La vue sur la pente ne devient pas mieux que sur le pont arrière de ce condo sur Sugar Mountain. Traversez la passerelle sur un ruisseau et vous êtes sur le sentier du débutant de la montagne. Après une journée d'aventures sous la neige ou sous le soleil, ce condo est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre, que ce soit près de la cheminée ou près de la table pour un repas fait maison préparé dans la cuisine entièrement équipée.

Sugar Mountain Resort est à quelques pas de ce condo, où vous trouverez une patinoire extérieure, des tubes de neige, des tours en VTT et un parcours de golf complet (si le temps le permet). Perfect weekend

We had a great weekend. The condo had everything as described. We were right off the slopes which made it super easy to come in when we needed. It was decorated so cute and was perfect for our little ski weekend. Definitely plan on coming pack.

Updated, clean, and right on the slopes. Will definitely book again in the future. Thank you! Only suggestion is to provide more toiletries; paper towels, soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, etc.

Great Place and Location on the Slopes

Property was great, as seen in the photos. Location was perfect for our family, especially with the quick access to Easy Street ski run. We'll be sure to stay again!

Great place to vacation.

We really enjoy Sugar Mountain and we’re so very thankful to get to stay at this location. It’s very much and clean. Appears to be recently updated/remodeled. It’s very quiet and peaceful with beautiful scenery. There are plenty of activities near by to keep you busy.

Stylishly appointed and very convenient

It’s just a short walk to the ski lift. It has a fully functioning kitchen and nice washer & dryer unit. It’s been decorated tastefully and the Roku TV in each room was a bonus. Would love to stay here again.

Sugar Mtn stay

The location was good ski in ski out. Lots of steps though, 35 in the front and 19 out back to the mountain. The fireplace looks good but gives off no heat to the room. We also found potatoes in the dish washer? One trash bag for a 4 day stay, we purchased more and left them for the next guest. Besides that we had a great time on the slopes

Great for in and out boarding

Have stayed here twice and have always loved the location. The condo was definitely upgraded, and is a perfect location for a sugar mountain get away. If you’re looking to ski or snowboard, you can walk right from the condo to the resort to get lift passes and gear. Perfect for groups who have some wanting to stay on the slopes longer and some wanting to come in earlier.

A great mountain getaway

We were pleasantly surprised to stay in this wonderful condo overlooking Sugar Mountain slopes. It is managed by Vacasa, and the only issue we encountered was Vacasa app didn't have a correct Wi-Fi information. Once we got into the condo, and tried a few times, we found a book the owners left with the correct info. The condo is very well decorated - one of the best we stayed at, hands downs. The kids loved the bunk bed room with their own TV, and we all enjoyed lighting the gas fireplace and cozying up in the living room. The deck is nice as well, and the stream makes a great ambient noise. The condo is easy to find and a great location to all the points of interest nearby. The mattresses are super comfortable, on a firmer side (which we prefer), bathrooms are renovated and immaculate. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. I would suggest keeping basic salt/pepper/oil in the pantry, as we ran into not bringing salt:) Great stay, and we would like to come back for some in-out skiing this winter.

Beautifully remodeled home with amazing view and location

This is an awesome find--very comfortable, just remodeled and in a great location. (Would suggest booking through another venue though. Vacasa requires 10 page contract and an enormous amount of personal info.)

Amazing Mountain Stay

We traveled as a family of 2 adults, 2 children and an infant. The home was an amazing get away right by the slopes with a soothing sounding creek in the back. Everything we needed minus the food was available and we didn’t leave the house once. Check in was smooth and we were so happy to have smart TVs during the stay. We’ll definitely be back in the winter to see the snow wonderland I imagine it being !

NOT clean and only sleeps 4, not 6 as advertised!

