This lovely 60 square meters 2 Bedrooms 2 Bathrooms 2 Toilets apartment is ideally located in the heart of Paris. Situated in the Republique neighborhood, you will enjoy this famous and lively area, very typical : traditional restaurants, sidewalk cafés, food trades, groceries, bakeries (croissants, baguettes). The closest supermarket is also in your street : 30 meters from the apartment.

Apartment completely refurbished, very bright, decorated with all modern convenience, and it sleeps Max. 6 people. The interior is warm and comfortable. Bedrooms : NEW and High-standard bedding. Two bathrooms designed by an architect. Each equipped with a walk-in shower.

It's a very QUIET building with a LIFT (rare in Central Paris) and a wide courtyard all around (no street / traffic = no noise at all).

Its central localisation is perfect to go for a walk and discover the charm of Paris. On foot, you can go to many famous districts : like the Marais at only 5 minutes + Beaubourg and its museum of modern Art 'Le Centre Pompidou', or ChĂątelet-Les Halles, Montorgueil with its famous pedestrian area (rare in Paris). For shopping, you will find nearly the trendy boutiques with the Marais neighborhood.

Quiet and peaceful stay

The apartment was very clean and well set up. Dish washing liquid, tablets for the dishwasher and laundry detergent was all supplied. Communication with Laurent was excellent as was the folder with instructions and lists of restaurants close by etc. It was very quiet. The location of the apartment near the Metro Republic was excellent. This metro station serves several metro lines which makes it extremely convenient. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Great stay in Paris

We loved the apartment. Spacious for Paris and exactly what we needed. We had a group of 4 and the space worked well for us. The apartment was so quiet sleeping with the windows open was no problem. It does get a but warm at night with no AC and hot Paris days but open windows and fans helped.

Great Apartment!

Overall, we had a great time in Paris, and it was wonderful to have a home to go to at night that was so comfortable and also in a great location. Our host was very responsive when we had questions. We enjoyed all the nearby amenities and close proximity to the train station.

Great visit to Paris

The location and the apartment were more than satisfactory. We enjoyed our stay and the apartment was a big part of that. We used many of the owner recommendations which also added to our enjoyment. I would recommend the apartment to anyone looking for accommodations in central Paris.

Perfect location and host

Perfect location for walking and easy access to Metro. Safe area, lots of shops and cafes. Apartment security level high. Hot in apartment but region was experiencing a heat wave, air flow great when cool enough to open doors and windows. Memorable visit!

A delightful apartment

We had such a delightful stay in this apartment in the 10e arrondissement! It was perfect for our group of 4 adults; there's plenty of space and has all of the amenities you might need. The hosts were helpful and communicative, and also left a binder of local recommendations for restaurants and shopping that we referred to often as "the bible." The apartment itself is lovely and airy, with lots of natural light. The building has a peaceful atmosphere that was relaxing in the mornings and when we had downtime. The building location is convenient with cafes, restaurants, shops, and a metro stop just minutes away. It was perfect for our needs and we would happily stay there again!

Excellent apartment and location

The best thing about this apartment is the easy location to everything, but the space is very nice as well. Laurent was a great host - easy check in and good communication. Also the apartment was so quiet at night, which was very nice. Great for a group of six people. Small and a little warm at night because we came at the hottest part of summer, but that is Paris!

Wonderful Apartment in a Perfect Location

My family of 4 (2 adults, 1 teen & 1 child) stayed for a week in April 2024. It is a fabulous base of operations: everything you need, nothing you don't. We loved the location and the space. You are steps from a bustling area, a Metro stop, and a grocery store. The apartment itself was nearly silent, which is amazing in a bustling city. Book this place now!

Comfortable and Convenient

We enjoyed this quiet, comfortable apartment located very near Place de la RĂ©publique. The VRBO description was completely accurate, and the host communicated effectively and promptly, though he was unable to meet us for check-in, and his friend left us a key instead. But it all went smoothly, and we would stay there again if we returned to Paris.

This property served our group of 4 well. It is indeed well located, convenient to the metros, quiet, clean with comfortable beds, and well-managed. Easy key drop off & timely communications. However, this unit needs to up its game regarding bedding. There were no extra blankets & while there 2 extra (visibly stained) pillows provided, there were no pillowcases so they were unusable. When I asked about these, I was simply informed these bedding items were not available.

This district still boasts many 18th century buildings, covered emblematic passages of the 19th century, and retains the original aspect of old Paris and the atmosphere of a village. Commercial activity predominates here with quality food shops, bars, restaurants and trendy fashion boutiques, making it a very lively neighborhood and appreciated by Parisians, tourists and the people who work there. The very central location of the area makes it a privileged location, close to the most prestigious cultural venues (the Georges Pompidou Center, the Grévin Museum, the Opéra Garnier, the Comédie Française, Opéra Comique) and the historic heart of Paris (the Palais Royal, the Tuileries and the Marais). An important transportation network connects you quickly to the whole of the city and the ßle de France. Many metro, RER and bus lines link this district directly to Gares du Nord, Lyon, Saint-Lazare and Montparnasse, CDG airport and Stade de France. Very well equipped with Vélib and Autolib stations, it offers a large choice of means of transport.
