Nouveau condo de luxe au coeur de Poipu - Pili Mai 7M

Situé sur le magnifique parcours de golf de Kiahuna avec vue sur l'océan, cet exceptionnel condo de trois chambres et trois salles de bains nouvellement construit dispose de la climatisation centrale et peut accueillir six personnes avec suffisamment de place pour tous. Pili Mai 7M est un logement de plain-pied situé au rez-de-chaussée, idéal pour une lune de miel, un voyage d'anniversaire, une escapade en famille ou un séjour en couple au paradis. Le condo est situé près de la piscine communautaire et des installations de remise en forme, et à quelques minutes des plages de renommée mondiale, du golf, des restaurants, des boutiques, des spas et d’autres attractions.

Décoré avec goût dans un style élégant mais confortable, le Pili Mai 7M dispose d'un salon / salle à manger d��cloisonné menant à une cuisine avec un comptoir d'îlots et des appareils de qualité en acier inoxydable. Chaque chambre est équipée de grands téléviseurs intelligents à écran plat avec câble dans le salon et de deux suites principales. Internet haut débit et une laveuse et une sécheuse assurent aux clients tout le confort possible pendant leur séjour.

Un extérieur paysager tropical entoure la véranda couverte de Pili Mai 7M, qui donne sur le parcours de golf et le Pacifique. Offrant deux coins salons extérieurs, c'est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre avec une tasse de café le matin ou savourer un repas en famille. Vous pourrez également passer la journée à la piscine et au spa de Pili Mai et griller sur le barbecue à gaz commun de la communauté.

Great family getaway!

This was a perfect place for families. We absolutely loved the location. It was super close to Poipu Beach and was very easy to get to for a beach day with kids. Loved being close to the pool and having a grass area for the kids to play around was amazing! We would stay here again for sure!!

Great family vacation

We loved staying at Pili Mai in unit 7m! It was perfect for our family of 6. The bedroom set up is very spacious, and everyone gets their own space. Another plus is that it is very close to the pool. We would definitely come back!

Great Vacation Rental

This is a very nice, clean, updated apartment. There was plenty of space for our family to spread out and we loved sitting on the lanai in the morning and listening to the roosters (which we could not hear from inside the unit - a bonus). Close to Poipu Beach and shops. We would stay here again.

Great location and great amenities

My family and I had a great time staying in the condo for 10 days. It's about a mile walk to Poipu beach and pool is about 30 yards away. Boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas and small cooler on wheels are available to take to the beach. Poipu is a great place to vacation, and this is the best option I believe in the Poipu area.

In the words of my 5 year old son we stayed at the “Paradise Condo.” Absolutely beautiful condo and grounds. Amazing views. Property grounds with beautiful flowers, perfectly manicured property and a lovely pool and hot tub. Kitchen has everything you need and the beds were very comfortable. It truly was like staying in paradise. We would definitely come here again.

Even Better Than You Think

The pictures don’t do this place justice. It’s gorgeous! It’s a perfect mix - accessorized like a resort, feels like a home. As a mom of 4, I can confirm this is a PERFECT home for families and adult groups. The owners were amazing in working with me while I experienced travel trouble and kept great communication.

We stayed with our 3 adult children. We had a wonderful stay. Everything we needed for our stay was provided. We appreciated having a room with twin beds for our sons but they were not the most comfortable for adults. The other beds were great. Loved the master bedroom and bath!

Highly Recommend

We just rented Pili Mai 7M this past week and it was absolutely perfect. The property was well stocked with everything we needed including beach accessories, kitchen appliances, and cleaning products. The unit has a beautiful view of the golf course and the ocean in the distance. I would absolutely recommend this property to friends and family.

Beautiful Property

Pili Mai is a new development. The property is very nice and well maintained with a gym, pool, and hot tub. The condo itself was very clean and well appointed. It is also and end unit which was a plus. Perfect location in Kauai and very close to everything. The host reached out ahead of our arrival asking if we wanted the two twin beds in one of the bedrooms converted to a King bed (which we did). That was very nice. They also had some beach chairs and umbrella that came in handy. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect!

This was a beautiful condo and suited us perfect with 3 full bathrooms and on the ground floor. Management was quick to accommodate any needs and even provided a full length mirror when requested! The only thing I would suggest would be to add more silverware so as to not have to wash for the next meal as there were only setting for 7. Mahalo for all else!!

Great property and location. As advertised!

We are a family of 4 that had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at this centrally located ground-floor property at Pili Mai (7M). The property is purpose-built with all modern conveniences in a great location offering privacy, a island’s magical backdrop and within walking distances to shops, restaurants, beaches and golf. Parking easy and convenient also. Our host even left us a welcome kit! Nice touch. There are several fetal chickens roaming throughout the neighborhood aggressively looking for food, so please don’t feed them if you’re staying here.

Great for families!

What a great home for our trip to Kauai!! This home is beautiful! My kids kept telling us it was the best house we've stayed in on any of our family vacations. The home was great for our family of 5. The large kitchen had all the amenities you need to cook in. There are grills within steps of the house to cook outdoors as well. The pool was also really close to the home, which the kids loved to visit everyday. There is a lanai that sits up against the golf course which also has a view of the ocean. There is air conditioning but it is in the form of portable air conditioning units in each of the rooms in which you're unable to fully close the plantation shutters at night for full privacy.

AC issues

The central air conditioner did not work. Temporary units were in bedrooms only. Outside AC units are very noisy and located next to the patios. Otherwise a nice property.

no central air!!!

make sure contract is read in full, unfortunately i didnt take the time to read the small print of this unit not having central air, we were setup with portable air in the bedrooms,(try to sleep with a loud fan going) but the rest of the unit ie kitchen and living room was hot as hell!! also all the beach equipment was dated, and torn we have been renting at Pili Mai since 2016 and this was by far the worse property we have stayed in

We apologize if the limited air conditioning for this property was not fully clarified for you upon booking. The central air was under repair during your stay, which was disclosed at the top of the listing description, but we were happy to provide individual air conditioning units for each bedroom in order to keep the property cool during your stay and for all other guests while the central air was being repaired. We are happy to report that the air conditioning has since been repaired and the outdated beach umbrella has been fixed as well for future guests!

Loved it!

The rental was beautiful! We’re right on the golf course and the view was beautiful. It was clean, comfortable and big enough everyone had a little privacy. We had a couple questions for the property manager and he promptly took care of them. We didn’t want to leave. We will go back.
