La ville:
Gran Alacant peut vous offrir le meilleur des deux mondes. Ceux qui recherchent des vacances reposantes au bord de la piscine, un peu de tennis pour faire de l'exercice et un repas tranquille dans le restaurant à proximité sont bien accueillis. Il y a cependant beaucoup à faire pour ceux qui recherchent quelque chose d'un peu plus actif ou amusant. L'excellent réseau autoroutier permet de ne pas manquer tristement les attractions et attractions à proximité. Il y a tellement à faire! A 40 minutes en voiture (juste à l'extérieur de Benidorm) se trouve Terra Mitica, un parc d'attractions destiné aux adultes et aux enfants. À Benidorm, niché dans l’une de ses collines, Aqualandia est un superbe parc aquatique amusant, situé à côté du centre de la vie marine de Mundomar.
Bien que la vie nocturne à Gran Alacant soit relativement discrète, elle n’est en aucun cas sans vie. De nombreux bars et restaurants (et d'autres à venir) divertissent constamment ceux qui sont heureux de savourer une bonne cuisine et une excellente bouteille de vin. Et pour varier, vous pouvez essayer des "tapas".

Excellent accomodation perfect position.

It was everything as described - very clean and comfortable - it was great to have such a good wifi reception. The local beaches are lovely and as a family it was perfect for all of us as we all were well catered for with loads for the kids to do and enough bars to keep the adults happy. Definitely recommend it - and we will be going back.

Great communication leading up to our holiday with host. Richard is very accommodating. Location is fine for an older family group. Just not lively enough for the 16-25 age group. Beach a short bus trip away. Air conditioning in all rooms which was essential. We had a very pleasant fortnight.

Nice house and great host.

My family and myself really enjoyed our time in Gran Alacant. The property catered for all our needs and was a good base to visit Alicante and other places along the coast . The pool was set in nice gardens nearby where you could find a quiet place to soak up the sun or sit in the shade of a tree . Any minor issues were swiftly dealt with by Richard who was a great host throughout our stay . The house itself was clean and had everything you could need for a family holiday . The air conditioning worked beautifully to keep us cool when it was too hot . There are some nice restaurants nearby if you look about and a trip to Alicante is a must and it's very cheap on the bus !

Perfect!

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday in Gran Alacant staying in Casa Louis. From the moment we booked this holiday, Richards communication was second to none. He sent us so much information about the local area, travelling around, the pool, the beach, supermarkets, pharmacies, great places to eat out...we felt like we knew the area before we even stepped on the plane. Casa Louis did not disappoint. Plenty of space for a family of 5 to spread out. A TV with all UK channels and great internet (important when travelling with teenagers!) The house was spotlessly clean and had absolutely everything we needed and more...even extra beach towels and easy to carry loungers for the pool. The highlight for us was the rooftop terrace. The views of Alicante and the sunsets are simply breathtaking. The loungers and seating area are so comfortable i spent many hours reading and sunbathing up there, we ate up there a number of times too & spent evenings looking at the stars. It was perfect. The house itself is located just a 5 min walk from the bus stop where you can get a bus or the land train to get around Gran Alacant or further afield. Its easy enough to get down to the central commercial area where theres loads of great restaurants and bars. There are great restaurants and bars right on your doorstep though and a fab mini market with the most amazing bakery so you dont have to go far. We had a wonderful holiday here. Very nice relaxing stay

The property is about 10-15 minutes from the airport in a taxi. Rich gave us a tonne of information beforehand, highlighted maps showing us where everything is, pictures, local services etc. Property is large with very good Air Con in all the bedrooms. Everything was clean and there are plenty of extras available such as beach towels, chairs, sunbeds etc to use. We did not have a bad meal the whole time we were there and there are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. There is a little train that goes on a loop around the area every hour which was our main method of transport. There are a couple of well stocked smaller supermarkets you can walk to and a few larger options you can get the train to. The only thing we would have done differently if we did it again is hire a car. Getting a taxi was almost impossible, we hardly saw one the whole time and the numbers posted around town do not answer. The one firm we used on our return journey was not interested unless it was an airport transfer. But we managed. We also used the bus service to go into Alicante on one of the days. Lovely property, great host, great location, 100% recommend.

Un bel emplacement et une vue de la terrasse magnifique 😊

Les informations sur la maison sont correctes et justes . La réactivité de Richard pour la réparation des lits fut très positive. Nous avons pu passer trois semaines paisibles car c est un quartier résidentiel où le bruit excessif n existe pas. Et la piscine de la résidence est adéquate et vient compléter la plage qui se situe à 10 minutes en voiture.