So I booked this property for 6 adults (2 days of tubing and skiing), checking in on a tues at 4pm and out at 10am the following day. Really, we just needed a place to be warm for a few hours and sleep. I knew there were 2 bedrooms (1 king and one with 2 twins) along with a fold out couch (fine for college kids). When we arrived at 4pm, the heat was on 65 so the first thing I did was try to start the electric fireplace. It would show a flame but only for a short few seconds. I reached out to the "property manager" on the VRBO app and asked if someone could call and tell me how to light the fireplace, no response so an hour later I wrote again asking for someone just to come in at any hour and get it working (my husband and I were staying in all night) while the 4 college kids were out night skiing. The kids came in and we put 2 pizzas in the oven. one second they were fine and two seconds later...burnt. oven is too hot. Then everyone began showering and we realized there were only 4 towels. 2 of us used hand towels to dry off. But the kicker was when we went to pull out the couch...oh my gosh. moldy cheese fell onto the floor, goldfish crackers, the dust and dirt was so disgusting I could not believe it. I promise...you would not have let anyone sleep on this nasty thing! I took pictures of it. We folded it back up and one slept on the sofa and one on the hard floor. Also, the dishwasher was packed full of dishes. They were clean but I was not going to spend my few hours there unloading the dishwasher so I could load a few plates and forks so I hand washed mine and put them away. Needless to say, I sent out another email around midnight letting them know these things. I called VRBO Wed afternoon who asked me for the pictures and my written complaint. VRBO sent my complaint to Vacasa (company that manages this unit) or owner (i have no idea). After several emails, pictures exchanged and phone calls, they (Vacasa) returned my cleaning fee. I would have preferred to pay the cleaning fee and had the things advertised in the listing be what I received. I would not stay here if you want a working fireplace, an oven to cook in, towels for everyone or more than 4 people to have a place to sleep. My parents have had rental condos at the beach all my life and it was always spotless. I would look elsewhere for my rental unless this is a wakeup call for the owner.

Quick and easy access to the slopes!

The condo is in decent condition for a rental and is in a perfect location for skiers. We found everything to be as described and the pictures represent the condo as expected. Down the stairs from the back porch across the bridge and your on the Easy Street slope about 100 yards from the lift!

I hope the owner sees this review!!

The home was super cozy and comfortable! Only two things keep this from getting a 4 star review: the fireplace didn’t work, which was fine but would’ve very nice on a snowy winter day and we would’ve liked a few more heavy blankets as it was quite chilly at night. That said, I hope the owner reads this because they need to be made aware of a leak under the kitchen sink- it has obviously been there awhile as there is a large wet spot in the kitchen- we would’ve called immediately to let someone know- but there was no number to call on any of our emails, etc. from the property management company. We also never got any “checkout” instructions so I just hope that we did what we needed to do. Hoped that leak will be an easy fix and not cause too much damage...

The DUNGEON

False advertising for what looked to be a level entry to condo. When we arrived my husband found it 2 flights down and found out the locals called it the Dungeon. Both of us are handicapped. I have a bad hip and right leg. My husband has a bad back. We both have handicap parking approval. It was not easy getting our stuff down 2 flights. I texted whatever numbers I was getting text messages and no one responded. One of the 2 bathrooms we could not use shower handle was broken. The one we could use was full of black mold(I have Pics) Tried for 3 days to get wet leaves off stairway and they finally cleared some the morning we were leaving. Fireplace did not work. We were told probably need to contact the gas company. Very misleading ad. We were definitely taken on this one by VRBO & VACASA!

Cozy and semi comfortable

Condo is warm and cozy. Living and dining area are nicely furnished and decorated. Kitchen is nice. Ice maker was not working. Bedrooms are nice size and beds are very comfortable. Nice linens provided. Nice deck and peaceful sounds from the creek below. Very close to slopes across foot bridge. NEED TO KNOW the condo is on the bottom level with quite a few steps down with the ones going into level where condo is located are steep. This is not mentioned in description but you are notified in agreement. There is a loading zone that cuts out 17 steps down. Very nice place but we felt the need to make others aware of the stair situation. Wish we were told about broken ice maker. We notified rental company of a cut in screen door. Wish we would have known about all the stair, especially with a two year old. Will try to rent one on parking level next time!! Loved location close to a lot of things to do and see.
