If you are looking for one of the best Wells Beach locations available, than look no farther. Our two bedroom home sleeps six and is right on Wells Beach. The home features unobstructed 180 degree ocean views and door to beach access. Wake up at the ocean each day of your well earned vacation. The sun drenched patio sits right at the edge of the beach. Catch some rays on the sand or just hang out on the huge patio. If you need a little less sun, move up to the covered porch and watch the waves with a cocktail in hand. The entire interior of this home was updated in the early 2000's (no circa 1920 beach house interior at this beach house). All the conceivable amenities of the perfect beach house come with this home. A 1/2 bathroom upstairs and a full bathroom downstairs makes the living experience as convenient as it gets. TV's in the bedrooms as well as the main living area add to the relaxing atmosphere. Parking, while a huge problem for those in 1 parking spot beach houses, is not an issue here. Park upwards of 5 cars if needed. You work hard for 51 weeks of the year. Treat yourself to one of the best Wells Beach experiences conceivable. Stay right at the beach. (All stays contingent on receipt of signed rental agreement)

We stayed over the Thanksgiving Holiday. It was incredible to see ocean (and snow flurries) while eating Thanksgiving dinner. The house was just as advertised. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pans etc.

Each year we gift my MIL a get away for her and a couple dear friends. She loved sitting on the porch and enjoying her morning coffe, and even getting some knitting done!Home was comfortable and spotless. Would definitely consider for next year!

The beach house was just as described very nice house directly right on the beach perfect! Only thing was the BBQ grill was dirty before using it and a lot of sand of the floors when we entered but other then that perfect for my family and I would definitely stay here again!

On the beach!

Great stay. Was there for a week in mid May’25. Whole crew remarked several times during the stay, how nice the house and location was. Loved being able to walk out the back door and be on a great family beach.

Absolutely the best

We had a wonderful stay here. You cannot beat this location. Right on the beach. The sounds and smell of the ocean right at your door. Gorgeous views. Lovely covered porch and good sized patio. Lots of room inside to gather with family. Excellent communication from host. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Great beach front rental

We really enjoyed this rental. The pictures and description were accurate. It’s a small house but does sleep 8 if 4 sleep on the pull out sofas. And the first floor layout is open and spacious. The owner was responsive with questions we had. Note that you have to bring your own sheets and towels.

Excellent house for a week on the beach

This place was amazing!!!! The house is right on the beach and far enough away from both ends (public end and the jetty end) that you essentially have a private beach right out the back slider. There are no public access lanes on either side so you don't have people coming in and going nor often setting up on the beach behind you. Out the back slider there is both a covered deck (great when you need a little break from the sun but want to stay outside - as well as a patio off the deck which is great to lay out in without getting all sandy. Then a few steps down from that is the beach itself which was clean and again, so private. Inside the house - great layout of the main floor - great kitchen and includes just about every utensil / kitchen need you could ever ask for. Under cabinet ice maker was handy for sure! The beds were fine (make sure you bring your own bedding). Two bedrooms upstairs were fine for 2 couples and the front bedroom was large enough you could do a blow-up mattress (we saw one in the closet even but didn't use it). A small 1/2 bath upstairs was fine for us with a nice full bath and great shower on the first floor. PLENTY of parking here which was a HUGE luxury on this street. We had 4 LARGE vehicles in the driveway with no issues. EXELLENT property though for a party of 6. You can do 8 but plan on less privacy for sure.

Clean, well equipped in superb location

This property was perfect for a getaway with 3 adults. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the bathrooms are renovated. The balconies, the patio on the beach are perfect and the view and location could not be better. Could be tight for 6 people but depends on people’s needs.

If you like to wake up to the ocean before you, then our home is where you need to be. Open the curtain and take in a 180 degree panoramic view of the Atlantic ocean and Wells Beach. The absolute best access to the beach and ocean. Unlike a majority of the other Wells Beach homes built in the 1920's-1970's and never updated, this home has all the bells and whistles. Updated in the early 2000's, everything in this home is fresh and clean.