Nice house,Well equipped,Ideal location,Plenty of sun on roof terrace

Richard,the owner spot on with communication. The house has everything you need for your stay. Sunbeds+seats all with covers and a table on the roof terrace that gets plenty of sun. Table+4 chairs on front porch. Tv, free wi-fi, air-con, Oil filled radiators for cold nights [ off season ] Access to a shared pool which is just around the corner. Bars shops money exchange,mini market and eateries are only 2 minutes walk away. "la piedra" one of the busiest restaurants is highly recommended, Booking advised. Not far to other bars and eateries. Bus stops are not far to go to santa pola, alicante or the G A shopping centre.

Gran Alacant offers clean beaches, friendly local bars & superb communal pool.Everything only 5min

We visited Santa Pola East and walked into the town along the boardwalk. This is only a 10 min drive from the house, which was clean and tidy on our arrival. Kitchen had all we needed plus extras. Owners arranged taxis for us.

Many extras in this clean family home. Pool only 100 yards and great sea views

Easy access to the house on arrival with a key code for key box as we arrived very late. The home was clean and tidy. We loved the mini tourist train that takes you to the beach and around the community. We hope to return soon

2 weeks in Gran Alacant

We have recently returned from a 2-week visit to Richards house in Gran Alacant. Considering it was at the end of Sept- beginning of October we were pleasantly surprised by the good and hot weather, with only a little rain and wind. The house was comfortable and our visit was well supported by Richard and his local team. The house was quite spacious and the wifi and uk tv channels worked well and were a bonus! There are plenty of good restaurants and bars in easy walking distance, and a local train and buses to get around if you don't have a car (and hiring a car is not strictly necessary as it's fairly close to the airport and a taxi would do). There are a couple of supermarkets within walking distance, and also a weekly market which is great for local produce and tons of other stuff! The beach is lovely and the water clean but it's a long walk and up a very steep hill coming back - I didn't attempt it, but my son did! You can get there easily by car, bus and the little local train. Nearer at hand is the swimming pool which is just a minutes walk away - it's quite small but well maintained and clean. All in all, a good trip.

Excellent place to stay, great for families!! A*

We rented Case Louie for a week, this was all done with ease from the word go! Richard was excellent with all communication to help us with all our needs. from getting us there, arranging taxis to and from the airport and letting us know where everything was. Villa was lovely and clean with everything we needed. Wifi was great and so was the TV packages, all channels you can think of, movies for adults and cartoons etc for the kids. The views from the Villa are amazing and the roof top area is great, and perfect for a BBQ. The pool only down the road which is private for local residents, this is well kept, lovely and clean and safe for the kids. Nice and quiet to if you want to relax. The local shops just up the road are great for meals and the small supermarket great for fresh bread and croissants in the morning! Also just across the road is a bus stop where the bus and the little on the road train comes on the hour every hour, which will take you to a drop off point to the beach or further on to the shopping complex for a 2/3 euros, this is so convenient and the kids loved it! Big thank you to Richard for making our family trip thoroughly enjoyable, will definitely be coming back!!!

close to all amenties,owener very helpful,property clean and tiday

the property was as described on the web. We found the property clean, a few bits and pieces needed sorting out but it was the end of the season, the property manager was very helpful. The customer service was excellent/ Yes would recommend the property. The train and bus was very near and convenient to get to places. The bars and restaurants was within walking distance, the ones we visited were very nice. The property just needed a little upgrading, but heard that was going to happen in the next few weeks.

Home away from home

We were lucky enough to enjoy a perfect week in this lovely home away from home. The location, views, amenities and weather made for a wonderful relaxing holiday. Richard was very helpful at booking stage and was always available to answer the questions we had before we arrived. The house is well furnished, decorated and made for a peaceful, comfortable holiday. We will definitely return!

Lovely spacious villa

Loved the location. Near the supermarket, cafes, restaurants and sea. Private for sun bathing. The pool was nearby and really nice. It was clean, well equipped and nicely decorated. Richard was helpful. We had a great stay.

Perfect!

We rented Casa Louie for a week in April and the place was perfect! Communication with Richard, the owner, prior to travel, was excellent. He was helpful and professional which was much appreciated. The villa itself was nicely decorated, well equipped and clean with gorgeous views of the sea from the upper level! The villa is located within walking distance to restaurants, pubs, shopping etc which was exactly what we sought after. Would definitely recommend Casa Louie! Can't wait to go back!

Fabulous modern villa for a relaxing break.

I have stayed many times as a single female. Safe location with all amenities close by. Lovely clean beach in walking distance Brilliant location with great coffee shops and bars near by. Villa ideal for larger parties, or independent travellers like myself. Highly recommend.

The villa itself was nicely decorated, well equipped and well tended with gorgeous views of the sea from the upper level. The villa is located walking distance to restaurants, pubs, shops, pool, etc which was exactly what we sought after. Would highly recommend Casa Louie! Can't wait to go back!
