Welcome to this wonderful rustic house for 6 people in Lloseta.
The chlorine pool of 8 x 4 m2 with a depth ranging from 1.2 to 1.8 m is situated on the 1st floor. Enjoy sunbathing on the loungers area with 6 sunbeds or have a fresh summer lunch on the fully equipped terrace next to the barbecue area. There is also a outdoor bathroom beside the pool.

The house of 500 m2 distributed over 3 floors, has 3 bedrooms, 2 on the 1st floor, 1 with double bed, and 1 with 2 single beds; and 1 on the 2nd floor with 2 single beds. There is availability for 1 cot and 1 high chair. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. There are 3 bathrooms, 1 outside with shower, 1 toilet on the ground floor, and 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub on the 1st floor.
The living room is very cosy, it has 2 sofas, 1 armchair, 1 small table, and 1 TV-Sat; the kitchen-dining room, independent and vitro, has all the necessary utensils to cook without any problem; in the same room there is 1 table equipped with chairs. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Lloseta is a small village located in the Tramuntana and only few km from Inca, where you will find everything you may need for your stay: bars, restaurants, pubs, shops, international shops, crafts, banks, pharmacies, hospital, sports center, etc. Every Thursday there is a large market with textiles, fruits, vegetables, homemade sausages, ceramics, etc.

In just 30 minutes by car you will reach "Ses Casetes dels Capellans" and "Can Picafort". Enjoy the day on the beautiful beaches, choose from the numerous restaurant on the seafront promenade or directly on the sand, or just walk around watching the sunset. Nearby there are also the areas of the Port of Alcudia and Pollença.

A change of towels and sheets during the stay is included.

We had a very relaxing 10 days staying

We had a very relaxing 10 days staying at Bettina's wonderful home in Lloseta. The house was exactly as described and very comfortable. The pool was our favorite place to hang out, with both sun and shade and plenty of privacy. The neighborhood was clean, quiet, and had all the amenities that we required (grocer, pharmacy, restaurants, etc) within a 5 minute walk. Lloseta is a lovely little town with some terrific restaurants. It is also centrally located, which makes travel to the rest of Majorca easy if you have a car.

Fabulous and full of character

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this special house, and we would recommend it, but we have some tips to pass onto future travellers: Plus points : * Charming house with loads of original features and genuine character * Fabulous pool and outdoor space around it * Great town with lots to see, and great shops hiding in the streets – everything you need * Weekend Pizza and burgers at Bar Bestard highly recommended! * Roof terrace has a stunning view. * The oven broke while we were there, but was replaced quickly and efficiently and without question. * Wi-Fi worked well. Minus points * The bedrooms got very hot – in fact we decided we couldn’t use the top-floor bedroom at all. Depends on the time of year and how well you cope with heat. * There is a steep slope up to the front of the house, and then steep steps inside the house, and up to the pool and outdoors dining area– not suitable for all. * Some maintenance had slipped – e.g. the lights inside the pool didn’t work, the washing machine needed replaced, some doors didn’t shut properly (downstairs loo). * Only 4 thin bath towels were provided, and no towels for the pool. Bring your own! * We had to buy our own hand-soap, toilet rolls, kitchen rolls, dishwasher tablets – it would be nice if these had been provided.

Schöne Unterkunft mit eigenem Pool. Außer ein paar Kleinigkeiten wie ein verstopftes Waschbecken, dreckiges Geschirr und defekte Toiletten war im Haus alles in Ordnung. Die Kommunikation war problemlos über eine Agentur. Die schnelle Hilfe bei der Reparatur des Waschbeckens kam leider nicht wie versprochen. Anbindung mit dem Zug war super und ein paar nette Restaurants gibt es in Lloseta auch. Den Müll muss man noch auf eine Deponie bringen, das ist ohne Auto etwas mühsam.

Excepcional

Man sollte wissen, dass parken am Haus nicht möglich ist. In ca. 300 m Entfernung haben wir aber immer etwas gefunden. Außerdem war uns die Matratze etwas zu weich, aber das ist sicher Geschmackssache. Für uns war es einfach ein Traumhaus mit eigenem Garten, Privatpool und Dachterrasse. Sehr freundliche Nachbarn und unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe.

Gut für einen ruhigen Familienurlaub

Das Ferienhaus hat reichlich Platz für eine Familie. Der Außenbereich mit Pool ist toll um entspannte Zeit zu verbringen. Wer gerne abseits des Massentourismus wohnen möchte ist hier richtig. Leider muss man häufiger einen Parkplatz suchen, da man am Haus nicht parken kann. Manchmal muss man 5 Minuten Laufweg einplanen.

