Fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV in Living Room & Master Bedroom and Free WiFi **speed 500 mbps** Great for Remote work. Enclosed patio for children. Location has beautiful, maintained grounds, very close to hiking trails, golfing, entertainment, shopping and 10 minutes to downtown. So much to enjoy in this community and a short distance from many activities. This unit offers a large patio w/bbq and free in-unit laundry, basic laundry & cleaning supplies included. The grounds feature 4 heated saltwater pools, 4 jacuzzies, and 4 maintained tennis courts, beautiful palm trees, fruit trees and manicured grass surroundings. We have 2 Pool lounge chairs in our unit to take and use at the pool. Note: The key for the pool/Tennis court area is the only one supplied to us by the HOA. If the key is lost there is a $200.00 replacement fee. Tennis courts: Availability of courts are first comes, first serve. There's also a Boomers for family fun that features miniature golf, and attractions for the children. There's a Von's supermarket across the street. Target, and Trader Joes nearby walking distance. There's also an abundance of food choices nearby. There is FREE public transportation 1/2 block away that goes into downtown. The bus service is called the BUZZ. Uber and Lyft are available also.
