The location is amazing and the waterview, pool area is gorgeous. House inside is comfortable and host was on top of everything. Will come back for sure.

Perfect place

This is one of those rentals that matches or exceeds the photos and description. There was plenty to do in the area, walking distance to a beautiful beach and ordering groceries and food in was a breeze. Highly recommend this property for the price.

A gem!

This house is a gem on Miami Beach! Very tranquil spot that is very close to everything by car or by supplied bikes! The host was very responsive. We surely would enjoy to come back again soon!

Beautiful waterfront home

Beautiful, clean home within walking distance to beach and parks. Located in quiet family neighborhood with fun amenities including bikes, ping pong and games. Fabulous outdoor pool, grill and dock. Close to shopping, boating and grocery. Owner and manager were amazing to work with. We will be returning!

Great place for our group

House was really nice -- the outdoor area being on the water and with a pool was absolutely amazing. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms for our group of 8 and parking was easy. The host was very helpful with recommendations on things to do and places to go and was very communicative throughout our stay. They even had bikes for us which was amazing to have in the Miami Beach area. Definitely would go back, especially again in winter to get away from the cold.

Family trip to Miami

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is nice and the pool area is really stellar. We were a bit disappointed when we showed up as the house was lacking some basic necessities (soap, toilet paper, etc) and needed some light cleaning. However the property owner was very responsive up to and throughout the visit. He also arranged for a crib and high chair. We would stay here again. Thanks for a great trip

Very nice home in lovely location but has issues

The home is nicely laid out and the location is wonderful. The home is ideal for families, especially those with young children. The backyard/pool area/dock is perfect. From the kitchen to the bikes, it's a nice set up. Having said that, I would regret not expressing my frustration in the handling of my reservation. I reserved the home for 4 nights. Approximately 1.5 weeks prior to my arrival, the owner contacted me stating that there was "major work" happening at the house on our check-in date and that we had to check in the day after. He promptly refunded a single night's fare. Despite my frustration (I have 3 small kids and our tickets were already bought), I booked a hotel & accepted the change. We can all relate to unexpected home repairs. I asked him if we could, at a minimum check in early on the following day. His response was that we could but that the plumber would be there in the am so it would have to be after 1pm (normal check-in is 4pm) & that the cleaning staff would likely be there. Fine. No problem. On the day before our check in, the property management team asked me for my arrival time b/c the cleaning staff needed extra time. Reason being: there was a family at the house. Their response to "I was under the impression that there were no guests, but rather, construction today" was " No. We have guests leaving." At the end of my stay, I asked the owner if we could check out at 12 noon-- his answer was "no-i have a family coming. But you can talk to the property management team (who confirmed that check-out is 12)" I expressed my frustration (respectfully) at his miscommunication- to which he said "it was not construction. it was repair". How does that change ANYTHING??? In the end, there was a tenant, and that tenant could've been me. I was clearly bumped to accommodate another family who either paid more or simply needed a longer reservation. Upsetting. One last thing, in one room, there were cockroaches. eek. They must have recently sprayed (so they knew of the problem) and everyday, I would find 2-3 dead & sizable roaches. No one slept in that room. I documented it with pictures & sent them to the property management team. Their response: "TY for letting me know". ummm OK. Again, the house (aside that 1 room) is great but I can't escape that feeling of being totally disregarded. Just tell the truth. And next time, a simple "so sorry about the roaches" would have, at a minimum, not left me feeling so dismissed.

Tres belle propriété, bien entretenue avec une superbe piscine bien chauffée. Le propriétaire est très réactif et nous a donné de nombreux conseils et idées. Merci, nous reviendrons avec plaisir et recommandons cette maison sans hésiter.

One of the best property we ever went to!

This house has a very open floor plan with tons of space. The backyard has a great view of the water! One of my favorite parts of the trip was simply sitting out by the dock out back and watching the sun set. The host was great too, he was waiting for us at the check-in to hand us the key. We would definitely stay here again should we ever come back to Miami!

Great stay in Miami!

I stayed with five of my best friends for my bachelorette party at the villa, and we had a great time! Plenty of communal space, bedrooms, and bathrooms. We also spent a lot of time by the pool, and even borrowed the kayak and paddleboard to explore. Would recommend!

What a perfect and lovely place for holidays!

Amazing views, amazing location, amazing place !! Great space and the host was available any time over the phone when we needed. We stayed over the weekend which was perfect, even for such a short break. I recommend this place for anyone that wants to stay in miami. Thank you for renting us your house. What a great and lovely place!

We stayed in Miami for a week and this home made our visit so much better. A few hiccups with some minor things but the owner was quick to handle everything ASAP. it was awesome! I would strongly recommend this home to anyone looking at it. The pool, location and home make this the perfect place to stay! You won't be disappointed! We hope to go back there again!
