We enjoyed our stay here very much. Location was nice —right on the beach with nice facilities. I give it four stars because I feel like it was very overpriced, which may have been because we booked rather late.

Unit was clean, spacious and great bathroom space. beautiful pool area and access to beach Only down side was being across from maintenance closet that slammed loudly every morning at 5:00AM when workers were beginning their day. Likely an adjustment on the door tension would fix this. Loud enough to wake us every morning.

The host/property management was amazing. I would definingly give them 5 stars. They were great to work with. I am struggling with giving the property 4 stars. The property was clean and well stocked, but stairway is directly on the other side of the wall from the master bedroom, and the door is very loud when it closes. I can sleep through almost anything except a door slamming shut apparently. Hopefully they get it fixed soon. Also, the pool is a lot of fun just a little on the cold side, but the kids really enjoyed the slides.

Rental was clean and well stocked. We took advantage of the beach gear (chairs, cooler, etc), which made the trip much easier. The kids wore themselves out at the pool on more than one occasion and we all enjoyed wandering the resort as well as the local neighborhood.

Perfect home for our family vacation!

This was the perfect location for our Hawaii beach getaway. The condo had plenty of room, very clean, and kitchen was fully equipped. Lots of amenities like beach, equipment, chairs, cooler, umbrella, etc..The beach front resort had a huge pool complete with slides and hot tub. Also walking distance to restaurants. We definitely plan on returning, thank you!

Good location on the island for access to other areas. Convenient for groceries and restaurants close by (walking distance). Beach not very swimmable for intermediates but wading was good and the sunrise was beautiful

Perfect home base for island adventures

We’ve stayed at Waipouli Beach Resort before and we love the location — Safeway and shave ice across the street, the great pool with slides and towel service, the proximity to Kapa’a by foot, etc.We loved going a couple minutes down the street to Lydgate Park to relax in the gentle waves. We did a lot of hiking and the condo was a perfect home base for all our activities. We can’t wait to return.
