Great location within walking distance to Vons, Target, Trader Joeâs and Starbucks. Nicely groomed landscape and pool area. Property Managers were very timely and responsive. We enjoyed the stay.
This unit is as described! Fully equipped for a long stay. We loved the suite, the complex and the location. The property manager was great, coming back next year.
This is our 2nd year and Lauraâs unit never disappoints. It has everything we need, location is perfect and the people in this complex are a lot of fun! The property is always prompt in responding to any questions or concerns. We would definitely rent here again!
Here is A small list of what we found that could be addressed at this condo.most the towels/linens are stained or past their time, blood stains on 1 comforter, broken kitchen sink tap,3 burnt out lights, bbq and furnace filter needed to be replaced, which I bought and was reimbursed by the management company thanks for that.dryer filter was plugged full, extension cords everywhere both potential fire hazzards.kitchen sink food trap and grate were caked with old food, dirty dishes in cupboards with food on them, unit is dirty from floor to ceiling.our socks went brown walking from the door to kitchen.nothing wiped down or dusted, including mirrors, furniture etc.couch is so dirty and stained we put a sheet over it just to sit on it.deck carpet is gross, patio furniture dirty and stained, master bed worn right out, front door lock dosent work,(have to use deadbolt) I did try to send a private message to the owners regarding their property as I believe they are unaware of the condition being absentee owners.however I got a response from the property management company.hopefully the owners will personally go to their property to look at it and take appropriate steps.the location is excellent as are the people who stay at these condos.
Dated and worn, cleanliness issues, way overpriced
Dated with things falling apart, starting with front door lock when we first got there. Stained linens and towels, dirty floors, despite paying an extra "cleaning" fee. Property manager was very responsive to maintenance issues but these were basic things that should have been addressed before we got there. After talking to other renters in the complex found out we paid double the going rate (which includes other vrbo rentals at the same complex, most much newer and in better condition). On the good side--loved the complex and other guests there, nice pool and good location. Sent a letter to owner stating our concerns and they never responded.
This condo community appears to be a mix of full-time residents and owners who come for the season. Walls are thick so we didn't hear any neighbor noise... just a little traffic from Palm Canyon on the bedroom side of the condo. Even with covid, we felt good about the pools and Jacuzzi = not crowded and usually empty when we stayed for a month in October / November. The adjacent neighborhood around Tahquitz Creek Golf Course is wonderful for walking - midcentury homes / no traffic. There is also an "arroyo seco" (dry river wash) which has a walking path. And if you cross Palm Canyon / Highway 111 - there is a hiking path up the mountain.
This private community has beautiful grounds and is close to downtown Palm Springs, hiking, shopping and golf. The property itself is older and a bit dated, but had all the amenities needed for a long-term stay. A robust and active social life with other property renters was a nice surprise.
Great location, clean well kept unit with laundry, great patio for relaxing and grill, liked the pool and spa areas, covered parking and easy access to all parts of the area.
The owner purchased this home to use as her personal vacation residence. Being a busy executive, she cannot always be in town to enjoy the home so it is available for lease when she is away.
