Bienvenue dans notre appartement situĂ© dans le magnifique village de Guia rural, Ă  4 kilomĂštres / 2. 5 miles au nord d'Albufeira dans le chaud, ensoleillĂ© Algarve. NichĂ© dans le coin du complexe Quinta dos Alamos d'appartements et de villas, notre grand bel appartement de 3 chambres est juste en attente d'ĂȘtre dĂ©couvert ... ..by vous.

Nous avons dĂ©libĂ©rĂ©ment conçu notre appartement pour ĂȘtre confortable et chaleureuse - un endroit pour vous permettre de vous dĂ©tendre, recharger vos batteries, prendre le temps, profiter du soleil chaud et, finalement, avoir une valeur formidable pour l'argent vacances. Nous pouvons accueillir confortablement six adultes et les enfants, mais aussi avoir un lit Voyage bĂ©bĂ©. Notre jardin vous permet de vous dĂ©tendre dans, les enfants de jouer dans un bain de soleil sous le soleil chaud de l'aprĂšs-midi. La piscine communale est situĂ©e de l'autre cĂŽtĂ© d'un mur vous permettant d'exercer ou se rafraĂźchir dans.

Le mini complexe se compose de trois blocs de trois appartements. Mis à part un ou deux, la majorité sont occupés par des résidents portugais ainsi est heureusement un endroit trÚs calme.

Guia a un certain nombre de magasins, de nombreux restaurants et plusieurs bars. Le grand Algarve Shopping Mall est, mais Ă  10 minutes de route, contenant un trĂšs grand supermarchĂ©, les magasins de vĂȘtements, magasins d'Ă©tĂ© et une salle de nourriture.

La plage la plus proche se trouve Ă  10 minutes en voiture, Zoomarine est pratiquement le mĂȘme. Il y a un certain nombre de parcs aquatiques tous facilement accessibles en voiture, en bus ou en taxi.

Superbe !!!!

A notre arrivĂ©e nous avons trouvĂ© dans un quartier rĂ©sidentiel un superbe appartement avec de bonnes prestations et ingrĂ©dients de petit dĂ©jeuner plus bouteille de vin du pays fournies. QualitĂ© de lit, propretĂ© de l’appartement, jardinet avec barbecue et piscine Ă  cĂŽtĂ©. Nous avons mĂȘme pu bĂ©nĂ©ficiier d’un remplacement de serviettes et autres durant notre semaine de sĂ©jour. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location..... Guia est un endroit qui permet de voir divers endroits .

The property is very well presented the pictures on the website don’t do it justice. Everything we need to have a relaxing holiday and we basically had the swimming pool to ourselves for the whole time we were there. The apartment is within easy reach of guia which has some amazing restaurants Would highly recommend this apartment

Lovely property, plenty space. Close enough to all the attractions by car or taxi. Was clean enough. Only thing I’d have preferred more than one set of towels each for the full weekend. Stayed here as a family of 7.

lovely apartment, comfortable beds , sofas and armchairs. Garden was very welcome for alfresco dinning and drinking. great kitchen, only used at breakfast but everything was available. nice to have decent parking and location was Ideal. found lots of good restaurants and the local golf club & course was worth the visit. The Owner Leigh was very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this place to anyone Maurice

TratĂĄmos de tudo com o proprietĂĄrio, o Leigh que desde o primeiro mail sempre se mostrou muito atencioso e disponĂ­vel. NĂŁo tivemos qualquer problema com a reserva e desde o inicio foi nos fornecido o contacto da imobiliĂĄria responsĂĄvel pela gestĂŁo do apartamento, Santomero - D. Dinora. Embora sendo apartamento, tivemos limpeza e mudança de lençois e toalhas 3x numa semana. À chegada tĂ­nhamos no frigorĂ­fico ĂĄgua, vinho, sumo, leite e fruta. É, sem qualquer dĂșvida, para aqui que voltamos no prĂłximo ano â˜ș

Cracking weather, lovely apartment, wrong location. It was just too far from town for us really and we needed a car, that I'm not going to get when on holiday when I knock up 40,000 + miles for work a year. 2.5kms to Guia didn't sound a problem but it far too hilly for my In Laws and also myself. And that drive from the gates to the apartment!!!!!!!! The restaurants were not up to much either to be fair. Patrick's bar was fantastic but we only found it Monday and they close Tuesday and we were back last night. The Guia Football Club Bar was the best place for drinks & atmosphere, & the food was good but basic. I didn't go due to ricking my back with the shopping, but Ideal was reported back as not great and a lack of interest in us..... The best food, Patrick's apart, was from the BBQ at home. Never mind, it just wasn't for us I guess.

