Beautiful property perfect for multigenerational family gatherings. The waterfront location and pool are great, and it is only a short drive to Nauset beach. The owner is very responsive via email, and the check-in process was easy.

Great family getaway

Our family traveled to Cape Cod for the first time for the 4th of July week. The house was in a great location and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Alex was very communicative and was helpful throughout our stay.

We could not have been happier with this property. It worked well for everyone, from 24-year-olds to people in their 70s. It offered space to spread out and not be on top of each other. It was very well appointed and immaculately clean. The kitchen was amply supplied and included two refrigerators and two dishwashers. The pool area was perfect and expansive views were breathtaking. We had a wonderful time and hope to return next year.

House was beautiful and felt very comfortable there, they were equipped with more than enough plates, utensils and pans. House was spotless and kids loved having a heated pool with a gorgeous view. The property manager was very helpful when we had questions. Would definitely recommend

AMAZING!!!!!

We had an amazing time with family at this beautiful property! 3 Families stayed in this home comfortably and everyone enjoyed their time here together with family. Alex is a very attentive and accommodating property manager. He kept in touch with us through our check in process and made sure everything was okay. Very professional. I cannot express enough how much we all enjoyed our time here. I definitely would book this property again!

Great Vacation Home for Family Gathering

July 2022 visit for large family. Wonderful property that easily accommodated the entire family of 12 to 14. The kitchen was perfect for numerous meals - breakfasts, lunch and dinners - and a large group. Also great space for meals pool site with amazing views, as well as meals in the sun room. Plenty of sleeping space and flexible for adults and older teens who really enjoyed the downstairs hangout / game room. The pool was a hit, plus easy to paddle boarding off the dock. The morning sunrises - from almost every room - were beautiful. Especially loved the view from the Master and the private roof deck off the Master. Great way to start every day! Perfect for larger families and groups - more than enough space to gather as well as escape to private retreats throughout the house.

An amazing house in an amazing spot

Our East Orleans stay was truly spectacular. We had so much fun taking advantage of the house's amenities - everything from the roof deck with beautiful views, to the heated pool, the dock access (to crab, to kayak from), and the totally decked-out kitchen made our stay a real pleasure. Our kids (four of them, ages 6 - 11) took advantage of the game room and loved having the lower level to themselves. All the adult couples had their own space to retreat to, and the gathering rooms were big enough and comfortable enough to be all together when we wanted to. LOVED the huge dining table for dinners all together. The house is perfect for a family gathering like ours - beautiful setting and luxurious amenities, but not soooo crazy fancy that we were stressed the whole time about keeping it perfect. Exactly what we wanted and allowed us all to really feel like we had a proper vacation.

One word describes this home-Fabulous!

This home is the perfect vacation home for all ages. Our youngest is12 years old and the oldest 74. The elevator was key for the parents and the basement was a great escape for the kids to get away from all the adults. The view was spectacular at all times of the day and night from inside or outside of the house. This home has everything you need for cooking and dining and the dinnerware supply was endless. The beds and futons were all very comfortable but my only recommendation would be - when renting the sheets to ask for deep pocket sheets for the mattresses are thicker. For the size of this home you generally wouldn't hear it described as cozy but this place is. I/we loved it!!!!! and hope to get there again.

We had our family vacation at this wonderful home in June 2025. Along with my wife and I we had our four children, their spouses/boyfriend, and four grandchildren. The house is large enough to give space and privacy but not too big that anyone felt lonely. The large glass dining room table was the centerpiece of both great meals and fun game nights. Everything was as it was described on the website. The kayaking was a bit hit, while the heated pool was amazing. Alex was a great host, all I had to do was text him my question and within a few minutes he replied. One of our family members lost her necklace in one of the bedrooms and upon departure I contacted Alex and asked him if he could have the cleaners be on the lookout for it. They found it and Alex mailed it to me – thank you Alex! If you want a great family vacation, this is the perfect house in which you can make that happen.

Truly Great Holiday Destination

We had the good fortune to stay at Blue Waters from the 20th – 27th July 2019. The house is very impressive and in one of the best locations we have ever stayed. On arrival we were immediately struck by the absolutely fabulous views over the inlet and out to the ocean beyond. It actually took us a while to unload the cars because we all just stood in the garden and by the pool to take in the view! There were 15 in our group, a mixture of adults and teenagers and there was plenty of accommodation to suit everyone’s needs. The house itself has absolutely everything you could possibly require for a vacation with a group of this size. It was really refreshing for us all to be able to sit together at the huge dining table and have dinner together. The house is really well laid out and lends itself to a sociable relaxed vibe. If the teenagers weren’t in or by the pool, they were playing pool or hanging out in the den. For the adults there were quiet spots to read, walk and go for that early morning jog! One of the real highlights was the upper level roof terrace. At sunrise, sunset or anytime in between it really is an absolutely superb spot to just take in the view, relax and enjoy probably one of the best vistas of any home on the Cape. A truly great holiday destination.

What an absolutely blissful vacation! This house was perfect for our family of 8 adults and 2 toddlers - we really had room to spread out and enjoy each other's company in great luxury. The house is beautifully maintained with many different seating areas for smaller groups to interact and play. There are large windows throughout so there is always a stunning view of the water from morning to night and some great bird watching. We made regular use of the swimming pool every afternoon after we tired of the beach. We really appreciated the automatic pool cover that kept the pool clean even when we had overnight rains. We even had a little dance party in the game room accompanied by the electric piano! We are adventurous cooks and the double appliances - 2 fridges, 2 stoves, 2 dishwashers all got extensive use. We found everything we needed to make some grand feasts. I had no idea that we would ever use an elevator in a home but it was so helpful in getting our heavy luggage up to the upper floor bedrooms—what a little gem of an unexpected amenity right there! All this is to say that I find the success of any vacation to be the extent to which all participants can find their own pace, and fully enjoy the environs that encourage rest and relaxation. This house has it all. Five stars plus!!!

This is a beautiful property, well appointed and very convenient to stores and beaches. We had a couple of issues that were quickly resolved by the host. There were six sleeping spaces but only 4 had a door on the room. With an infant we really needed that 5th room with a door.We were provided linens based on the number of guests and the beds were premade. Unfortunately they weren’t on the beds we were using and didn’t realize it until after the baby had been put down so I had to run out and buy sheets. It would be nice to provide for all the beds.We used a chef recommended by the host one night to cook us dinner and they were amazing! It was lovely to be able to enjoy the breathtaking view with a delicious dinner.

Stunning home and location

The size of this home can accommodate a large family gathering easily! It is quite spacious and the location has great privacy. The view of the bay is special and peaceful! Big pool, big kitchen- great bedrooms all with their own bathrooms! We hope to come back again! Alex was a great communicator.

Another perfect return stay

Third visit in 3 years. Property remains an oasis of nature and luxury. Everything was spotless. I feel blessed that I get to spend time on vacation relaxing with my family at this house.

Blue waters rental

Beautiful location on a quiet lane. Lots of space for the guests. Amazing kitchen with two of everything, fridges, ovens, dishwashers. Since we like to cook this was perfect. Wonderful heated pool and views of the water. . Great proximity to the beach. We enjoyed the gourmet kitchen, upstairs deck and pool table. Our only criticism was that they need a newer mattress in the library. Other beds were fine.

Lovely family vacation

The house is beautiful, and was the perfect size for our family of 16. We enjoyed kayaking, paddle boarding, and fishing off the dock. The heated pool was great especially when we had a few cooler days. Would definitely recommend this place for a vacation!
