Visit FARO and surroundings, old stones and restaurants typical "cheap".
Les départs et arrivées ne sont pas possibles le DIMANCHE. Maison refaite à neuf, sur Marina très haut de gamme... nombreux restaurants, bars, boutiques... Chambres spacieuses, avec salle de bain/douches individuelles, INTERNET FIBRE, TV Française et Anglaise. Cuisine équipée moderne. Cuisine extérieure. Eau chaude solaire. Piscine privée collective, Parking, Région des golfs de VILAMOURA, QUINTA DO LAGO, très belles plages à 10' à pied, possibilités de location vélos, locations bateaux et autres activités sportives. Visite de FARO et alentours, veilles pierres et restaurants typiques "bon marché".

Au cœur de la marina location de standing

Belle location tout confort au cœur de la marina avec son parking privé. Décoration très moderne avec bcp de goût. Chaque chambre est indépendante avec sa propre salle de bain. Proprietaire disponible, sur place Jackie est à votre disposition et à votre écoute

Golf, sun, and food

We loved our time in Vilamoura, especially the great location of this condo! We walked to dinner every night, were close to golfing, and loved exploring the area. The unit was very clean, well equipped, and comfortable! The outside areas were wonderful. It was a perfect stay for us.

Great location for the marina!

Lovely house which needs a little tlc in places, but perfect for anyone wanting to be a stones throw from the marina. It was what we wanted and enjoyed some good food and lovely restaurants in a fab location, thanks!

The property is lovely and accommodated 6 adults very nicely. Beautiful indoor and outdoor space. It is in a lively location great for being close to the marina and all the restaurants and bars. 2 of the bedroom air conditioning units were not working, I would assume by now they have been replaced. Jackie, the property manager did her best to help and we must say she is excellent and very responsive and helpful.

The location was excellent! We planned on renting a car, but everything was so close we never needed to. Jackie met us upon arrival and was accessible to answer any questions we had. Fabulous town house by marina, great service through Christine

From the booking to meeting Christine the property manager at the townhouse the experience was fabulous. Christine sorted out the transfer and welcomed us to the home and showed all its amenities. It is very well looked after, modern and exceptionally clean home with everything you could wish for. It’s so close to the harbour and all the restaurants which was great with our mums in their 80’s. The back area is a lovely sun trap. We will definitely be looking to book again.

Very nice property but would have to comment very unfavourably about constant loud voice noises very late into night/ morning (4/5 am) every night from pub across the road. Did not like air con system.

Great location and find

Initial thoughts were positive, Jackie met us and was so friendly. The property is modern, superbly equipped and it’s location is fantastic. It is as described. Minor irritations were the downstairs toilet smelling of sewer ( owners notified) and the noise from the Irish Pub across the road which was managed to a large extent by putting the metal shutters down. The shared pool is literally two minutes away, nice and large but not enough sun loungers and no ball games or inflatables if you have kids. Beach was much superior. The back garden is a total sun trap , very well equipped with an amazing brick bbq, lots of chairs, table , garden furniture and sun chairs. Kitchen is modern and functional, coffee machine (think it was Nescafé). Bedrooms all have en suite to a high standard as is all the decor in the house. Our favourite restaurant for a nice night was Rare steakhouse on the marina front - great food and a very good wine list. Try their speciality cocktails. The restaurants in the complex next to the house are pretty good especially the fresh fish, had great turbot. We used Marco Polo excursion bateau via Ocean Quest on the marina. A lovely couple own the boat and we had a private sail round the coast, snorkelling etc. All in all it’s great, very little to find fault with

Spacious property in a fantastic location

The pictures really don’t do this property justice. It is far bigger and better than the photos. The property is well maintained and clean. Jackie , the property manager was fantastic. She met us at the property with the keys and showed us how everything worked. She also waited with us on check out to make sure our taxi turned up. Even though the property is very close to the marina it was very quiet once inside. Will definitely return.

Very well appointed and well maintained property in a very central location. Even though in the heart of the Marina it wasn’t noisy once windows and shutters were closed. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again or to recommend to friends.

Beautiful town house just off the marina

Loved everything about the house from the outside terrace areas front and back to the comfy en-suite bathrooms and the luxury kitchen. We used the bbq, the washer and hung out washing, the freezer for ice etc and the dishwasher was a godsend. And all easy to use. All the showers/taps have great pressure and you can get good hot water even when the sun isn't shining (solar heating or a switch to mains). The location is brilliant for shops, restaurants, bars, take-aways etc. even the rubbish/recycling bins are only 20 steps away. The areas bars can be a little noisy but with the electric shutters down and windows closed none of us had disturbed nights. All the rooms have individually controlled aircon units and each bedroom has a security safe. The whole house is comfortable and stylishly furnished.

DANKE für einen sehr schönen Urlaub in einem sehr gepflegtem Haus . Jackie bekommt 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Wir haben ein sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Haus übernommen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern und auch die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Jackie war immer ansprechbar und kümmert sich sehr gut um ihre Gäste. Die direkte Lage am Hafen hat Vor-und Nachteile. Man war sehr schnell an der Hafenpromenade und am Strand, jedoch war es nachts häufig sehr laut, oft bis 4 Uhr morgens. Auch bei geschlossenem Fenster war die laute Musik der Karaokebar und des Irish Pub nicht zu überhören. Schade, dass es scheinbar keine Vorschriften bezüglich der Nachtruhe gibt (könnte ja ab 1 Uhr gelten, das wäre noch o.k.) . Vilamoura bleibt unser Urlaubsfavorit!!!! Der Hafen mit seiner Promenade und auch der Strand sind traumhaft schön und laden zum Relaxen ein. BIs zum nächsten Jahr. Elke und Andreas mit Familie

Beautiful stylish home in the perfect location

This house was simply perfect for our needs. It is spacious, beautifully decorated and well equipped, with pretty much everything you could need - it was also spotlessly clean on our arrival. The rear patio area has stylish comfortable garden furniture including a large dining table. The location could not have been better - Just a few steps to the marina and also very close to a square just behind the marina, where the restaurants are just as good, but prices much lower! Despite its proximity to the marina there is little or no road noise inside the house. The shared pool (a 1-2 minute walk away) was clean and pleasant, although there were not many sun loungers and most people laid towels on the grass. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and Jackie from Vilamoura rentals was most helpful, allowing us to check in early, meeting us at the property and providing us with plenty of info about the house and the local area. Our security deposit was returned promptly - within a week of our return to the UK. I would thoroughly recommend this property and would love to stay there again!

Nous sommes désormais plus disponibles et cette villa était déjà mise en location par le propriétaire précédent. Nous y viendrons de temps en temps mais pas sur l'été et de nombreuses autres semaines seront disponibles en basse ou moyenne saison.

We are now more available and this villa was already rented out by the previous owner. We'll get to from time to time but not on the summer and many other weeks will be available in low or middle season.

La maison est impeccable car tout y est neuf.. travaux de 2012, nouveau mobilier, draps, serviettes, matériel de cuisine...
La société gestionnaire peut venir vous prendre à l'aéroport, s'occupe du ménage à la semaine, du lavage du linge et autres services à la demande à votre charge. Elle s'occupe de cette maison depuis de nombreuses années.

The management company can pick you up at the airport, does the household Week, laundry and other services on demand at your expense. She takes care of the house for many years.
