Proche de tout, un havre de paix isolé et tranquille; un bel espace, sécurisé et privé.
Cottage récemment rénové de 610 pieds carrés est maintenant prêt pour les invités; Spacieux et shabby chic décor avec une chambre à coucher, salle de bains, salon, cuisine et salle à manger. Cet espace confortable est très privé et situé derrière notre maison et notre jardin. Parfait pour 1 ou 2 personnes mais inclut un canapé-lit confortable pour les invités supplémentaires. Situé dans l’un des quartiers les plus recherchés de Santa Rosa, très sûr et à proximité des restaurants, des vignobles, des parcs et des lieux de divertissement à explorer. 10 min en voiture du centre-ville de Santa Rosa.
