Cette maison de quatre chambres et trois salles de bain se trouve directement sur la rivière, offre une vue magnifique et imprenable et se trouve à proximité des meilleurs restaurants et activités de plein air de Homosassa. Les nouveaux propriétaires ont complètement rénové cette magnifique maison et espèrent qu’elle offrira à ses clients des vacances très confortables et relaxantes tout en offrant le meilleur de ce que Homosassa a à offrir. Les clients peuvent utiliser les trois kayaks des propriétaires pour parcourir la rivière Homosassa et visiter Monkey Island, Crumps, le Freezer (tous situés à moins de 1/3 mile) et de nombreux autres joyaux d'Homosassa.

Fantastic Stay!

We had a wonderful stay. We visited with 3 kids (ages 9-14) and a mother-in-law (age redacted). There was plenty of room for everyone. The house was in great shape and beautifully situated. We had fun kayaking and playing games on the screened-in porch at sunset at the house, plus eating at great local restaurants, visiting the state parks, fishing, and hiking - all of which were very close by (less than a 5-minute drive). Can’t say enough good things about the house, the hosts, the stay, or the area. Hidden gem of Florida; should not be missed!

Perfect for families

Our family of 10 really enjoyed staying in this beautiful home! We saw manatees and dolphins right off the dock. Kayaks and paddleboards were a plus ! Would definitely stay here again !!

Riverfront fun

We really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room to spread out for our group. The kayaks were fun and we enjoyed watching all the boats go by. Hope to be back soon!

The property was lovely, We rented a boat and went out to the gulf and down to the springs. Plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 children. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub as well.

Had the best time at this property. It has everything you need when you are away from home. My favorite features of this property were the swing bed in the screened in porch, jacuzzi and of course the location. I would highly recommend this property.

Very clean and lovely home. Property manager and owners were very responsive to and questions or assistance needed. Boathouse and home is awesome. We would definitely rent again if a chance arises.

Great location, lots of room and great dock to start your daily activities on the water. Would recommend for families and/or for those who love to get out on the water. All should know how to swim in my opinion.

Perfect location

This house was in the perfect location for our scalloping trip. Quick walk to Crumps and we loved sitting upstairs watching all the boats drive by. Our young adult children enjoyed the downstairs game room area and spent most of their time down there. Best of all, the dock fit both our 32' and 26' boats! Great place, we will be back next year. Word of warming though, after it rains the mosquitoes are horrible!

Wonderful property in a wonderful neighborhood.

Very clean. Spacious for 7people. 10 p pole might be a little tight. Wonderful open concept first floor. Hot tub was great. Excellent views and sunsets from outdoor area with a dock and outdoor fire pit area. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful Home/well stocked

First of all the home is beautiful. The view when you walk in the front door is amazing, we celebrated my husband's 50th bday there and the house was perfect! Plenty of room for us 8 adults. One of the most well stocked VRBO's I've been in, they had everything we needed. Communication was fabulous as well! Can't say enough about this property, just book it already!

Amazing location, beautiful home, great toys to play with!

We had a perfect time with our three small grandchildren. We rented a pontoon from Homosassa Spring Marina and were able to park it at the dock for two days. In the late afternoons we would kayak with the owner’s equipment. We also used the owner’s paddle board at the springs with the manatees. The kids got to experience so many new things in a short time and we made special memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you for opening your home!

Beautiful home on the Homosassa River!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful home on the Homosassa River! We spent most of our time sitting out by the river, on the screened in porch, or out by the fire pit. We kayaked, lounged in the hot tub, and went boating and fishing in the Gulf with friends and family who live in Homosassa. We had manatees and dolphins swimming right under our dock. We walked to Crumps for dinner and entertainment and also checked out Margarita Grill, The Freezer, The Monkey Bar, and The Shed. We also visited the Ellie Schiller State Park. We would love to stay here again the next time we visit!

Beautiful priceless waterfront view enjoyed throughout the house. This home is complete with so many great amenities. We enjoyed paddling out every morning. Kept the boat at the boat dock. Enjoyed fires overlooking the water and lazy afternoons on the outdoor swing bed. The hot tub and grilling porch had excellent views. Perfect location to enjoy the local restaurants and waterways. Guaranteed to see manatees at this time of year. Eric was very accommodating and easy to converse with. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Property with Perfect Location

We rented this house for the week of July 4th for a family vacation. The property is lovely, beautifully furnished and perfectly located to run out to scallop or idle down the river to spend a day at the springs. The house was stocked with everything you may need and the game room downstairs with a draft board, ping pong and pool was a hit with both adults and kids. We easily fit two boats (22' and 26') on the dock. If you want a night out both Crump's and MacRae's are very close. This property could not have been more prefect and I look forward to returning.

Wonderful getaway!

This place is just as described. Excellent location. Was nice to have a downstairs with games and pool table for the kids. This rental has a ton of water toys (kayaks, SUP, and a large water mat, noodles, tube to pull behind boat). They even had extra coolers and plenty of life jackets. You’ll find the kitchen well stocked with utensils, double oven, and decent amount of spices. Hosts were very responsive with communication. Wouldn’t hesitate to book here again and will be recommending it to our friends. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!

Lovely home and great location in Homosassa Springs

Property Mgr was very accommodating and great to deal with. Inside of home was nice and furnished well, complete w a few games for the children and kayaks for the adults. The boat storage was def a plus!! The location is A plus! Cleaning crew could do a better job, front entrance (1st impression), back porch area and especially the kitchen trash can was disgusting. Recommend you have the oven repaired and the dishwasher panel Replaced. Overall we were def happy w the home and have reserved our time for next yr!! Thanks for sharing your home!