We really enjoyed our stay in Llosetta. The villa is spacious across 3 floors with a lovely outside area with a pool as well as a big terrace overlooking the town. The town of Llosetta is quiet but the handful of restaurants and local shops were plenty for us. The train is very easy to use, with Inca a short ride away and Palma about half an hour on the train. We didn’t have a car so can’t report on parking. Note that there is no aircon in the villa so the nighttime can be hot. Small fans were provided in some of the rooms for us.

- In dem von uns genutzten Schlafzimmer waren die Matratzen etwas durchgelegen.Wir hatten 2 Kissen drunter gelegt und dann war alles perfekt. Es war bei Anreise am Samstag Abend kein Klopapier vorhanden.Mussten wir noch schnell im Supermarkt einkaufen, da Sonntag geschlossen.Die Innenbeleutung könnte heller sein. +die Ruhe in einer typisch mallorkinischen Kleinstadt inmitten von Einheimischen. Verkehrsgünstige Lage per Bahn nach Palma oder Manacor in 30 Min. oder nach Inca in 3 Minuten. Von de genannten Orten gibt es reichliche Bsverbindungen.Das typisch mallorkinische Haus war technisch gut eingerichtet: Spülmaschine,Induktionskochherd, W-Lan, großer Kühlschrank mit gr. Eisfach.

Super confort dans un lieu très agréable. Des propriétaires charmants et discrets. Une situation idéale car lloseta n'est pas très touristique et c'est un village ou on parle espagnol et non ....allemand.

Rustig gelegen

Rustig gelegen woning met voldoende faciliteiten. Hou rekening met beperkte parkeermogelijkheden in de buurt. Eigenaar spreekt enkel Spaans/Catalaans maar is van goede wil. Zonder gps is de woning niet makkelijk te vinden.

Charming and clean

Demeure de caractère, très propre, dans un village sympathique au pieds de la Serra de Tramuntana, emplacement central au top pour aller aux Calas du nord et à seulement 25 minutes de Palma. Charming

A charming town house although very dark inside. The ground floor from the main entrance contains the living, dining and kitchen areas but has one window into the living area. The kitchen and dining areas are at the back with no natural light so lights on all the time is a must. There is a cloakroom down here also. Up a lovely stone staircase to the next level with doors out to the rear, a twin bedroom at the rear with bathroom to the rear and double bedroom to the front. The twin here is the smallest bedroom but adequate size. The window is right next to next doors kitchen window which although the owners have curtains up at looks into the garden and the early noise of getting children ready for school is quite noisey. The bathroom is big but again dark. The window when the shutters are open does throw in a lot of light but open up to the garden so everyone can see in especially when the toilet is right under the window. The double room is lovely but the mattress is old, out of shape and very uncomfortable and a metal bed-frame which creaks every time you move. The next flight of stairs takes you to the top level containing a huge room with a part-partition having twin beds one side and two armchairs the other. This room is very light and has windows and doors out into the roof terrace. The roof terrace has amazing views over the town and beyond but sadly there is no furniture to sit and appreciate this space. The garden is then accessed via another steep set of steps onto the pool area has a lovely sized pool with six sun beds. The trees growing give lovely shade from the sun although you do get covered in leaves during the day as these drop continually. There is a room here containing a toilet and shower and washing machine. A large patio table and chairs with large parasol also out in the garden. The garden is small but big enough just to use the pool and sunbathe. The area needed tidying and weeding. There is a double gate to one side that leads into the owners garden and is partially screened off but we didn't see anyone. The kitchen is basically equipped but most things absolutely fine. We could have done with a kettle and toaster, dishcloths and tea towels. Also, I know it's a british thing but some mugs or largest cups. It was like drinking from a thimble!! There are no mirrors in any of the bedrooms only in the bathroom cloakroom and living area. The owners were lovely and responded quickly to any queries we had. Although on the last evening through (Hidden by Airbnb) translate we were told that the spainish government now charge all tourists a €1 per person per day tax payable immediately, so we had to pay. This really should be included in the house...

Sehr schönes Haus, netter Nachbar. War ein sehr Sehr schöner Urlaub. Der Nachbarspricht allerdings nur spanisch. Ganz gute langevon dem Haus. Parksituation vom Ort ist allerdingsein bisschen schwierig.

