Cas Milà. Typical Majorcan townhouse with garden and pool close to the square

Cas Milà is a lovely and cosy house located only a few minutes away form the main square, it has been recently refurbished, and it is decorated with Majorcan style. It offers a nice and light sitting room, fully equipped kitchen, and a full equipped bathroom on the ground floor. Next to the entrance in a semi-level, there is a room with double bed. The first floor has 2 bedrooms, one with double bed, and the other one, with two single beds, and a full equipped bathroom. The bedrooms have new installed ceiling fans. Outside there is a great garden and a dining area, perfect to enjoy nice meals. There is also a good size terrace and a big pool, which invites you to enjoy the sunny and the wonderful views. The area is very quiet, and allows you to relax and rest, while being very close to all places of interest.

*** Important information ***

Sóller has implemented a Low Emission Zone (LEZ) in the town center. To access the area by car, a municipal authorization is required, unless the vehicle is zero-emission.

The authorization allows circulation only (for example, to unload luggage), but it does NOT permit parking in the town center. The authorization can be requested up to a maximum of 72 hours after entering the zone.

For parking, the Town Hall has provided public parking areas on the outskirts of the municipality, located approximately 15 minutes walking distance from the center.
Before your arrival, we will provide you with further information on how to obtain the required authorization.

Just the perfect place to stay 5 minutes walk I think the centre of Soller. The house is beautiful and more than big enough for 5 adults. The bedrooms were all spacious with comfortable beds. Outside the pool is just heavenly. We stayed 6-13 sept and so saw the street party annually held outside the villa such a wonderful community. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Pool and location was great. The pillows were cheap and the bed was only mediocre. But the space in general was quite nice. I found it odd that the hosts declined to provide toilet paper forcing us to buy a package for ourselves and presumably the next few guests.

Wonderful stay

We had a lovely 6 night stay and only wish we could have stayed longer. The house is a beautiful old building which is perfectly positioned for walking into the main square and taking the tram into the port when we wanted to spend time at the beach. We were really pleasantly surprised at how beautiful and spacious the pool area and garden were. It was really peaceful, despite being minutes from the centre of Soller.

Great property, great location

The property is huge and was very well equipped. The outdoor area is lovely, with a big pool and lots of fruit trees. The check-in went very well, very communicative hosts and all questions answered. The only thing I’d flag for future guests is that the pool isn’t heated and is in shade for the afternoon

Everything about this house was perfect. Brilliant communication with Virginia (agent) House was well equipped and impressive. Very comfy beds. Outside space was perfect, it was absolute bliss and very peaceful and the pool was well maintained and very clean and was a godsend in the heat and is a very good size, really could not fault anything about this property. Perfect location, with bakery’s, shops and restaurants just a stroll away. The train and tram stops about a 10 min walk away. Already planning a return trip for next year. Thank you to owners and agents for allowing us to stay in this beautiful home.

Beautiful townhouse with pool within walking distance to shops and restaurants

We had the best time, the house was perfect, the pool was lovely and warm and picking oranges for making juice and lemons for gin was the icing on the cake! Great location. The town centre was very close and we'd walk to the bakery for the most amazing pastries. The local restaurants were all very good. The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had. All in all, we had the best time and would love to stay again.

Lovely property in Soller

I would recommend this property, the garden is lovely and the swimming pool a bonus. The area is fabulous, with easy walking and transport connections to other locations. The only negative would be there are a number of stairs in the property which my elderly mother struggled with but overall a superb property and location

Summer holiday

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful Majorcan house! Fantastic garden with lemontrees and orangetrees. Just a few minutes to the square in Soller. We love walking so every morning we took a walk to Beautiful village Fornalux. I would love to come back to this peaceful place!

Beautiful Mallorcan townhouse in great location

This traditional Mallorcan townhouse is in a great location, within few minutes walk to the town square and many great restaurants and shops. On the other hand, it is close to walks past plantains and fields, where we had many nice evening walks. The stunning garden is adjacent to an orange plantation, which gives it a feeling of being in the country side. The house itself is very solid, has great charm and is fitted out with antique furnishing and comfortable beds, and upstairs has views over the fields and surrounding mountains. Everything in the house was in good working order and all needed for a great stay was provided. The pool is a good size and was wonderful on hot days. By car the beautiful beach of Port de Soller was in easy reach of 10 minutes. We would definitely come back to this amazing location.

