Fantastic location gorgeous views.

The property is basic and needs attention. The pull down beds one of them you cannot use because the legs dont come down. The sofa bed is realy uncomfortable and the cooker is unusable because it keeps tripping the electricity.But the apartment is clean and well stocked with equipment.

Thanks for your comments. I regret to say that the folding beds, both work perfectly down the supports unless you have had any problems with their use, so you could contact me and fix it. Regarding comfort ... sofa bed is a sofa bed, and is more uncomfortable than a bed logically. About the kitchen, indicating that the hob works perfectly as you could see, unless, as I indicated you, set both fires at once, because with a / c, microwave and refrigerator... it is too much power for an small apartment. But you could see that you could cook with one fire at full power.(never 2 at the same time) At last, tell that I was waiting on arrival more than 2 hours and you didn´t told me the change, and I alert you of my visit to be sure everything was in order and according to their needs but you didn´t go to reception to meet us. I regret the inconvenience caused and hope you find best apartments in the future. Best regards.

Vue merveilleuse.

Très bien situé. Il ne manque de rien dans l'app. par contre le sofa lit 2 places est inutilisable pour un lit est incongortable et le pied est brisé, nous devons utilisé les lits simples séparément . Nous avons passé quand même un bon séjour. Merci.

appartement avec une vue magnifique sur la mer

très bon accueuil d'andres et de sa femme très sympathique. appartement avec une vue sublime, très bien équipé.Le seul soucis est la banquette-lit qui est très inconfortable pour un couple(dommage!) . Sinon très bien situé; la plage en bas de l'immeuble, piscine au top avec un cadre exceptionnel. Merci Andres pour nous avoir fait passer de bonnes vacances, nous reviendrons vers vous pour une autre voyage à torremelinos.(Pensez à changer votre banquette) Amicalement.

Merci beaucoup. Le canapé-lit est plutôt un lit supplémentaire, alors j'insiste pour dire que l'idéal sont les lits simples qui sont plus confortables. Pir l'autre merci beaucoup d'être venu et j'espère vous revoir à nouveau. Un câlin!!!

Nous avons été charmé par la situation et par la vue magnifique qu'offre l'appartement: WOW! ///Studio petit mais confortable ( nous étions 2 adultes). Tous les éléments sont réunis pour nos besoins et nous y retrouvons toutes les commodités nécessaire. Les photos sur le site sont très fidèles à la réalité.La station de train est à 5 minutes à pieds, l'arrêt d'autobus est à 3 minutes seulement. Deux grands marchés d'alimentation, où nous trouvons de tout, sont à 5 minutes à pieds et de petits dépanneurs sont à proximité. Un centro animé (bars, resto. terrasses, boutiques) est à 5 minutes à pieds.Les Propriétaires sont chaleureux et répondent rapidement si nous avons besoin d'informations. Les lieux sont propres. Nous recommandons facilement cet emplacement à nos amis et à nos familles, soit pour un court ou un long séjour. À noter cependant que les postes de télévision sont uniquement en espagnol et que l'accès à la promenade au bord de la mer et à la plage peuvent être difficile pour une personne à mobilité réduite. La zone wi-fi est dans le hall du complexe hotelier et est tout de même assez efficace.Cet appartement-studio offre un bon rapport qualité-prix. Ce fut pour nous un petit coin du paradis.

You could not ask for a better landlord. We would happily rate him 11/10 ( no that isn’t a misprint). Our view was unobstructed beach, and boardwalk. Balcony has great sun exposure. Excellent location! Easy access to all amenities. The building had a hot water issue. Andres proactively installed an independent hot water tank for the unit before the building resolved the issue. There is a brand new very comfortable hide a bed, as well as 2 twin Murphy beds. The apt includes a brand new counter top oven as well as counter top stove. You will love the size of the bathroom which includes a washing machine.You won’t be disappointed if you rent from Andrez
Grocery stores, boutiques, restaurants and pubs abound.
This beautiful smooth stone boardwalk goes for miles. No shortage of restaurants, shops and places to tuck in for “ a pint”.
The balcony is perfect for morning coffee or afternoon refreshments..and the view…what can I add