Huset var utmärkt och särskilt poolen och poolområdet var väldigt uppskattat av både vuxna och barn. Tyvärr var det lite väl mörkt i köket för att man vill tillbringa mycket tid där. Sedan skulle det vara bra om det fanns diskmedel och diskborste/disksvamp. Det känns onödigt att behöva köpa det endast en vecka.

Tolles Stadthaus am Rande eine niedlichen wenig touristischen Kleinstadt mit vielen kleinen Bars und sehr empfehlenswerten Restaurants. Rund ums Haus war immer das mallorquinische Leben zu spüren. Das Haus ist toll, sehr schöner ursprünglicher Stil, der sehr saubere und recht große Pool in "Garten"/Terrasse in der ersten Etage mit dem Grill und Essplatz war der Mittelpunkt des Urlaubs. Die Dachterrasse lud uns zum einen oder anderen nächtlichen Wein und Gin Tonic ein. Parkplätze fanden wir immer in ca. 5 Minuten Entfernung. Einzig die Küchenausstattung könnte etwas umfangreicher sein. Es fehlte doch das eine oder andere (Auslaufform, Schüsseln, Kochbestecke, etc.), aber das konnte den Urlaub nicht trüben. Auf Grund der zentralen Lage, konnte die Insel ausgezeichnet erschlossen werden.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour. l’île de majorque est magnifique et riche en cultures villages points de vue et plages. le logement est conforme à la description et la piscine et sa terrasse sont très agréable. mais il est dommage de devoir acheter tout le nécessaire de base de la cuisine : pas de sel, de poivre, d’huile, de vinaigre. ni même une éponge ou du produit vaisselle. la baignoire est jolie mais pas possible de prendre un bain. l’eau ne coule pas dans la baignoire. dommage. il faisait très froid quand on est arrivés (avril) heureusement qu’il y avait des couvertures en plus. la remise des clés a été faite par messages simple et réactif.

Sehr erholsam und entschleunigend

Wir haben bewusst ein Haus inmitten der Stadt Lloseta gewählt. So waren wir direkt im Zentrum mit allen Möglichkeiten des abendlichen Lebens und einer Vielzahl von kleinen Bars und Restaurants. Das Haus selbst ist für spanische Verhältnisse komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Sauberkeit war nicht perfekt aber absolut akzeptabel. Der Pool ist das Highlight . Allein parken ist etwas umständlich. Aber in Theaternähe gab es immer einen Parkplatz (Entfernung zum Haus ca. 3min Fußweg). Alles in allem ein sehr empfehlenswertes Haus.

Great house! Close to shope and cafes

Great house! Close to shope and cafes. Lloseta is a nice "ordinary" town away from the tourist bustle, but really easy to get to other places from with a car (and also possibly the train - we didn't try that). Pool was really nice and big - there were some problems with it while we were there but hopefully these will be reolved by the time you stay! The outside pool lights didn't work, and many of the bushes shown in the picture around the pool now appear dead. Be aware there is no parking at the house and it's really tight to drive in there to drop things off! There is also no air conditioning which makes it very hot in summer. There was a lack of basic amenities such as garbage bags, cleaning supplies, etc. Very little crockery, no big bowls for e.g., salad, and no wine glasses! The decor is a little old - creaky bed, missing bulbs, etc. The hosting company was really good with communications, although there was no-one there to meet us when we arrived, we managed to figure out how to get in ourselves.

This place is amazing! Based on previous reviews I thought it would be in the middle of nowhere but Lloseta is gorgeous! There's bars, restaurants, a couple of decent sized supermarkets less than 5 mins away and it's a 10 minute walk to the train station with frequent services to Inca and Palma. The villa itself is fantastic! Previous reviews said about it being very warm but if you keep with shutters closed it's really not too bad, plus there are fans in each room. Pool area is clean and there's so much space! You also have a contact email address for any problems and the small issues we did have were sorted really quickly. We will definitely be returning (hopefully for 10 days next time!)

We had a wonderful holiday.

Such a wonderful place to stay. Easy access to some lovely bars and restaurants. (You must go to Sa Coxtera, best restaurant in town.) The outside space is the best part, so relaxing. We had a wonderful holiday.

Village très calme.

Belle maison, correspond aux images. Très fraîche a l'intérieur, jardin et bbq très très beau. Un peu difficile communiquer avec le hôte, pas très réactif mais très sympa. Village très calme.