We were two couples. The house is charming and immaculate. We found everything we needed. The pool was welcome as the weather was very hot. The property includes a large urban orchard. We loved it!

The most perfect local town house

Had the most amazing stay, a perfect house in an even more perfect position. I’ve been to Soller for may years and have always wanted to stay in a local town house but never have as never seen any with a pool! The garden is huge and full of lovely fruit trees tended to by Micheal and his wife Maria who are the loveliest people you could meet. They brought us loads of oranges to juice from the garden the kids were in heaven. The pool and terrace outside have shade and sun all day . What an absolute treat to find only 4 mins from main square and quiet all day and night a dream stay ! We will be booking up again asap! Tried to rebook while still on holiday as truely brilliant! Big shout to the host ,Virginia for being so helpful and fast with all information. Hope we see you all again soon! Viva la luna!

Townhouse review

The house is lovely, wonderfully located and a pool garden area that is quiet and easy to find sun or shade. The garden is huge and the pool is a very good size. The only negative would be lack of air con but I don't think the traditional 17th century property really supports it...other in the area don't seem to have it. It's a 2/3 minute walk into town or a 5/6 minute amble. Parking is a bit of a pain but that's not just the property but Soller in general. Would we stay again... absolutely.

Family stay

We had a great stay at this gorgeous property. The townhouse was HUGE. Our 9 year old loved the pool and many hours were spent in there. Check-in and communication with Xisca were seamless and they very kindly let us leave our luggage with them when we arrived mid-morning before check-in. Thank you! The townhouse is easy walking distance to the main square, restaurants and shops. We particularly liked Mister McCoys Ice Creams near the tram stop. Fab home-made ice-creams and natural wines. I do have to mention that the first few days were above 35 degrees and having no air-con was a challenge for those evenings.

A fantastic finca

A great finca/villa/farmhouse for a family of four - mum, dad & two twentysomething kids - to spend a wonderful 10 days. The location was great, a few minutes stroll from the centre of Soller, and then a few more minutes on to the bus stop (we didn't hire a car, choosing instead to use Mallorca's excellent public bus network, but if you do hire a car, you can't park outside the property, but I think there is parking a few mins up the road) Check in and check out process and all coms with the host were seamless and simple, the finca itself was spacious and well equipped with its crowning glory being a great pool in the most beautiful of gardens. During our stay the Cerberus heat wave rolled in to town and this did expose the lack of air-con: although the ceiling fans in the bedrooms did help it was still hot at night despite the shutters, thick walls and traditional construction of the building. Lack of air-con is why I can only give 4, not 5, stars. However, I'd happily be back there right now; Soller is beautiful and this property was a great base for a fantastic holiday, with the most beautiful garden.

Un séjour très agréable dans cette villa typique au centre de Doller

Nous étions 4 adultes et 2 enfants et nous sommes tous tombés sous le charme de cette belle villa. Tous d’abord son authenticité puis la jolie terrasse ombragée, la piscine et enfin ce jardin exceptionnel ou les citrons et les oranges illuminent notre vue. L’agence a été très accueillante, nous avons apprécié les oranges misent à disposition dans le frigo, la confiture d’orange, le vin, l'eau fraiche, les petits gâteaux et les citrons. La possibilité d’aller cueillir ses propres fruits est génial! D’autre part, l’agence est vraiment disponible pour nous rendre service surtout qu’elle est à quelques minutes à pieds de la maison. Le seul soucis est de trouver une place pour garer la voiture avec le risque de payer une amende . Sans hésitation je recommande la maison et Soller.

Sehr schön! Schöner Garten und sehr sauberer Pool! Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Verwalter. Treppe im Haus nicht so geeignet für ältere Menschen. zimmer im Parterre eher laut da raus auf die Gasse gehend. Wir haben es aber alles in allem sehr genossen!

Sehr gut Lage und toller Pool

In ein paar Minuten ist man in der Fußgängerzone des hübschen Ortskerns. Das Haus in einer kleinen Straße hat eine wunderschöne Terasse und einen schönen Pool. Einzig Parken kann in Soller schwierig sein - das Haus hat keinen eigenen Parkplatz - aber wir haben immer einen Platz gefunden.

Perfekt für kleine Gruppen

Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Grundstück für 4-6 Personen. Es fehlt an nichts Ausstattungsmäßig außer einem Föhn. Perfekt für schöne Gruppenabende mit durchdachtem Sonnenschutz durch Pflanzen, etc.
