

The property is located across the street from shopping center with grocery store, wine shop, restaurants, barber and anything you would need during your stay. The property is very spacious and well kept. We especially enjoyed the pool and direct access to the beach, which was only few feet away from the pool. Highly recommend if you wish to stay in the Kapaʻa area.

We love this location

We always enjoy staying in this complex. Facing the street is a little bit noisy, but if you close the doors, you can’t hear it with the air conditioning on. Great location right on the beach hotel restaurant is really good. Very nice. Set up the host had beach, chairs and umbrellas, and a cooler which was really nice.

The condo was amazing, clean and fully stocked with everything that we needed. We loved everything especially the wonderful service from Jackie with Vacasa. There were two minor things we were missing and Jackie delivered those items within a couple hours. We were blown away by this. Wow! What service!!! We will definitely book with Vacasa again.

Disappointed with our stay. Communication with host was quick and responsive until trip started, and then stopped. Tried to connect with someone with some concerns and a request with no message back. When I finally got someone on the phone she said there wasn’t anything she could do and then hung up on me. Room location is unimpressive but you can pretty well tell that from pictures. It’s literally right next to the entrance. There is quite a bit of road noise, but not enough to wake up myself or my toddlers so that wasn’t the end of the world. There was a bit of mold in the showers, washing machine, etc. Last, there was mention of some beach supplies in the house for use. There definitely is not. You can rent it from the resort, but don’t list that you have it. Overall we enjoyed our stay but we’d stay elsewhere next time.

Great time

Lovely time on a nice section of Kauai coast that’s not far from the airport, restaurants, nice beaches, etc. Very quiet room with almost no noise from neighbors. Great pool area. Nice little beach for watching the sunrise

Our stay was absolutely amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed the location, the easy access to the ocean, the beautiful lazy river and the convenience of the grocery store right across the street. The grill was fabulous, we ate so well while here because of it. The living space was spacious and very comfortable and clean. We would happily stay here again.

We loved the two bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, and especially the pool and hot tub access! Perfect for our family of 5 with three little kids. Having a pack and play, kids toys, and other amenities was the cherry on top. 10/10!

Nice unit. Comfortable, well appointed.

This is a nice resort. Our unit was well furnished, comfortable. the only downside was the balcony which looked out on the entrance and the strip mall across the road (not the view pictured in the listing). (BTW - could walk to Safeway, Starbucks and a Shave Ice place). Enjoyed the pool, two slides and the hot tubs. The restaurant had a stellar duo, the ukulele player was phenomenal. Overall great trip!

Great stay

We stayed at a condo on the first half of our stay and decided to extend a few days prior to our arrival in Kauai and stayed in this condo for a 2 nights. Booking was easy and check-in was very easy and convenient. Upon entering the condo we arrived to a special welcome basket with treats which was a great surprise. The condo was clean and had everything we needed plus more. It can definitely use some updating and new paint however it worked great for our family!

My family and I had a great time, this condo was amazing. Everything was as expected. We did have a small issue with one of the showers on day 1, but we contacted VRBO and they were very quick and responsive in getting the issue fixed for us. We had no other issues, we had a great vacation.

We fully enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location is the best with many great restaurants and Safeway within walking distance. The best shaved ice on the Island (Wailua Shaved Ice) is right across the street. There is a walking/bike path that goes right behind the resort and runs about 6 miles up the coast. It is amazing! We rented bikes which was AWESOME!!! You can also rent bikes and any beach gear in the lobby at Spa by the Sea. The people there are wonderful!!! The condo was well equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, pans, laundry detergent, and coffee/Keurig machine. I thought I would be bummed that the condo is over the parking lot but I wasn’t that bad. When you look out the windo , you see the shopping plaza with the mountains in the background.

Waipouli vacation

Great condo. Clean. Wish to have better kitchenware especially for BBQ. Location is great if you want something in between North and South. I think this is one of the nicest and newer resorts for this area. Don’t like it that we can only have 6 pool towels in a day. Didn’t like our view from the balcony. Overall experience is very good.

Was a great vacation overall, had some problems upon arrival with the combination to door being wrong though. Then the code did not work for the pool entry, and although the condo was beautiful, there were 3 door handles that came out of the socket and almost locked us in the guest bathroom. The ice maker tray was broken and ice tasted really bad. Again, and even with those small irritations, the condo was awesome and close to bike trail and local stores.

Great central location.

Great spot. A lot of kid things in the place including life jackets, high chair, pack and play. Pool was great. Good beach but not great for swimming. Kid “hot tub” which was nice on cool or rainy days. Plenty of places to eat nearby, grocery across the street. South or North shores about 30 min away. Overall very convenient and great place to stay

Nice unit but could some updating

Nice unit that was close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Nice pool and not crowded. Unit does need some updating of furniture and carpeting. Showers in both bathrooms were very small with oversized bathtubs giving the unit a very 1990s feel. Carpet inside and outside unit have seen better days and need replacing.

Great location and amenities for families.

The condo had everything a young family might need from a pack and play, to floaties and life jackets, to toys and games, to toddler friendly plates and dishes. The pool is perfect for kids of all ages (there is a section for babies and toddlers, a lazy river, water slides for older kids (and grown ups), a family hot tub and a hot tub that is just for adults). The resort is right on a nice beach, is across the street from a great grocery store and other shopping, and there are restaurants within easy walking distance.

Pool was wonderful. Location was right next to the beach. The room was clean and spacious

The lazy river looking pool was incredible. I would definitely recommend this location to family and friends. The room was spacious and very clean. Enjoyed the beach was just a few steps away. A small shopping center across the street made it convenient to buy food and supplies.