Great apartment

Great communication with Leigh from our first enquiry and throughout. On arrival we found the property to be bright and airy with everything we needed, very clean and well maintained. The outside area was a plus as it was large enough to feel comfortable with a bbq corner, which we made use of and we ate out on the terrase everyday. The pool area was great as some of our party went in, very large clean pool and well cared for. All the 3 bed rooms are very clean and spacious, beds very comfortable. We ask for a cot the next day and it was put up couple of hours later, great service. The cleaners were very friendly. The only thing we all thinks should change is the kitchen door as it open on the fridge door, not very practical. Thank you, we had a great time and well relax as it was very quiet area I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again if we return to Portugal.

Tolle Unterkunft mit super Gastgeber

Die Unterkunft war sauber und wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Der Gastgeber war jederzeit hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft wurde in unseren 14 Tagen mehrfach sauber gemacht. Ein toller Service, fast wie im Hotel. Die Unterkunft ist fĂŒr Paare genauso gut geeignet wie fĂŒr Familien. Es war ein Hcochstuhl wie auch ein Babybett vor Ort. Es empfiehlt sich ein Mietwagen, da die nĂ€chsten StrĂ€nde gut 20 Bis 30 Minuten oder Lidl ca 10–15 Minuten entfernt sind. Wasserparks und der Zoo sind ca. 15 Minuten entfernt. Nach Sevilla oder Lissabon sind es ca. 2 Stunden mit dem Auto und sehr lohnenswert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Herzlichen Dank Leigh!

Excelente!

A casa é ampla e estå muito bem equipada (do melhor que temos encontrado ao nível de louça). Tem um jardim magnifico com móveis no exterior. A piscina não sendo grande é suficiente. A localização é muito boa: perto do Zoomarine (objectivo principal da nossa viagem), de praias, restaurante e de um centro comercial. O Leigh é muito eficiente e confiåvel. Recomendo!

Lovely,comfortable apartment

Stayed here for a week,this time with our son,his wife,our daughter,son-in-law & 10 month old baby.We all really enjoyed the break & cannot fault the apartment. The only downside was incredibly hot weather ( around 36-38 degrees) all week. Even the locals were struggling!! Of course no can do anything about the weather but perhaps a small fan to use in the sitting / dining room would help when it is so very hot. We will certainly use the apartment again & will recommend to friends.

Cliffs Vida Nova Wine tour

The apartment was in a residential area and a car was necessary which we did not have. Taxis were required for most of the journeys (although we walked into Guia quite comfortably), but proved very reasonable as there were six of us in the party. For our short stay the apartment was adequate and clean. The pool was too cold for most of our party to use but would probably prove refreshing in the hotter season. We could not use the safe as it had been left open but in a locked position but we managed without it quite successfully. We did notice a rather annoying design fault with the kitchen door opening towards the fridge so that if you were getting something out of the fridge and someone came into the kitchen there could be a collision of doors!!!!! On a very positive note the garden was a real bonus in the apartment and the rooms suited our party for the short stay and the reason we went to Portugal which was to see Cliff Richards villa, tour the winery, have photos with Sir Cliff and to go on a boat trip around the coast. All of which we thoroughly enjoyed. We found the ideal restaurant in Guia which was named IDEAL where the staff were friendly and prices were good and they even sold Cliff's wine VIDA NOVA.

Home from home ( & much better weather!! )

Had a lovely holiday in this very comfortable apartment. Everything was there to make it like home from home. Been staying in Guia for the last 30 years & this is one of the best apartments we have had. Lovely,comfortable beds,comfy sofas & a very peaceful location. Fantastic weather. great family apartment .

Me and my family had a great time at this apartment. Its very spacious and has everything you need and more. The welcome pack was a nice touch and a help . The plastic plates ect were ideal for the kids and we enjoyed the bbq . All in all we had a great time and would happily go back .

Michelle and I bought our apartment in 2008. We have not marketed it until very recently but have decided to do so as we will not be visiting Portugal for at least a couple of years. We have we believe created a beautiful "home away from home" environment to appeal to all families.

If you are looking for a very active night life, Albufeira is roughly 25 - 30 minutes away.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We always wanted a "home away from home" and have converted the apartment to be very welcoming as though it were our home. We wanted somewhere that was close to Albufeira but not right in the centre as we felt more at home in a rural, village area, which we believe we have achieved.

This apartment was chosen as we felt it had plenty of space, a garden to relax in and was very close to the pool so we could have sight of the children. The Quinta dos Alamos complex of apartments and villas is brilliantly situated close to the beaches, the Algarve shopping centre, Sir Cliff Richard's winery, many restaurants, water parks and Zoomarine, one of the top attractions in the Algarve.

Golf is also very popular for our family so that was another consideration and with so many courses, access was easy from Guia.

So, for us, it ticked all the boxes and we went ahead with buying it very quickly after two viewings.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Cheaper than most villas advertised, we have pretty much all modern conveniences one could want. So centrally located means that there are many places to see and visit with Guia as your base.

Apart from all amenities, we have an allotted parking space, excellent local agents who maintain the apartment for us, it is very quiet and really it is for those who want to "get away from it all" as we did all those years ago and still do every year.
