Méticuleusement meublé Cape Beach House directement en face de Moody / Ogunquit Beach et une courte promenade de la plage publique (North Beach). Vues sur l'océan d'un côté et vues panoramiques sur le marais à marée et la rivière Ogunquit de l'autre. Comprenant 3 grandes chambres au 1er étage chacune avec leur propre salle de bain, une grande cuisine entièrement équipée ouverte, de grandes salles à manger et de séjour ensoleillées au 2ème étage qui s'ouvre sur une grande terrasse au 2ème étage avec des auvents avec de belles vues sur la rivière et les marais. Apportez vos kayaks / paddleboard ou canoë pour vous lancer dans la rivière vierge!

Convenient location to Moody or North Beach. House was comfortable and well equip. Really enjoyed sitting on the back deck next to the Marsh, early morning and late afternoon.

Wonderful weekend stay

We loved our stay at this house. It was plenty of space for four adults to relax and enjoy each other's company while providing plenty of personal space. The layout is great and it has everything you need. We loved the view of the marsh and the views of the ocean we could see out of the kitchen window and hall skylight. It was an easy walk to the public access to walk on the beach for a bit in the winter air. The beds were quite comfortable. A great time was had by all.

Fabulous beach house near Wells/Ogunquite town line

We loved the house and location!!! The beach was across the street, an easy walk with marsh lands out back, so lots of views, wildlife and privacy. There were 5 of us including a 4-year-old, so we greatly appreciated having 4.5 bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked. We particularly liked that bedrooms were first floor, so all the great views were from the living area. We had some difficulty getting the TV to work (our issue as it turns out) but the owner was very responsive, helping us on Thanksgiving Day.

Wonderful cottage by the sea

We had a great long weekend at this cute cottage. The house was clean, airy and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the host was helpful and responsive! We’ll be back!

Such a beautiful week at this amazing beach house!! Quick walk to the beach and short drive to all the scenic area’s!! Everyone enjoyed themselves! This is our second visit this year! We will definitely be back!!

Fantastic!

The house is great! The open layout upstairs, especially with the lovely views, was fantastic for visiting with family members! The bedrooms, each with a full bath, was so rare to find, and great because we all always want our own bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable, the house was nicely appointed and had (more than) everything we needed. Location was great, and access to the beach was very convenient. Jim, the owner, was accessible and very helpful. I would definitely rent it again...would love to LIVE there! I miss it already.

Great location and Great owners

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. Upon arrival, we found everything clean and exactly as described in the listing. Everything needed for a stay was provided. Furnishings and decorations were outstanding and the owners have literally thought of everything. The bedrooms are on the first floor and are comfortable and spacious, with ample storage, and each with their own bathroom. The second floor living space is fantastic, with an open floor plan, comfortable couches, a breakfast nook, large dining table, a window seat and a full deck with grill, chairs, tables and a great view of the marsh and sunsets. Everything needed for cooking and eating is provided. Absolutely amazing that they thought of and provided everything you need. The location is great, as well, with easy beach access just a short walk in either direction, and plenty of food options and shopping within a few minutes drive. We recommend the Wells Beach Lobster Pound, just a short drive along the beach road. The owner was friendly and responsive throughout the process, from booking to checkout. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Perfect Place for a Party of 6

My party and I absolutely LOVED this property! It was perfect for a party of 6. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. Access to the beach was a EASY 5 minute walk. The owner, Jim was amazing to work with during the whole stay. I would only ask that a larger frying pan be added to the wonderful collection of items in the kitchen. Our stay was fabulous!

We were immediately struck by the thoughtfulness put into the layout of the space. The first floor bedrooms are comfortable and spacious, with ample storage, and each with their own bathroom. The second floor living space is awesome, with an open and airy floor plan, comfy couches, a cool little breakfast nook, a window seat (which the kids loved) and amazing sunsets on the deck. Great house, great location

We visited Ogunquit for the first time with our family. We loved it! This house is comfortable, clean and has a beautiful view of the marsh. Great restaurants are close by and we could walk to the beach. Highly recommended!

Great location and beautiful property!

Jim's property on Moody Beach is fantastic. Each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom, which is really rare. This was great for three adult couples who wanted a little privacy. The house is also more modern than most beach cottages. Deck in the back overlooked the marsh and you can see the ocean (you're one back from the actual beach). It's a pretty quick walk (5 minutes) for beach access. The houses in front of you have exclusive use of the beaches there. This wasn't really an issue for us though because the walk was easy and it was nice to stretch your legs.

Great place!

Stayed here with family members for a week and we had a BLAST! We loved the views over the marsh and sat out on the deck every night. The open floor plan was ideal for traveling with kids and it was updated and clean. Each bedroom was spacious and had its own bathroom. The owner was thoughtful and helpful. Overall a wonderful experience- I would recommend it to anyone!

Wonderful experience!

My family and I just got back from a great vacation in Wells. I cannot say enough about the home or the owner. They both exceeded my expectations. The home is all you want and more, very clean, plenty of room, great location to an amazing beach and a wonderful deck with great views of the traquil marsh. There were 5 adults and 1 child that stayed for a week. The property has three good sized bedrooms each with a bathroom, this is very rare at this price point. We all felt right at home the owners have all the bases covered, fullly stocked kitchen, nice big farm table for family dinners and plenty of space to relax. I was in frequent communcation with Jim the owner he was always available to answer my questions. We would rent this property again no question.

Great home

We enjoyed the house and area for a long weekend in October. The house was very clean and comfortable, and the location was great for a short ride to restaurants or a quick walk to the beach. Comfortable beds, plenty of hot water and a well-stocked kitchen helped make the stay better. Correspondence with Jim was prompt and pleasant. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very accommodating.

The cottage was spacious & provided exactly what we needed to accommodate 7 adults getting ready to attend a wedding. Plenty of hot water. Parking was also good. Full kitchen allowed us to prepare & serve food during our stay. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the short walk to the ocean. Beautiful. There are a few suggestions or fixes that I'd like to make: Small towel holder in half bath on main level. Oven door needs to be fixed or adjusted - hard to close & open all the way. Instead of sheer curtains on bedroom doors - replace with curtains that provide more privacy. Also; wasn't sure if Wells recycle bottles & cans. Didn't see a bin for that. My family & I agree that we would definitely consider renting this cottage again. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had.