Wir waren im Dezember für 12 Nächte in Torremolinos. Wir kamen bereits um ca. 10.30 Uhr bei der FeWo an und konnten auch gleich die Wohnung nutzen, dafür herzlichen Dank. Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr herzlich. Uns fehlte der Wasserkocher (ein Wasserkessel, der veraltet war wollten wir nicht nutzen), der wurde uns innerhalb kürzester Zeit gebracht. Auch sollten mal die Pfannen ausgetauscht werden, diese sind schon erheblich abgenutzt.Die Aussicht vom Balkon war für uns herrlich.Die FeWo war für uns ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen, die Bahn ist ca 15 Min. entfernt. Da wir im Dezember da waren, war es auch sehr ruhig. Missfallen hat uns jedoch, dass die Bettcouch kaputt war, dies wurde bereits 2024 reklamiert....es gibt 2 Schrankbetten, rechts und links, das ist jedoch für uns keine Option, wir wollen nicht getrennt schlafen....und mussten daher mit Einfallsreichtum umbauen, damit wir die kaputte Bettcouch nutzen konnten. Dies hat zu Unmut geführt, lieber Andrés, hier sollte bitte dringend Abhilfe geschaffen werden, da die Bettcouch auch in der Beschreibung zur Nutzung angegeben wird. Auch ist uns aufgefallen, das bei unsererer Wohnung die wohl meist verrostete Klimaanlage vorhanden war. Aber für unseren Aufenthalt im Dezember stellte dies kein Problem dar, wir mussten sie ja nicht nutzen.Gerne kommen wir wieder wenn es eine nutzbare Bettcouch gibt, und empfehlen die FeWo weiter.

Corona virus shut down.

We know the property is a great place to stay having stayed twice before but unfortunately we couldn't go due to the Corona virus shut down. However we have rearranged the date with the owner Andres who is always very helpful and look forward to staying again. All I can say is I highly recommend this property for a perfect and quiet stay. I hope Andres and family are safe over in Spain..

Nice clean apartment with an amazing view

Andrés was an incredible host and the check-in process was seamless. Andrés took time to show us around the complex while providing us with tips of where to eat and visit. The view from the apartment was spectacular and the area surrounding was quiet! Our only recommendation would be to refresh the paint work within the apartment however apart from this, the apartment was great. We would highly recommend a stay with Andrés.

Outstanding views, easy beach access, convenient to centro

It is hard to imagine a better view of and along Cariheula Beach. The quiet and steady sound of the waves sooth you to sleep at night. It feels special to take an elevator from our quiet apartment down to the beach level and emerge from the base of the cliff onto the wide and popular beachwalk with its many cafes and shops. Equally, the centre of Torremolinos is an easy walk to the stores, bars and restaurants and special activities in the beautiful plazas. No need to take a taxi from the airport, the train ride from the airport station to the Torremolinos station costs about 2 euros (or less if you buy a 10 journey ticket) and takes about 15 minutes. Torremolinos station is right in the centre of town (under a plaza) and it’s about a 10 minute easy walk to your apartment building. We appreciated the warm welcome and help from our hosts, and the small apartment is well-equipped, with its little kitchen, a clothes washer (a discreet clothes rack on the balcony), a shopping trolley cart to carry heavy items like water bottles etc. There is underground parking very conveniently located should you have a car. The wifi is very good and secure. And the balcony –well! We spent many afternoons there in the late sun enjoying the blue of the Mediterranean, the views of the beach and of the people out for fun or just a stroll. With our beer and wine, pate, bread, ham, cheese and tomatoes and oranges, we had a very fine time at a very reasonable cost enjoying a premium view. You can do the same at breakfast, maybe substituting coffee from the good coffeemaker for the beer and wine! There is probably more to say. This was an excellent value and experience.

Great stay at Santa Clara

Just returned from a great week at Santa Clara Aparments the view from the studio was simply amazing!! The studio had everything we needed..but was looking a little old and tired...and we found the set up of beds a little difficult..due to the position of the breakfast bar I think clients need to be informed that there is a €3 charge for sunbeds around the pool area..the communication from the owners was excellent!

Thank for your visit and your coments, They will help us to improve. Every year after the season we try to update our facilities. About the folding beds, we apologize for the inconvenience tha may have caused. When we configured the apartment we thought it improved the habitability of the apartment. About the pool deck-chairs we will take it into account for future guests so we thanks the comment, although in the apartment has two folding loungers at your disponsal for both the pool and the beach. Happy with apartment. As advertised

nice apartment. Beautiful view over the bay, lovely waking every morning to the sound of the sea. Close to all amenities and only a stroll to bars and restaurants. Great, fast correspondence from owner and quick answers to any queries. We found the railway system great to use from airport to torremolinos 1.80 Euro each and 5 min walk to apartment. Concierge always there making the apartments feel safe. Would recommend this apartment.

Nice apartment.

Andres the owner was very helpful and spoke good English and Gema his wife met us on arrival. Nice apartment with everything you need and we found the whole complex very quiet on a evening for a good night sleep. The apartment is fine for two people but could be too much for three and once the fold down beds are down it is a little tight but not a major problem. The view as stated is "awesome" and I always tend to find somewhere with a seaview being a seasider but this has to be one of the best. A nice little touch is the shopping trolley perfect for hauling those bottles of water from the supermarket. The television doesn't offer much in the way of English channels but we took our tablets and we watched stuff off YouTube as the internet connection in the apartment is excellent. The only fault I could find was there was no kettle in the apartment ( ok yes I know it's a English thing) but we were aware of that so we took a travel kettle with us. All in all a nice apartment which I recommend and we are back there in October so that speaks for itself. By the way the shower is really good and the washing machine was easy to use and a bonus.
